Two months back, I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers. As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially impressed me with their "manner of talking and packing things" (Anybody will as they carry wooden & plastic boxes to suit their customer's needs!! ) and promised to deliver it on time.

However, it was late night when I received my things, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes of my TV trolley were completely broken! And one item had completely gone missing. When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item.

(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.

    Agarwal packers and movers are the most horrible group of sinister and obnoxious set of people we have ever encountered. They belong to the gutters of hell and hopefully that's where all of them will rot after cheating millions of innocent customers...never ever use their services again. they are not scared as they have made their crores from us victims. horrible horrible experience....

    Pathetic experience with Agarwal pkr n movers
    Received 43 packages out of 44. Almirah, bed, Kitchen items damaged.
    No Acknolgmnt from agarwals people.

    Don't give all your precious money to looter's.

    14 days back I booked my household items and bike from Goa to Nagpur, at the time of billing they told me sir it will take 8 days or hardly 10 days.
    I started calling them after 10 days so I got the reply that it will take more 4-5 days.
    I have done full payment at the time of booking and now I am getting the reply that you will get it tomorrow, every day same reply tomorrow.

    Why are you cheating with your customer, I am wasting my money in Nagpur staying in hotel.

    I also wanted to share my experience with Agarwal packers and movers, I sent my house hold goods from Bangalore to Delhi in the month of May 2013. While at the time of packing supervisor prepared document of list of items, so there were total 37 items which they packed including fridge, LCD, washing machine, and boxes. Supervisor mentioned approx. cost of each item as 2700 Rs only, I asked him that do you think that my LCD, fridge , washing Machine is of 2700 rs each. And he said Sir this is only for showing and no impact is there, so I agreed on that but at the time of Delivery my fridge , washing machine, LCD were completely damaged. I logged a complaint with them and they said that each item is of 2700 rs whatever has damaged we can pay cost of rs 2700 for each item, while I had each item newly bought, LCD was of 30000 Rs, fridge 15000Rs, Washing m/c was of 14000rs. This was a TRAP….

    as we shifted from coimbatore to raipur with help of agarwal packers and movers . i am affraid to say that we ave lost our catoon no. 35 . we had verry costly clothes in it . we cant afford its lost . plz take necessary actions on it . waiting for your positive reply. hope you understand and do necessary favours.

    after reading the above complaints i feel i am not the only one who felt cheated by opting agarwal drs packers and movers services. it is the biggest mistake of my life and next time even at free of cost i will not give a second chance to this group....

    Even we read this blog very very late it happened for us with IBM Movers & Packers. Pls don't believe in any transports they are all cheaters and don't know how to behave with customers.Really they are gundas,we lost our gas cylinder  & bike got totally damaged. Even they play lot of games when we followed them about delivery they said it will take another two days after 1 hr they called and said we are near to your house which we can't make at that time,next day they came and charged extra 2000 for receiving late delivery until we paid that amount they didn't handover our bike.when we asked about our missed luggage they are not responsible for that only their duty is to deliver we need to contact other people those fellows who are not lifting the phones if we call from some other number they will disconnect the call even we don't know how to claim insurance getting lotttttttttttt of angerrrrrrrrrr.
         They know very well that we can't do anything everything is made according to them so even we can't put a case or etc etc.Better avoid all these stupids then only they start doing good service better not to pay full amount at starting point only but even they don't accept that also.

    The worst ever company in the world is agarwal packers and movers never use there services most unprofessional. They gave us time for pick up after evaluation and on the d day didnt arrive.
    Pls move urself but never with agarwal packers.
    Seniors dnt pick the phones during crisis. All useless.

    There are more than half a dozen Movers & Packers claiming themselves as the original 'Agarwal Packers & Movers'. Most of these tom-tom about awards and recognitions, they claim 25 years experience, with stories of the founder and the next generation, etc. They also claim to have infrastructure and offices all over India and outside.  

    Recently a reputed daily newspaper carried a story on the stupendous growth story of one of the Agarwals' - I believe the original of them.

    Can someone tell me WHO is the original Agarwal in the Moving & Packing industry?

    a very bad experience with agarwal packers and movers, drs group(or otherwise known as the drs dileep roadways). shifted my household goods from Nagpur to Chennai on 17th july 2013. they took only around 9hours for the packing and loading of the things on to the container. so the speed with they do the things can be imagined and hence the quality of the packing takes a backstage. the original packings of many of the items like washing machine,and the clothes dryer were not used which ultimately resulted in the damage to the washing machine. my rocking chair was broken. the tv stand was broken. one steel trunk was damaged.glass articles were broken and plastic items broken. my bike had a broken choke lever.
    the shoes were flattened out.clothes were wet when we received them .the photoframes were broken.
    the car has not been deliverd till date inspite of repeated reminders and giving the full payment(25/07/2013) claiming that the payment has not been accounted for.
    their helpline number is the worst.
    neither the Chennai office nor the Nagpur or secundrabad office is willing to say anything
    meanwhile I am still waiting for my car.
    so please don't get carried away by their advertisements and smooth talk of their sales personnel. they are as good(...) as any other . local carriers

    Which agrawal packer you chose. There are two agarwal packers in delhk. 011-60015001 and 60014001 both claiming to b best. Or suggest me any third party vendor if any.
