For months have had unsolicited computerized calls day, night & weekends -  unrelenting.......I finally waited for a rep to come on and asked for their name and location, was disconnected; another told me my number would be removed; another said they were 'dealer warranty services' and I asked where and he said South Florida, then disconnected; another disconnect, another promise to remove me from calling list, two more phone calls and finally a postcard yesterday......from 'Dealer Warranty Services'  at 3710 Mueller Road, St Charles, MO 63301 - phone # 800-581-1575, www.dws-us.biz
*69 does not help to trace call so not absolutely sure these are the same people, but plan to visit site, and possibly phone them.

cath, the post office only returns mail that states "Return to Sender" if it's first class or higher, or if the mail has "address correction requested", which means that the company is willing to pay for the correction information. I'm sure this company isn't. The postcard I received doesn't have that on it, but it did come "Prsrt First Class" (Presort First Class), so putting "Return to Sender" might work. Another, perhaps better, thing to write on it is "Refused". Again, the P.O. will only return it under the above conditions, but it might make you feel better to put that you're refusing on it. Also, the P.O. is supposed to let the sender know why it's being returned. Writing "Refused" lets everyone who sees it know your reason and speeds it on its way, lest they return it to you to ask why you are returning it, which they're supposed to do but don't.

this is not a scam, this company is legit, it is great, and it pays for all the repairs, they will keep you on the road, they will keep your vehicle alive, and they will keep you from sitting in the dealership and wishing you were not paying 5000$ out of your own pocket!!!!!

if your looking for a warranty then yes take caution but don't be afraid to get your vehicle back under coverage!!!!

I went into a repair facility this morning. My car has been very shaky and is leaking. I called Auto one warranty to verify that I would be covered. I was not!!

I called today to cancel my policy and they said I would receive a prorated rate. I can’t believe after spending $1,290.87. I am just going to maybe receive some of it back in 12 weeks, But first I have to mail in a letter confirming my cancellation. How ridiculous!!! I canceled over the phone isn’t that enough.

Please beware. Don’t purchase a warranty for this company. I would like to file a Class Action Suit. How can I get started?

These people have been calling me and my family for a few months now. I don't know where they could have gotten our phone numbers. At first they called my dad's cell phone for awhile, then my mom bought a new cell phone and somehow they found her number and started calling her. Then they started calling me, which is weird because i haven't given my phone number to any companies or anything. Then once when my dad was in the hospital for chemo, they called his hospital room!! its really creepy! i think they're tracking our phones or something. I don't know how else they could have found my dad's hospital room phone number.

we've tried talking to them, but they either hang up, or tell us they haven't been calling us.
    its really frustrating.

I received a second notice from this people for an expired warranty for a car I have never nor would ever own.  I called to inquire as to where they got my name and false information.  I was told that there are typos all the time in the information sent to them by dealerships.  I told the rep that I was going to have this investigated as it appears that someone has a lot of information about me and this could be a case of stolen identity.  The rep told me not to waste my money hiring an investigator; I should just check my credit report.  The he proceeded to attempt getting information about my vehicle, phome number, e-mail address, etc.

    think about it
dosent anyone have anything better to do then post this that number called and i got junkmail.  wow all of you I bet cant wait until the new espisode of American idol because thats all the excitment you have to fufill your pathetic lives.  If we call to late unplug the phone.  If we call you hang up the phone so you dont waste minutes.  Telling us or yelling at us to take you off the list dosent work if you didnt get the message because there are 100's of other companies solisiting too.  And dont worry this business will not peak as Im sure you all are aware the average person in America has 2.5 cars believe it or not.  And people are always trading and buying new cars.  I'm sorry guys but the people who are upset about this either need more excitment in their lives or need to take anger managmentor worse there is something seriously wrong with your mental state.

    that is all

    Hello,
I too am receiving these calls.. I just called 781-569-1000 per the above post by STU. I asked for Rick Peters who was not there.. a Man named Tony Doucette answered the call. I asked him if his company was making outbound telemarketing calls. He said no. I then asked him to take my phone number off of his list. He then put me on hold and went and got the list.. ( or pulled it up on his computer).. I then asked him why he had a phone list if he were not making outbound unsolicited calls. He balked and danced around... I gave him my number and asked him to remove me from the list.. We'll see if this works... I probably just signed up for more calls... Hope not..

PS the guys name was Tony Doucette. He says he is the boss.
He said the company name is
    General Warranty
    New Hampshire
    282 Main st Salem 03079..
I don't know if this is a legit address.

If you seriously are the John Saparito from Florida (actually there are two) then you are a terrible scammer.. Why would you use your real name? I could be wrong, there are a lot of you [***] in the northeast, plus CA and Oregon, whatever. Also you might want to change email addresses, you are about to start getting over 9000 emails a day.

I just had the company email me the contract which has "Specimen" in a watermark on it.  If anyone wants to check it out, I will be happy to email them.  email me at chris@probatelawlv.com if you would like to take a look at what is covered and what is not.
