Getting charged by GRC Vita Power

Two months ago I ordered Proactive products and ever since have been receiving these "GRC Vita Power" vitamins that I did not order. Every month $65 is being taken out of my credit account. So I called BOA and got them to put a stop against VitaPower charging me the 33.94 each month. Hopefully that will stop them from charging me. When I called Proactive they gave me this number for VitaPower 888-684-9660. I tried calling but no one answered.

    I had the same problem. I tried to contact to them, but no one take care of it. And then, I get help from Chase - the banking that I used it. They will help you a lot to get back your money, and just send back all the vitamin to this address

    They will cancel everything and give back the money.
    In my opinion, it is a dump product, I was very mad when i got a charge from this company. What a stupid !

    I agree total scan!  Just got off the phone with them and finally had to ask to a supervisor.  The person whom I was talking told me I was talking to I was going to be charged for two more shipments and would have to return them the same way as this last order I did not want.  This would have been a total of 65-66 dollars more.  I cancelled my card with them and she told me until the payments were made I still have to pay for them and my account was not cancelled.  So two different calls and two different people telling me two different things.  The package was already sent out to me and upon talking to the supervisor she stated it would take 3-4 weeks just to get my card refunded. (stated that's how long it takes to process the item back into the store)  They knew where the package was they looked it up and saw it was being returned and on the way (should receive it by tomorrow).  I demanded that my card be refunded now for something I did not want anymore orders of just got the $1.00 to try thing when I ordered proactive and this is what happens.  What a scam they are pulling.  So hopefully they do not decided to charge my card once again won't be vary happy.

    I agree with you all, I am also waiting for refund by Vita Power. They just cut the money without notifying.

    I too, ordered proactive two months ago (which by the way, doesn't work!!) and I noticed a charge on my account for $62.89 for the vitamins as well. I called the number you posted, some girl named Trish answered. I was instantly on her case about how I didn't order them, don't want them, didn't authorize the payment and I want my money back and got no hassle from her. I'm not a rude person by any means, I myself work in customer relations over the telephone so I know how frustrating it is! However, the only way to deal with these people is to at least SOUND like you know what you're talking about. Just pretend to be angry, throw a little weight around, and you'll get exactly what you want. I called proactive directly after and got a very rude representative, before I had even said anything. I gave her a bit of what I think about proactive and what they're doing to people and tada, she was happy as could be after that. Hope this helps someone else!

    Just had the same thing happen, never recieved vitamins was charged 32.94 for 3 months plus I had canceled proactive after the first shipment arrived and they continued to charge me 27.94 every month!!!!! I am so angry, cant believe these people are still in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am a Proactive member but signed up online so I was never brought into this problem.... until I also joined Meaningful Beauty )a Gunthy Renker company as well) and was offered these vitamins in a free 30-day trial with just paying $2.95 for shipping. I was also told I would have an opportunity to tell them I didn't want to receive them after the first month.  I did not get any such opportunity as there was no number to call. I just looked and got charge $32.94 today. So thanks to many of you I called the 888 number Carol listed and got a live person right away.  They were able to cancel the order since it hadn't shipped out yet and said my money will be refunded in 3-5 business days.  We will see! I did make sure to get the lady's name and employee number in case there are any further issues however. I do agree that a lot of the fault lies with these Gunthy Renker companies.

    I was also roped into the Vita Power scam.  In addition, they do not list the vitamins on your Proactiv account.  When I tried to figure out how to cancel the shipment, I went to Proactiv and there is no way to access it, as far as I could find, which means if there is and I missed it, it's too difficult.

    I too have to send back my vitamins for a refund--they gave me a 90 day supply!  Why would they do that?  Oh yeah, to rip you off.

    Thank you for providing the customer service number here.  I would not have found it otherwise.  I also did not get an invoice.

    Same problem.  I never ordered the vitamins but I got charged for them.  My belief is that proactive and these vitamin company, since they are the same people, they just change the name to scam people out of their hard earned money.  When I returned the product that I never ordered, they refunded me a portion of what they charged me.  My advice, DON'T ORDER PROACTIVE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR STUFF THAT YOU NEVER ORDERED.  Becareful who you order from.  NOT FROM THEM!!!Good for you Carlo.  I will try to do the same thing.  Make sure you call your credit card company so that they not allow anymore charges from either one of them on your account.  If you ordered proactive, you will be linked to the other B/S too.

    Jus cancelled, and have been sending the vitamins back every month, never seen this so called "credit" for what I sent back

    OMG!!!!!  Where do I begin.......  I have the same complaint as everyone else......  It's been a long 4 months of this nonsense...  Finally, today 7/5/2011.... I was told by the supervisor that my account will be credited of $89.94, less the $9.00 for shipping and handling.  I was ready to call Help me Howard on Channel 11 news in New York....  I told them that this was unlawful and a scam.   They tried to say I was out of the 60 day window for returns... (I lost my mind on that one)!!!!!..   I had confirmation from the USPS and signed affidavit that the company had faxed to me.  So,,,,,,, Vita Power had no choice, but to refund me...or argue with me some more...... lol...

    Problem.
    One month ago, this [***] nightmare started. I sent the package back to the address listed on the Vitaclear website.
    VitaClear, P.O. Box 360285, Des Moines, IA 50380

    The package is delivered already, I checked.
    However, today, I found that they charged me a second time (makes it around $66). I have already canceled my account and I sent back the product to the address they listed. WHAT MORE DO THEY WANT?

    Please tell me how to proceed.
    Should I call the bank and have them block the charges?
    I will try customer service ONE MORE TIME.
    This is pissing me off so bad.
