Getting charged by GRC Vita Power

Two months ago I ordered Proactive products and ever since have been receiving these "GRC Vita Power" vitamins that I did not order. Every month $65 is being taken out of my credit account. So I called BOA and got them to put a stop against VitaPower charging me the 33.94 each month. Hopefully that will stop them from charging me. When I called Proactive they gave me this number for VitaPower 888-684-9660. I tried calling but no one answered.

    I have been taking GRC Vita Power for 3 months.  I definitely feel full of energy!  I am being charged $33.95 every two months which is abou $17 a month for a month of supplements.  That is good!

    Not going to repeat what has already been said but same has happened to me and what you all should also do is talk to your bank and put a block on these transactions to ensure that they can no longer bill you from now on. I did that too after only being billed once because i am not going to even give them the chance to charge me more then once.

    These people are a scam!!!

    I would like to say that I am appalled that VitaPower has charged me for something I never received. I made an order that I never received so I actually forgot that I did make the order only to see on my Credit Card statement that I was charged $32.94 US Dollars for that product. By the way I am from Trinidad so the amount was calculated in T T Currency which is $212.21. Please review your accounts and have my monies returned to my Credit Card promptly. If this number will assist you with a speedy response I would appreciate it. I guess this may be a reference number appearing on my Credit Card Statement. Its 7530956223HWBB91X.

    OMG! So I'm not the only one that has been caught in their scam. I'm glad that I saw these comments as well. So I'm telling you VITAPOWER I want my money back. Please don't let me take action against you!!!

    Well these people are blatant scammers!! I cannot believe that they are continuing to charge people including me for products not asked for or never received!! VITAPOWER please stop this before you have to stand before the Court!! I am surprised that people could be so nasty and boldfaced as to be robbing people blind in their face!! I'm going to the bank today to ensure they can no longer have a cent of my money and mind you, you will be refunding what you stole from me...trust me!! Get of the World Wide Web you dirty minnded scammers!!

    I noticed the charge on my statement, knowing I never received any vitamins. I couldn't find a contact # for GRC untill I came across this website. Thanks to all the people willing to help others. I was finally able to get my money back.

    i just found out that i was charged in december and april 4 for the vita power vitamins from when i ordered wen hair care products  i called and cancelled it and told them i wanted all my money back and i never received any vitamins well finally they decided they would refund me for both even though december was more than 60 days ago bc they had a totally different address put down i have no idea how that ever happened  so hopefully all this gets fixed soon  i do think vita power should not be allowed to advertise their products through other companies bc everyone is going through this bs  and its not only proactiv thats at fault its wen hair cair and every other company thats involved with them  this should be ended asap and vita power vitamins should advertise their own products

    I would like to know what is the outcome of your complaint if its not too much trouble. I have been charged by these people for two entire months and I live in Trinidad!! I would like these people to stop. If you like you can mention my name to them when elaborating your point!! I am so fed up of this and they better reimburse my money pronto or else!!

    I agree Tom, but what about me who never received anything and have had two payments deducted from my Credit Card and worse is I don't live in the U.S. So I want to know what is my take on this since I sent information to them to refund my money and no response!!

    same thing here. All they said to me was "READ THE SMALL PRINT...YOU AITHROIZED US....  blahhhh. It should be illegal to charge someone's account like this every month. I am still waiting on my refund and its been 2 weeks

    I am having this GRC charge in my bank account for the vitamins i just called the number in the original post by carol and a customer representative answered she asked why i wanted to cancel and gave me a lecture of why i should  not cancel it, i insisted and she said she was gonna cancel it so i hope that's the las i heard from them.

    proactive and GRC are real works they are thieves, taking money without authorisation, and one long process to get my membership canceled.

    Here is the phone # to call: 1-888-848-2797.  I just got off the phone.  They said that if I return the unused product before 5-20-11 (I think that is the "60-day" limit), they will cancel the auto-ship and refund my acct.  They said that I should return it to VitaPower, 95 Old Shoals Rd, Arden NC, 28704.  If this all doesn't work out as she said, I'll try to remember to come back and post an update.  Hopefully, though, that won't be necessary, and this will close the matter for me.

    CALLED CANCELED AND RETURNED STILL GET BILLED BEEN 4 MOUNTHS NOW AND ONLY RECIEVED THE VITA POWER ONCE . SO TO STOP THEM FROM BILLING ME FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ASK FOR OR AM RECIVING . I CANCLED MY BANK CARD AND ORDERED A REPLACEMENT CARD THERE FOR THEY CANT CHARGE ME NO LONGER!!

    CALL YOUR BANK AND BLOCK YOUR CARD ORDER A NEW ONE.. THIS WILL STOP THE CHARGES!!!!!!!!!!

    THE SAME STORY HERE. I CAN'T BELEIVE I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP THIS PRODUCT, THAT I HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED, BACK. THIS IS A SCAM!! BUYERS BEWARE.
