I want a refund of 29.99 back into my account

Supposedly I had a postcard I called on. They claimed I would be sent a package to read over and try out. I read over and I did not like it, I did not go on line.  I tried calling several times within the period and I could not get thru until today. A person named Lynne called me and went thru a speel that was never given to me and said she would cancel my order and she said no refunds. Well, I am now finding out this was a scam, once again and I would like to have my money refunded back to my account. That is all I want from this company. I am not in business or have any intentions of doing business.  Please refund my money

1-866-798-0432 (My Smart Tools Co.) I do the work and find it fun.  I have not made any money yet but I am not discouraged.
I have found that you have to do more than just get the names.  HUD tried for two(2) years to get hold of the people who were owed this insurance refund.  The refund comes when a person who has a HUD loan either pays off the loan to refinance or they sell their property.  Most people don't connect the idea that HUD is going to pay them back if they don't default or claim bankruptsy (sp?) or go into foreclosure. This is the reason for the insurance on their loan..ONE THING TO KEEP IN MIND!!  You will no doubt have to subscribe to Intelius (1-877-974-1500)  to join a company that researches addresses of people who may have moved since HUD gave up trying to reach these people.  They are also an excellent company to work with.  I recommend working directly with Intelius rather than a company that uses Intelius for their business.  Let me say that this company is not a scam but may seem to be.  They have offices in several states so that is why they seem like a scam company.  Please feel free to write and ask me any questions you may have and I will answer you as soon as I can.

I have paid the 3.91 postage for the kit with a 15 day return period.  Would be kind enough to tell me
if you are still using their program after 1 year and what kind of success or problems you have experienced?
Your input will be a great help.

      Thanks.

    Hello Mommyme:

I just recently received the Smarttools package, and I'm currently trying the 15-day trial.  Did you have a hard time getting your processing fee from the clients?   I really do want a way of making money at home.  Are you still working as a refund processor.

    Thanks.

Hello, and thank you all for the wealth of information. My kit was mailed from:  5120 W. Overland rd., #178, Boise, Idaho.  Right on the video, and in the pkg., they say that there is usually only a 2% average response, and that there will be a lot of them returned, as they have moved. So it sounds like the only way to make the money, is being patient, consistent, and not afraid to do some research to find their new address. I hope this is not a scam, as it would be a small investment, and take awhile, but it would be a nice return.
    Have a good day!

I sent out 45 letters with the proper enclodures. About 22 have come back with no forwarding address. I have not received one reply as of yet.I'm thinking of using people search to get a phone number so as to call them and explain that HUD is holding$$ in their name- - What have you experienced so far?  Please reply- -Burt Kramer (creditc@sccoast.net) 843-236-7475 Thank you.
