Two months back, I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers. As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially impressed me with their "manner of talking and packing things" (Anybody will as they carry wooden & plastic boxes to suit their customer's needs!! ) and promised to deliver it on time.
However, it was late night when I received my things, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes of my TV trolley were completely broken! And one item had completely gone missing. When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item.
(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.

I tell you real experience , I got Transfer from Delhi to Mumbai in the month of January 2005. They all did the work very professionally and all my House hold goods reached to Mumbai in scheduled time and without any damage.
Really their system is splendid, They are punctual in time, they pack really professionally .Their special designed container are really safe.
Really Agarwal Packer & Movers have done the marvelous job me,
Even after that that many of my friends have done shifting through AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS and they all had very good experience.
I recommend AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS to you all.

Even I used the services of Agwaral Packers and movers ( DRS Group), Hyderabad , I shifted from Cochin to Indore
And they have given very good service, and as per the promises given by them they delivered the same on on time and intact
And the behaviour of the all staff members are so good
I strongly recomend Agarwal Packers and movers ( DRS Group) to use their services for any such type of Relocation, and be aware of Fruad companies, before choosing check whether you have going with original Agarwals or not

There are multiple Agarwal Packers and Movers. I am confused which is the actual one. Can you please share the website / contact number of the actual one?
Mr. Talegaonkar is Assistant Vice President at Agarwal Movers and Packers, so its obvious that the packing of his items was done professionally, the goods reached without any delay and obviously without any damage.
Mr. Talegaonkar, instead of posting praises of your own company, would appreciate if you could take care of the complaints and ensure that these are not repeated in future. If not all, atleast the one which says your folks are ill mannered and dont know how to behave with women.

They showed some fancy waterproof sample packing material when they came for the initial survey, but that material was never seen again after they were finalised. Untimely delivery, damage to car and crockery, and even items missing from the packages.....all that could go wrong, did. Zero customer care. Truly the worst experience with packers ever.
It makes you wonder what ISO are they following. And why there is no one to check such companies authenticity. After depreciation they have offered my neighbors the comoensation which will only cover few plates.
I feel fortunate to be able to talk to my neighbor and decided will NEVER sign up with Agarwal movers and packers, the public company with LIMCA award winner. Interestingly during consulting their rep said the company collects full payment during booking. Which seemed diff than other companies.
I also used the services of Agarwal packers and Movers ( DRS Group) for shifting of my House Hold stuff from Siliguri to Haridwar
they have given very good service and their centralized tracking department is so good and from their Head office hyderabad they have updated the status of the shipment time to me till its delivery
Trust you have gone through some other agawral packers and movers which might be a fruad compny, We recomend toall pl check the oririginalty before giving givinging your belongs, whether it is original Agarwal Packers or else a Fruad company

I have complained the same to Mr.Talegaonkar(VP),Mumbai Office,Delhi Office,Nagpur office etc.But all is in vain
There is no ethics with this group.

i shftd my luggage fm jamnagar to shillong....the workers who hd cum for pckn fm d jamngr br wr totally indiscplnd...passn comments in local languag...giggln n tryn to take my photpgrap...since i was alone i threatnd em of complainin if thy contonue to do so...my luggage rchd in a months tym in shillong...early mrng at five d truck drivr startd to cl ...on recievn d cartons 41 of em thr wasnt a single one tat wasnt damagd...my car,bike n scooty wr full of scratches...n all expnsiv stiff damagd badly...on approachn d customr care the response gvn by em was apt n exctly as expctd by em..totally moronish wid advises gvn by d ppl who cud poorly converse in english....hd v hird any"sadak chaap" third class pckrs thy wud ve dlivrd btr services with less tan haf a price tat ur company charges...il dfntly recommnd al my fauji frnz to hire ny tom dick harry bt nt aggarwal movers n pckrs...
