Two months back, I shifted my household items from Bangalore to Chennai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers. As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially impressed me with their "manner of talking and packing things" (Anybody will as they carry wooden & plastic boxes to suit their customer's needs!! ) and promised to deliver it on time.
However, it was late night when I received my things, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes of my TV trolley were completely broken! And one item had completely gone missing. When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item.
(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.

And even they don’t know the word what is customer service is. Always they just give you fake promises. This is the worst experience I ever had. So I would prefer if u have any other option than don’t go with agrawal packers and movers.
Additionally the goods was delivered late - the actual time was more than double than waht was specified by them (12 days while they promised 5)There is no customer care and tracking of the vehicle.

First tehy took very long time(17 days) to deliver the car against the agreed time (10 days).
Also It seems their staff was roaming on my car during transit. Meter reading of my car showed that it was run 300 KM during transit period.
Please don't trust on Agrawal PAckers and Movers and never booked a car or any thing with this agency.

They have no tracking system , No one can give u answer about your consignments , even the customer care person or person at their HO.
Mostly the custome care phones are switched off.
Very bad service provider.

In received the goods in two installments and that too with lots of damages estimated loss of about 50,000-60,000. i speak to company officials and lots of e mail but no response. And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS.
They have used Specially designed wooden crates for all the electronic goods, and used Plastic boxes for crokery items , we have used other packers earlier but no one has used this type of boxes.
And they have helped us in getting house at new place , and also arranged servents for our house which appriciable.
We strongly recomend all To use Agarwal packers and movers for relocation.
And the team at Head office based at Secunderabad is so co - oprative and responsible and giving us time to time information about our shipment.
1. They have used their own manufacured packing materials, like Cartoon boxes, corogoted sheet, cello tape etc, with high standard.
We are very happy that first they have packed Pooja items first and unloaded and rearranged Pooja items at Mumbai first, which impressed our parents. And they told each and every one in the society about the services and recommended to use the services of agarwa packers.
And after that the Head Office Customer team Based at Secunderabad called us and asked about the services, and we are so happy, we happly recomd all of my friends and staffs to use the services , and some of my staff has used the services and they are also feel very happy.
First i afraid to shift because chennai is unknown place and unknown language for me. But the staff of Agarwal packers and movers has extended their full service in getting school admission to my kind and aranged an house near to my office, and they have used standard packing materials for packing the goods.
Quite suprisengly their corporte team which is located at Secunderabad is updated time to time regarding my shipemt and delivered as per the schedule.
Even i recommended my friends and staff to use the services and some of my friends used the servises and they are also very happy.
And they packed the pooja items first and they unloaded the same first at our new place, which my old parents appriciated very well they felt happy. So dear all dont for get to use the services of Agarwal packers and movers for any of your House Hold shiftings.

As comitted by the Agarwals they arrived at my residence at 8 AM and completed packing and loading by 4 Pm.
And they send an Escort along with the truck who is one of the packing team member at chennai, due to this we never faced any problems at the time of unlloading . And at both the ends they neetely cleaned the house after packing and unpacking which we have never expericenced earlier with other earlier.
Even the society members are watching the process of unloading and unpacking and each and every body has appriciated, and some of them has shifted thourgh Agarwal Packers.
And the services and responce given by the corporate team Located at Secunderabad is so good and they informed the status of the goods time to time , and they enquired after delivery about the services provided which no when has asked earloer. Once again we strongly recomed all to use the services of Agarwal Packers and Movers for your House Hold shiftings.
And after packing and loading they have cleaned the house which has been impressed us.
And the Corporate customer care team which based at Secunderabad has promptly informing us the status of the shipment time to time and delivered the same as per the schedule. We recomended my friends as well my co - staffs and some of my friends shifted and they also very happy by the services provided by Agarwal packers and movers.

And at last we wants to appriciate that they have cleaned the entire house at loading and unloading point.

Now we personaly decided not to use the services expect AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS.

And they have packed well and also unloaded and unpacked and re agganged the things as advised by us, which is quite appriciable.
And at new place they have searched for house in good locality, and also helped us in admission for our kids at new place which is helped us to settele at new place.
Even which unloading the entire society members are watching the system of unloading , and after unloading the stuff they have cleaned the house and went. And the behaviour of the entire packers and supervisor is so good.
And the Centralized customer care department which is located at their head office based Secunderabad is so good, in means they have informed us day to day the status of our goods and the time of reaching of the goods, which we have not experianced earlier.
Even we have recommended all of my friends and co - staff and some persons has used our services and they are also very happy.
And at last we have decided not use any other packers except Agarwal Packers and Movers for Relocation.
