For months have had unsolicited computerized calls day, night & weekends -  unrelenting.......I finally waited for a rep to come on and asked for their name and location, was disconnected; another told me my number would be removed; another said they were 'dealer warranty services' and I asked where and he said South Florida, then disconnected; another disconnect, another promise to remove me from calling list, two more phone calls and finally a postcard yesterday......from 'Dealer Warranty Services'  at 3710 Mueller Road, St Charles, MO 63301 - phone # 800-581-1575, www.dws-us.biz
*69 does not help to trace call so not absolutely sure these are the same people, but plan to visit site, and possibly phone them.

Hey, what's up? Honestly, I used to actually work for this company. It is based out of St. Charles, which is 10mins from the big city St. Louis, MO. It is a fu*kn scam. A lot of ppl called in tryin to make claims and we would never pay up. We did offer warranties; u just had to read the fine print. That's where they got u to actually qualify for the warranties. It must be a new car for the company to pay up, and in training they taught us how not to mention that!!! It was a racist prick name Greg Jennings who taught us in training. They were paying big and good money to these big mailing companies that just sit around gathering ppl information only waiting on warranties companies to need new leads to put that information on those postcards. Those ID numbers were linked to your information. That's how we used to be able to know your name, address, and make off car. They really don't have any affiliation to your real dealer. If you do have a new car, always stick with the dealer you bought the car from......When you sign up for things to be sent by mailing list, that information gets sold to mailing companies. If you ever have to talk to them [***] again, ask them what is the name of the mailing company that's giving them their leads. If the rep doesn't tell you, ask for a manager and ask him if he doesn't give you that information, tell him you be taking legal actions because it's illegal for them to do that, and I promise they will give you the name and number because they don't want any more complaints with the Better Business Bureau.........I tried to help. Any more question? hellecheap314@yahoo

I do not agree with you.  Dealer Warranty Services refused to pay for the exhaust oxygen sensor that is part of the engine that went out yesteday.  The dealer qouted me $385 then I gave them the Contract No. and customer service number so they can bill them.  Dealer Warranty Services said that part is not covered and when I spoke to Jodi she said because this is an accessory part - so when she said this I knew I fell into a SCAM and I paid over $ 1,700 thinking I am covered till 100,000 miles.  My question to you if this company is "legit" will I ever get my pro-rated money back?  The two very nice customer service girls that I spoke to who had an attitude from hell, said I should provide a letter of cancellation to them it with the current vehicle mileage of the car so they can refund some of the money I paid.

Bronx boys - This is NOT presented as a "general offer" it is falsely presented as if the target patron's coverage is about to expire (scare tactics).  It is FRAUDULENT simply due to the WAY in which it is presented.  I've never ONCE seen a pizza coupon come in telling me that unless I buy their coverage I will NEVER EVER be able to EVER buy a pizza again...LOL
Since you are defending them, you must be one of those college kids this company has hired to cruise the internet and post about their company as if it was an OK way to do business.  Take your $10/hour and do some REAL research and you will see that these guys INTENTIONALLY use false advertising, they are being pursued by a number of State's directly BECAUSE of that deceptive practice.

Here's the info on the company. Apparently they are an independent agent that sells MVESCs. When they spoke with me they twisted their words to make it sound like they were affiliated with Ford.

My 90 yr old grandfather got suckered into one of these warranties. Lucky we caught the mistake before any real hard could happen. So we thought.... My grandfather canceled the policy back in April. It is now August and he still has not recieved a refund. Every time someone in my family calls we get the same standard reply. Which is "we are looking into it". This line is a bunch of [***]. When asked if we could speak to department where they are "processing" his refund the answer is there is no way to do that. They can only submitt the information again. If you ever get any thing from this fraudulent company tear it up. They will never process any claim or give you a refund.

    Letter written to Dealer Services
    Dealer Services:

I recently purchased an extended “Vehicle Serves Contract Protection Plan” with Dealer Services relying on the honesty of your company. However; I decided to check with my local dealership as to when my current contract expires with Rick Hendricks Toyota. My current contract has not expired as the representative stated during his contract presentation.

Dealer Services representative assured me that they have my current information on file and the extended service agreement with Rick Hendricks on the original contract purchased was expired. Explaining to me that based on the vehicle identification number you have on file would place me in danger of risking my coverage if something should occur to my vehicle. I provided the rep with the current vehicle ID #, farther explaining that the ven # he had was for a pervious vehicle I purchased.  In addition, he stated that this warranty was expired on this vehicle.

HOW FRAUDULENT! ……. Single parents worry about how to make ends meet and need this kind of protection to run family errands, medical appointments, and the most importantly the comfort of knowing that major repairs are covered without worry. This company should be ashamed of deliberately using misleading information to deceive customers. I am demanding a full refund of $250.00 due to misrepresentation by your representative.
