Cancelled 14 day trial but charged $69 to credit

In spite of cancelling the 14 day trial offer from Instaflex they went ahead nearly 30 days later and charged my credit card for $69.00.  When calling the customer service number, the rep was insulant and it was like pulling teeth to get the Return Merchandise Authorization number.  Get this they say it will take 14-30 days to process refund.  I insisted that they close my account, cancel any future charges AND provide the RMA#.

This is the typical SCAM.  Their product is realliy nothing more than what is available at any drug store throughout the U.S. AT A FRACTION OF THE COST...

BEWARE OF INSTAFLEX AND THEIR GAMES

I too was scamed when I ordered the trial shipment for $18.99 and subsequantly shipped two additional orders for $74.95 each. Fortunately, I used my AMX credit card and they almost immetiately credited me with the charges for the full amount.

I ordered a 'free bottle' of Instaflex. In about an hour later, I found out that this Company is a Scam one; I cancelled the bottle.  They sent me a tricherous email saying that your "Instaflex Monthly Enrolmment"????? has been cancelled. First of all, I never agreed or asked  to have a Instaflex Monthly Enrolment: Second, when I tried to print their email, the three words "has been canceled" could not be printed! I tried three times, still the three words could not be printed!  That SLY TRICK has been purposely made in a way that is part of their numerous cheatings!
I called my Bank and told them the story; they told me that Instaflex has already submitted a request for payment of $4.60 or so, for the shipment of the 'Free Bottle', but when ordering the free bottle they mentioned that shipment will take  in about four days from the ordering date!  Just imagine what kind of business these peaple are doing????? And what kind of lenient FDA we have that they do not alert consumers about such cases. I will come back again, when my disput with that 'great Company has ended!

One thing I would say "The Free Bottle" is no more than a BAIT! You know, when the fisherman puts some cheese on his tackle, it does not mean that he loves that poor unlucky fish that will be attracted to eat some cheese!

Good luck for the more alert than me people.

If you had read the little print on the bottom of the ad or page you would have seen they will bill your credit card.each and every month. call your bank and get a new card they cannot charge a new card, also report them to the better business bureau, and the federal trade commission, Good luck and god bless

The stuff is garbage ! For the $74.00 there is no products in the pill that are new and that you can't get elsewhere in another herbal formula. They had no effect at all, big time scam and they should be thrown out of business for playing on the elderly.

My name is Elba Kolster, email elbatmata@msn.com; I want to cancel my subscription for the following reason: I am a diabetic and I am taking too many diabetes drugs at present. My doctor has suggested I limit myself to the diabetes drugs prescribed at this time, so please cancel my subscription for the present. I am cancelling before the 14 days trial. Thanks,

I ordered Instaflex Joint Support sample just to try. The company sent me that sample. Today I received full 90 capsules product, which I didn’t order.  I found that Instaflex withdrew $74 dollars from my Visa without my permission. I want my money back! So, tomorrow I will go to my bank to resolve this issue.

I am investigating on behalf of a client for a potential class action case against Instaflex and welcome the opportunity to speak with anyone who was similarly taken advantage of by their "free trial" scam.  If you are interested, please contact me directly.

    Thank you.

I, too, fell for the "free" trial.  This company is the absolute worst at trying to contact to cancel my "free" trial.  I put my request in writing, and it was ignored.  Today on the phone, I was asked to which address I had sent my letter.  I replied that I had sent to the only address on the envelope that delivered the product.  I asked if she thought I had just selected a random address??

And, besides all of this, the product is useless.  It is deceptive to continue a "free" trial.  I am delighted that this product will not be sent to my home again.  Useless and expensive.  The company must have to resort to these practices to survive.

I would advise people not to use this product ever.

I too was scammed by Instaflex.

After the free trial, I received a 30 day supply.  My credit card
was charged $74.98.  I cancelled my credit card, and get a new one
with new numbers, so Instaflex will not be able to scam me again.
