Two months back, I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers. As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially impressed me with their "manner of talking and packing things" (Anybody will as they carry wooden & plastic boxes to suit their customer's needs!! ) and promised to deliver it on time.
However, it was late night when I received my things, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes of my TV trolley were completely broken! And one item had completely gone missing. When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item.
(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.

And agarwal packers and Movers ( DRS Group ) which is in corporated in 1987 and they are operating from their head office based at Hyderabad
Even I used the services and they are very good in maintaining the commitments and delivered my goods on time and in tact when I shifted from Cochin to New Delhi
And I wants to sppriciate their centralized tracking system where in they are informing the status of the shipemnt time to time and backing us like any thing till my shipment delivered
I strongly recomend use AGAWRAL PACKERS And Movers ( DRS Group ) for any relocation, and be AWARE OF FRUAD COMPANIES

Because I also used the services of Agarwal packers and Movers ( DRS Group ) for shifting of my house hold goods from Chennai to Vizag
You might be used some other Agarwal packers and movers, because I strongly believe that they have packed and delivered my goods without any problem
And also they have meant for their comitment
I recomend to all of my friends to use the services of agarwal packers and movers ( DRS Group) for any of the relocation

And they are having very good centralized Tracking team at their Head office, and they are updating every 24 hrs of the status of the goods

I and my famaly members are so happy after seeing their Cruw members, from Packers to superviisors
Behaviour of the all team members are so good, and they have packed the Items as per our willness
And we have observed that like a MNC company they have updated the status of the shipment every 2 hrs and delivered the same on time
I am strongly recomending Agarwal Packers and Movers ( DRS Group ) to my friends and to my staff to use the services for any relocation

Myself Mrinal shifted from Pune to Kolkata (Dispatch from Pune:5th April and Delivered at Kolkata:14th April'15). During transportation and bad way of packing, Loading and Unloading they damage my below items:
1. Master bed is badly damage and not able to fit the master bed. There person's without fixing the master bed left the house.
2. Refrigerator left side is damage. Cooling not happening. Company made: Godrej
3. Dinning table 3 Legs are damage not able to put the TOP on it.
4. Almera left side Leg damage. Damage in such a way that it's door is not even closed. Company made: Godrej
5. A. Other furniture also damage (Wooden Temple front end pending).
B. Dressing table mirror broken.
Godrej person visit today for Almari repairing and give quation Rs 10K. Now Agarwal Packer and Mover not willing to do the work.
What will be the way out for get money from them.

Heard Agarwal P&M are good but there are two dont know who is real... :( :(
They are now asking to pay remaining transfer amount, but earlier it was agreed to pay rest of the amount on delivery.
Please suggest how to proceed
