Cancelled 14 day trial but charged $69 to credit

In spite of cancelling the 14 day trial offer from Instaflex they went ahead nearly 30 days later and charged my credit card for $69.00.  When calling the customer service number, the rep was insulant and it was like pulling teeth to get the Return Merchandise Authorization number.  Get this they say it will take 14-30 days to process refund.  I insisted that they close my account, cancel any future charges AND provide the RMA#.  

This is the typical SCAM.  Their product is realliy nothing more than what is available at any drug store throughout the U.S. AT A FRACTION OF THE COST...  

BEWARE OF INSTAFLEX AND THEIR GAMES

    VERY SAD TO WRITE A COMPLAINT TO INSTAFLEX.THEY WENT SENDING THE THE ORDER WITHOUT DOBLE CONF FM ME BECAUSE OF LETS SAY MY STUPIDITY I GAVE MY CR.CRD NO.NOW THAT I DO NOT KNOW WHO I SHOULD I TALK TO DISCONTINUE.THE GEN. UNDERSTANDING IS AFTER THE FREE TRIAL THEM SHOULD HAVE FIRM ORDER THEY SHOULD SEND BUT BUSINESS GREEDY PEOPLE THEY TAKE UNDUE ADVANTAGE OF IREGULAR USER OF INTERNET THAT IS ME.I TOO BECAME GREEDY AND ASK FR FREE SAMPLE BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM I HAD AND THOUGHT THAT IF OK WITH REASONABLE PRICE I MAY ORDER.BUT INSTAFLEX TOOK THE FULL ADVANTAGE.FIRST THE CHGD ME PREVIOUS MONTH APRX $74 PLUS AND ON JUNE 30 AGAIN THEY CHGD ME $74 PLUS.I AM SO MUCH DISTURBSD THAT I DO NOT KNOW WHO WILL HELP ME TO STOP ANSTALEX.I HAD TO REFFER TO MY DOC.FR MY TROUBLE.

    I hadust like this situation then they took out my money without agreement.

    I have read all the above complaints. My complaint is not about money because I know that is an impossibility. I want to contact the company and cancel. I have a phone number that does not work and can't find any e-mail address. Somebody has to have an answer to these complaints.

    I just got off of the phone with a customer service rep who claimed my subscription is cancelled using the following number: 18778693310.

    Had the same problem with them, called the credit card co. and waiting to see if I get the credit. I will never order with them again!!!

    I just got caught up in your scam, and I will suck it up the $74.98 you charged my account,as I believe after reading I will never get back the money.  I am cancelling my credit card tomorrow.  I am calling my bank and the Better Business Bureau, and whatever I can think of, as this minute I am too pissed to think.  I don't think you will mind the language as you have been called worse.  Old people like me (72) are looking for pain relief so we get caught up in your web.  Your disclaimers were not in sight or I would never have signed up without knowing I signed up.  I guess I will take this experience as being a cheap lesson.

    WOW! I WISH I HAD CHECKED GOOGLE BEFORE I SWALLOWED THE HOOK!!!!  I JUST GOT OFF THE TELEPHONE W/ THE RUDEST LITTLE @*#%&! SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME SINCE I OPENED THE PACKAGE THAT WAS SHIPPED TO MY HOME TO LOOK AT THE CONTENTS, I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPMENT! "YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE LABEL FIRST", SHE TELLS ME! WTH?????

    after complaining about not receiving my 54.00 refund the nasty rep on the line hung up on me she offered me a 20.00 refund . i took it knowing that i could not get more. she said that the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU gave them a A rating   BS  if you ask me

    You didn't take the time to read the terms and conditions before you had ordered. You cannot blame the company for your negligence on your part.
