For months have had unsolicited computerized calls day, night & weekends -  unrelenting.......I finally waited for a rep to come on and asked for their name and location, was disconnected; another told me my number would be removed; another said they were 'dealer warranty services' and I asked where and he said South Florida, then disconnected; another disconnect, another promise to remove me from calling list, two more phone calls and finally a postcard yesterday......from 'Dealer Warranty Services'  at 3710 Mueller Road, St Charles, MO 63301 - phone # 800-581-1575, www.dws-us.biz
*69 does not help to trace call so not absolutely sure these are the same people, but plan to visit site, and possibly phone them.

I've received 3 calls today from the Auto Warranty Scammers. They're making us nuts. GET THEM BACK:  Their direct line is 888-963-6723.  I call them back at their expense and tell them I want to pay for the warranty and put them on hold to get my credit card.  They are so desperate that they hold for 20 or more minutes each time.  Kind of mean of me, but.....that's the worst thing I've done in over 25 years.

Thank you to the person who listed the address of this horrid company.  It's gotten to the point where almost everyone I ask says "I've had that warrenty phone call to!"  I just filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General, thank you to Vince for that idea.

There's got to be a way to stop these people. They call our business several times a day, and we are very busy here. I've talked to several people working there,at different times & they always take down our phone #, plus our other 5 locations too, & tell me they will put us on the no call list. This recording comes to us at least 5 times a day. How do we stop this SCAM, once and for all? It's just been going on WAY too long. We get this call on our cell phones too.

I am getting two or three calls everyday in my cell and home phone. I tell them to remove my numbers from their list, they promised to do so but they did not. I am wondering why government allow these people to do business in a very annoying way. I want to know whether any government agency can help us protect from this threatening call.

I received a piece of mail from US Auto Warranty, 2660 Palm Aire Drive North, Pompano Beach, Flo 33069, phone 1-866-571-7977. No information was on it about what kind of car I have.  It looked like a scam and so I checked on-line.  I hope others realize this is a scam.  Shouldn't this be turned over to the post office?  Fortunately I have not received phone calls.

Yes, this is a scam. I am getting the same postcards saying that my vehicle's factory warranty has expired. The only "vehicle" that I have is a bicycle. I am currently in the process of pressing mail fraud charges against this company.

Press criminal charges for mail fraud, or, if enough people get together, we can press a class action lawsuit.

You seem to have the answers for reputation and the web page being under construction, but how do you explain people getting these cards and calls who don't even have cars?

To your state attorney general, the postal inspecter, the Missouri Better Business Bureau, and the Missouri Atty. General at http//ago.mo.gov/consumercomplaint.htm

not trying to burst your bubble, but it is just a general offer. if the
coverage is not what you want simply throw it away. The companies that
back most of these policies are all A+ or A- on the BBB. I understand the
phone calls though. The letter does no harm and just like a pizza coupon,
use it or toss it. The people complaining need to find something to do
with their time. I mean who really has the time to moan and complain
about something that saves people money and secures their budget. If you
are one of these people it simply boils down to this....you either do
not have a car or you can barely afford to pay your bills already. Don't
be upset because you are broke and cant afford it. It is not anyone's fault but your own. Besides these people would jump all over it if it were
free. So to the complainers everywhere..........GET A LIFE!

I have gotten theeir green NOTICE OF VEHICLE WARRANTY EXPIRATION cards and phone messages  telling me my warranty has expired.

The interesting thing is that I d not drive; do not have a license; do not own a car.
totally unimpressed  about the above Info.

I asked them to take me off their mailing list.

    We shall see.

I received a post card telling me the same thing. I do not own a car or have a drivers license so I am totally ignoring this. They even wrote a owner ID#. Would like to know how they got my name and address but if I all then they'll have my phone # too.
