Supposedly I had a postcard I called on. They claimed I would be sent a package to read over and try out. I read over and I did not like it, I did not go on line.  I tried calling several times within the period and I could not get thru until today. A person named Lynne called me and went thru a speel that was never given to me and said she would cancel my order and she said no refunds. Well, I am now finding out this was a scam, once again and I would like to have my money refunded back to my account. That is all I want from this company. I am not in business or have any intentions of doing business.  Please refund my money

    Is there any way that this company can set up a transaction without an individual knowing about it with payment from another individual's credit card?

    Smart Tools is not a scam, I have been very successful in using their software.  They update their HUD list regularly and I enjoy getting peoples refunds for them, as I am sure they enjoy receiving their refunds.  I get to work from home which is very helpful as I am a single parent with two small children and don't have to pay for daycare. If you apply yourself and treat it as your own business then I am sure anyone could be successful.  They even let you use their software for free for 15 days to see if you like it.  Thank you Smart Tools!

      I've been working with smart tools since dec. 2011 and have had no luck and no bites (if you will)  not one letter returned...am I missing something or doing something wrong?  I have hope and confidence but losing patience....

      Hi, was wondering since 15 days is not a long time to even send a letter out let alone get paid how long did it take you to earn on a regular basis 500-100 and then the next level to where you are today, I can see this is a business but how involved is it on a weekly basis in time.  Seems like you can get skunked by the people if they don't want to pay you.

    I received the pink post card and joined my smart tools.  It sounded like a great way to help peopl and me as well.
    The site is easy to use and I sent out 49 letters, most came back address unknown.
    I had a man write me and said that he already got his refund and that I had a nerve to ask him for a fee when he already got his refund.

    Mysmarttools.net is a scam
