For months have had unsolicited computerized calls day, night & weekends -  unrelenting.......I finally waited for a rep to come on and asked for their name and location, was disconnected; another told me my number would be removed; another said they were 'dealer warranty services' and I asked where and he said South Florida, then disconnected; another disconnect, another promise to remove me from calling list, two more phone calls and finally a postcard yesterday......from 'Dealer Warranty Services'  at 3710 Mueller Road, St Charles, MO 63301 - phone # 800-581-1575, www.dws-us.biz
*69 does not help to trace call so not absolutely sure these are the same people, but plan to visit site, and possibly phone them.

I just got a post card from this company and called them.  They claim that they will give me a extended warranty on my 94 toyota camry for 5 years or 100k miles.  All of this for a whoppin $1,700.  No reimbursments full engine, transmission.  Not to sure but this sounds way to good be true! Looking them up on better business site or trying to find out how this is a scam, has to be.

I just received a "Second Notice" postcard from Dealer Warranty Services of 3710 Mueller Road, St. Charles, Missouri 63301, addressed to my late father.  Funny, his Ford Ranger pickup truck is now 10 years old, way beyond factory warranty.  Why would anyone want to extend the warranty on a vehicle this old?

Scam clue #1:  Postcard labeled "Second Notice".  Fake urgency.  Never received a "First Notice".
Scam clue #2:  Attempt to sell a "warranty" for a 10-year-old vehicle whose factory warranty expired ages ago.
Scam clue #3:  Their Web site, http://www.dws-us.biz, has a big "Under Construction" notice on the home page.  A going concern wouldn't do this; they'd have a working Web site up at all times and would perform their web page experiments off-line, rolling out fully working and tested pages or entire sites to replace old content.
Scam clue #4:  Neither the postcard nor the Web site show any affiliation with or endorsement from Ford Motor Company.

Dealer Warranty Services is a full-blown scam, in my opinion.  Into the circular file it goes!

My initial concern, was to contact the Dealer, where I brought the vehicle. As I looked closely at the "Second Notice" they asked for the VIN #, amd mileage. If they were legitimate, they would already have that nformation.

I realized this was a SCAM. Fortunately, my research, proved this to be the
case.  What to do? Shred the Notice, and go on with your business.

In addition to the multiple mailing, we have received numerous phone calls daily. Request to discontinue phone calls have been ignored, this whole experience is a pain in the BUTT! How can we put an end to this Monster??

These are phony [***] sending this scam to my deceased mother-in-law. Too bad this is not the old days in Brooklyn and they are not located there. A few kneecaps later, these scam cards would stop. Too bad vigalante acts, no matter how justified, are allowed in our civilized (sic), freedom of speech protected (sic) society. I hope someone finds these scumbags and delivers a message they will understand.

I just received the same two post cards in the mail. One said Second Notice, the other said "Final Notice".
My car was 10 yrs old last April--2007. It's definately a scam.
First of all, VIN #'s can easily be obtained ( DMV ) State Public Records.
They all ready have the number, ( Scam ) !!!!1

Why can"t "State Atty General...Missouri do something about it.?
Isn't their job " to protect the consumer " ?

Thank you so much! I googled  the "www.dws-us.biz" when at first my browser couldn't locate the site; we were sure that this was a scam (or else
an attempted fraud, perhaps?) because both of our vehicles are OLD...(80's
vintage) and we knew that WE had NO warranty(ies) and thus can add our vitriol to the mix.  In looking over the complaints listed, we felt so sorry for the folks who may have been "sucked into" paying. Also, as Steve Jesson posted, they continue to call you EVEN THO you've punched the deuced button to supposedly STOP getting calls! This was maybe the 1st postcard that we'd received, but I am going to tell our city's police dept. and Postmaster, just in case. WE HATE SCAMMERS and THIEVES!! thanks for accumulating the info for anyone else who gets one of these in their mail!

Just got the same 'second notice' post card described above (funny because I'm on Direct Mail junk mail delete list) and reacted the same as previous recipients by googling.  Would you believe their site is still 'under construction' since Andrew P.'s post on 10/31/2007?  WOW-three months to construct a business website--seems like they really don't WANT internet contact.  I'd also encourage NOT calling them at all, because they could capture your phone number and harass you even further.  Think I'll contact a local (Syracuse, NY) television station's consumer hotline and NYS Attorney General to see if he can get cease-and- desist order.

Glad to see there are other people out there as distrustfull as myself.  Perhaps it is time for our ineffectual Gov.  To address real issues at home, instead of worrying about the rest of the world...

My neighbor who is disabled just got one of these official-looking notices & was terribly upset, confused & concerned.  However she has never owned nor even driven a car.  I have just gotten off the phone with the Missouri Attorney General fraud department & they are sending us a complaint form.  They are also VERY familiar with this company.  I encourage other to file a complaint as well.  The Missouri Attorney General phone number is 314-340-6816 outside Missouri or 1-800-392-8222 within the state.  The government website for consumer complaints is: http://ago.mo.gov/consumercomplaint.htm

I just got a phone call from these creeps at home. My phone number is on the do-not-call list. I told the rep that and he hung the phone up on me. Does the telephone number work at the top of the page? Also, I am going to call the MO ATTY General number as well to report these people. I am so hot right now, I am thinking of driving to MO and finding little Johnathon, the friendly sucker who just hung up on me.

I just received the final notice card today.  I assumed it was some kind of insurance warranty fraud. My car is also ten years old. I just wanted to check to see if there were any other complaints since they claim to have the owner ID.

I'm getting these same calls on both of my cell phones.  I've gotten called at least 6 times on both of them.  Every time I press 1 to speak with a rep, they hang up on me.  The caller id never works it's always disconnected.  I can't find who these people are but if I do I really want to sue them!

The message is something to the effect of " Your car warranty is about to expire if you wish to speak to a rep press 1, and if you are not interested press 9 to be put on the Do Not Call List."

The message changes though, for example one call was press 2 instead of 9 for the Do Not Call List.

In any case if anyone knows who these people are let me know.

    Definitely a SCAM
Like most scammers, they have to hide the website registration under "domainsbyproxy" and use godaddy due to the protection that both of these methods affords.
