Two months back, I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers. As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially impressed me with their "manner of talking and packing things" (Anybody will as they carry wooden & plastic boxes to suit their customer's needs!! ) and promised to deliver it on time.
However, it was late night when I received my things, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes of my TV trolley were completely broken! And one item had completely gone missing. When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item.
(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.

I also need to shift some household goods from delhi to ranchi.I was thinking of using Agarwal packers and movers but with the above reviews i am confuse.Also which agarwal packers are you all talking about.Once is agarwalpackers.com and agarwalpackerss.com with a double "S". Please let me know feedback for both. I am really confused.
We were informed that the Car had got damaged in an accident. On the request of their Director Shri HP Singh, we allowed the company to use our Car’s insurance with the condition that after the repair is over, the company will make the payment to the Honda workshop and the delivery thereafter will be given to us. A written letter in this regard was also signed by Shri HP Singh.
The Car was ready for delivery at the Honda workshop on 14.10.14 and the company had to simply pay an amount of Rs. 102394/- and give the deliverty of the car to us. It is shocking that the company has not paid this amount even after lapse of about 2 months. They have taken the money and our Car from us and not deliovered it so far. Is this not a criminal action on their part as it amounts to cheating and fraud in addition to deficiency in service.
We have sent several emails and made enormous no. of calls in this regard but nothing moved them. We have served them final notice vide mail dated 27.11.14. Still they have not responded. They have left us with no other choice other than approaching the Law enforcement agencies and Courts against various senior officials of the company.
It is our sincere advice to all "Never ever engage the services of Agarwal Packers & Movers (DRS Group). They are cheats & fraudsters. "

But they are not not responding. as of now there is no response and they are saying that i have not declared my goods cost.
if that is the case why they have shifted my goods with out any declaration

Because I had got very good experiance with Agarwal Packers and Movers ( DRS Group ) which is their base at Hyderabad ( Head Office) shifted from Chandigarh to Kolkatta
Even my old parents are shoked that first their team asking to pack the Puja items first, which i have not experianced earlier
And They packed very well as comittied by their Marketing executive and loaded accordingly, and also provided their centralized Customer care / tracking numbers
And also we wants to appriciate that their centralized customer care department for informing the status of the shipment every 24 hrs of the status, and following with us till its delivery
And also after loading / unloading the shipment they have cleaned the House also, which we have not experianced earlier
I strongly recomend to all of my friends to use the services of Agarwal Packers and Movers ( DRS Group ) for any relocation needs

All by fraud people. Before taking the consignment they will quote a very low expense. Once Consignment is received they will double the quote and say consignment will not be charged without paying the amount. Takes 3 or 4 times the time they promises to deliver. No calculation of what charge they puts on the bill.
Loses, Damages consignment stuffs.
Steals fuel, interior from car
Damages consignment stuff and doesn,t cover the damages even after taking insurance money.

It also mentioned in your delivery paper also 15 days maximum period. It had reached 4th of Jan 2015 in Kochi after ( 35 days ) as per in below details damaging condition . I had also mentioned missing items / damages of car as per below given ( nos 1 to 17) in delivery receipt in Kochi.
