I received a call by a man calling himself Jack Zachwalker. He said if I had a valid credit card w/ at least a dollar on it he could guarantee me a $200 gas card.  I would have to pay a fee of $3.90 to get the gas card. He called repeatedly.  Now the calls have stopped.

This people are a fraud! Scam! the charged my credit card for $2.00 and they did't explain the whole process before I gave my card. DON'T DO IT. I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSEGE AND I RESPONDED TO IT. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. THE VERIFICATION PROCESS IS A RECORDING WHERE YOU HAVE TO AGREEDE WITH 3 DIFFERENT PROGRAMS. THE FIRST ONE, THAT IF YOU DO NOT CANCELL AFETER A 10 DAY TRIAL PERIOD WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD $29.95 (THAT'S THE ONLY ONE THEY EXPLAIN AT THE BIGINING), THE 2ND "YES" YOU HAVE TO AGREE WITH IS A 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOR AND IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL THEN THEY WILL CHARGE TO YOUR CARD $19.95 AND IT COST YOU $1.95 AT THE MOMENT. AND THE LAST "YES" IS ANOTHER 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOR PROGRAM THAT COST YOU $1.00 AND IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL THEY'LL CHARGE YOUR CARD $9.95 (THE LAST 2 PROGRAMS WERE NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME, When I say NO to the second program, the system stopped and I did not get any CONFIRMATION NUMBER NOR THE TOLL FREE NUMBERS TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP. And there I started my BATTLE... I talked to 4 different people, and the experience was terrible. I finally, afeter 1:15 hours they refund my $2.00 after I told them I was going to take legal accion). Please DO NOT DO IT. When you receive the message delete it, or the call... hang on.

I just got a call from them today and just like the rest of you I am in need of money and it sounded good so I stupidly gave my stuff out and now am closing my bank accounts and getting rid of all my cards and getting new ones. I strongly urge you not to do it! Like everyone is saying they sound foreign and are extremely rude! We need to take these a$$holes down! If there is anyway I can help let me know I'm down with flying there and kicking the $hit outta all of them but that's just me. Again DON'T DO IT!!!!!!

Telemarketing scam.  Several other numbers have been calling me, saying I have won  a 200 dollar card, and that I was one of 25 people chosen nationally. American Auto-Benefits located in Phoenix AZ, representative: Mike and his ID: AB4120. I  indulged them long enough to confirm that they were lying. Wanted my credit card number, I told them I didn't have it memorized and to call back tomorrow. Never received word. Called each number back, and only two numbers were in service so I hit one to be removed from the list. Unfortunately I had already given them my home address. I registered a complaint with the FCC, told my bank to be alert and am watching my mail (e-mail as well) very closely. You never know what can be dug up with just your address.

After I spoke with them and provided my information, a pending charge popped up on my account almost immediately. I shut off my debit card and ordered a new one. The pending charge dissapeared. It was unable to go thru because I cancelled my card. You can get a new one in like a week. I suggest you shut off your card before its too late!

Yea, I received the same call from a guy named Danial employee #1867 from a company from Dallas Texas phone #877-472-1629 I was the lucky winner of a free gas voucher for 200 dollars. All I had to do was pay the shipping and handling fee of 2 dollars with a credit card.  I said no, he was not getting  my credit card number.  I suggested I could write a check and he started mumbling something about my routing number and I said, no thanks and hung up.

Hey, can you tell me how did you use those gas vouchers. I took that offer but nobody there can explain me how to use those. The instructions given in the gas rebate form says that I have to send $100 gas receipt to receive $10 gas rebate check monthly, which is too much of hassle for me to do. Is there any way that the voucher can be used?

I got message a week ago that I won $200 gas vouchers, then when I called on that number the representative told I will have to pay just $2 for S&H and there will be a trial period of 10 days after which I don't call and cancel they will charge me $29.95 per month. Since I have already used this kind of memberships before and never had any problem so i was inclined to take a chance which I took it. The representative also told me that the $200 gas voucher is an active voucher and you won't have to send the form for rebate and even if I cancel the membership I can still keep it. Yesterday I received the membership material and it was completely different than I was communicated. First of all, it is not a gas voucher it is a gas rebate form, which I have to fill up and attach $100 gas receipt from a specific brand of gas and have to mail them with a copy of driving license and a prepaid self addressed envelope to get $10 check. When I called on the number I called earlier for this membership, and told them this is not what I was communicated, they told we are sorry and will send me a different package now for $2 for S&H, which I refused to take. I have been talking to them since yesterday to find out how to use that and nobody is able to explain it. I was completely pissed off and canceled that membership now.

I don't think if they will charge me anything extra more than $2 which I already have been charged. It doesn't matter whether the representatives are from India or from any other part of the country, the fact is that they are working for some American company and they are just doing there job. So if somebody has to be reported scam, it should be the company.

    Jokes on THEM HAHAHA
I just got the same call, I asked over and over again about the charges..."it's only $2.00..." well I didn't get a confirmation number, I called back, told me to call back in 48 hours...I knew this was probably a scam so I gave them my prepaid cc number, lol...they can't bill my card for anything more than what that cards balance is, $6.00, so I guess the jokes on them...however I will re-post if they try anything crazy...

look people u got to conclusion that it is a scam company the reason is coz many people raised complains against company, thats the only reason right.but i call the same number they xplained me every thing about product and trial fee and the monthly charges which will b applicable if i dnt call and cancel.so what is scam in this if every thing xplained and if it is scam y they provide confirmation number and toll free numbers.iam not saying u people r wrong but what iam saying is ask them everything about the product if u know every thing then u will understand to do what u have to do,but if there is no clarity from ur side then y to blame them.think of this

I just received a call as described above. I did not give him a card number because it sounds like a scam. First, they asked for my husband but since my husband was unavailable they decided that I was the "good customer" they were looking for. We have not used the credit cards that are under both are names. So how could we be great customers and win a $200 card in the first place? I figure if it sounds too good it is not true. It has to be a scam!

I was on the phone with theses [***] giving out my credit card number and expiration date.......right before everything was confirmed, I spoke to a supervisor and the information he gave out was different them what the first person I spoke to gave out. At this very moment, I said I didn't want the card and was not interested in the service.....the supervisor spent 20  minutes on the phone with me telling me he wasn't doing anything wrong, although I told him I didn't want it...I had to curse him out and start recording him..I say what part of I don't want it don't you understand, he says we are not doing anything wrong, except trying to help you save money...I say I don't want it at all...he says well we have your credit card number and we don't need the security code (3 digits on the back of card) to proceed...I told him I would sue him if I am charged anything,....I call my company , cancel the card, and thank god ....if I had read this page first I would not have experienced this problem...THESES [***] ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS ACROSS AMERICA
