Will make this short and sweet, I hope.
Bought a timeshre in 2006, havent been able to use it as husband works away. We were shown a resort we were told we could use as we didnt like the one we were buying into. So.... we try and use it two years later, and find out that they want us to pay $410 a  night per person ontop of the $10,000USD we have paid to stay anywhere. They dispute they showed us this resort, they dispute they didnt tell us we had to pay more once they admitted we were shown the resort. And so the saga goes on. We have been told we can have 2 free weeks there, which will come to the equivalent of the price we paid originally. Why would we want to do that, it doesnt solve the problem of having to pay more if we want a holiday there. Now we wait as we want out of this whole sorry mess. It leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. Husband is retiring this month and we thought we would be able to use our RCI membership without doubt as we bought into the higher levels of timeshare. Tried to find a place to go before February 2009, we have been told there is nothing on our side of the world. So we cant use the Royal Bali Club we cant use RCI. Well we can if we forever pay more, what was the point of paying into something we thought we would have for life and no more expense apart from air travel.
So people out there, beware Royal Bali Club and RCI. The directors and President must be laughing all the way to the bank.

    Sy sdh membayar 60 jt lbh, tidak mencicil belum memakai fasilitasnya tapi sudah ditagih biaya manajement carge nya sebesar 8 jt lbh utk thn 2016 pdhal sy jd angg sejak juli 2015 dan blm menggunakan voucher maupun fas, dan kalau sy tdk membayar man charge maka akan kena penalty sebesar 10 %.ini benar2 penipuan terselubung.... mohon dibantu mas, sy daftar untuk menggunggat mereka, alamat email sy santjeasbay@gmail.com.       We know a friend who has fallen into the same trap. I don't think i need to explain anything else in detail. Can u please tell me how you managed to get out of the contract or even get your deposits back. We are stuck at the moment and need desperate advice. Living in Australia. Thank you

      For info, there will be a court trial in denpasar Bali next monday to sue Karma Royal. By 12 poeple from 3 countries all together! It will be covered by media as well. Best thing to do is to warn everybody through social media. about the danger of this company. So no one become the victim anymore. This company has bring bad name to beautiful Bali. Unfortunately I found the info a bit late, just after I signed grrrrr

      We signed up this month, was tired, jet-lagged, had a few drinks at lunch time and got suckered into after they had worn us down after four hours.
      Once awake and sober we couldn't believe what I had signed into. If I'd read that contact on any other day I would have laughed and walked out.
      So what can we do? Living in Australia and trying to get our deposit back which was paid by credit card.
      Worried about them coming after more of our hard earned cash, is there anyway they can harm our lives further?

      Just an update on my previous post..
      After arriving home and reviewing the membership we contacted the Karma Royal Group and explained our circumstances and reasons for initially joining.
      We appreciate the courteous manner in which new were treated and professionalism and understanding the Karma Royal Group has shown in resolving our issue.

      We signed up and paid a deposit  August7th 2018, we have researched and seen it is not going to fit our needs. We are going into the office today  to cancel and get our deposit refunded. We will report back with our experience.

      help guys i been work there and yes i know your problem and sorry for that and i always think pity to do this job also before, lucky i never make my guest to buy that, maybe God dont let me lie. :)

      Argh .... furk we did this as we love to travel there was no option  to take a few days also told no cooling off period  🤮 God are we furked or is there a way out ... can they sur us .... or can we cancel out some how .... will it ruin attempts to enter Bali next time ... furkn scammers man  there is always a way out have contacted my lawyer now I just need yalls help
