As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    I have been going through the same thing with Nubodi and my bank is working with me to try to get my money back, but I've lost hope of that happening.  Everyone seems to have gotten their shipments from Nevada, however, mine came from Davies Florida.  Did anyone else get theirs from there? I can't believe I was stupid enough to fall for this scam. I am out about $180.00 and I HAVE NOTHING to show for it.  I was charged for 2 shipments and I returned both of them.  I did not read the terms when I ordered, but there was not a phone # to call and cancel anywhere in the package of the sample. This has been an expensive lesson, but I will definitely, not order anything off the internet again unless it's somewhere like JC Penney or another reputable company that knows how to run a business.  I know people need jobs, but I don't see how any one that has a any decency, can work for these people.  May God deal with them in His own way.

    I return the unauthorised shipment Ii am stiill being charge and the wait time to speak with a Customer Service Rep. is forever. I think these people need to be brought to justice for preying on innocent people. How could a Trial bottle for $3.95 turnn iinto a $89.00 monthly affair? We need to take legal actionns against these people.

    i also order the free trial from them.I noticed they started to deduct a dollar here and there on my account. as soon as I started to read these comments about them I immediately call my bank to request a new debit card with a different #

    I, too was one of the stupid ones.  I actually had the $89.31 deducted from my account before I even received the trial product!  How [***] is that??  I immediately cancelled my debit card and called and spoke to "Michael".  He was a rude pig but told me to send back the item at my own expense (make sure you get confirmation!!!!) And to call them with a confirmation number.  I did that and they said they would refund my money in 48-72 hours.  Which never happended by the way.  The account was cancelled in mid May and I finally got my refund June 30th.  This company needs to be shut down.  Stick your ground with them adn cya if you know what I mean.  They have to refund your money.  Especially if you've sent everything back to them.

I CALLED AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE COMPANY. EVERYONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE SHOULD FLOOD WITH GUY WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIS TENANT. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO DO IT THAT HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. THE CORPORATE ADDY FOR THE COMPANY IS: 4650 SW 51ST ST. SUITE 711, DAVIE FL.  THE ONSITE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT GAVE THERE DIRT BALLS THEIR LEASE IS: PELICAN BAYS AND THEIR NUMBER IS: 954-581-5600. ALSO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE BBB. ITS A USELESS ORG. CALL THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FILE A COMPLAINT THERE, I ALREADY HAVE. ALSO GO TO THIS WEBSITE: WWW.IC3.GOV.     This company NUBODI is one of the best at scamming.  I wanted to try the product.  Then, if I got the desired results, I would buy more.  Instead, I received the 14 days trail amount and two weeks later had $86.31 taken from my account.  I called the number on July 3rd and received a recorded message that I had contacted customer serive, no company name mentioned.  Telephone calls are not being accepted during the observance of the Memorial Day holiday.  You may call back after May 27th!  
    This company's name should be changed from NUBODI to BOHICA.  B-end O-ver H-ere I-t C-omes A-gain!

    Thank you Larry !!! GREAT IDEA, I have no problem letting the landlord or anyone else that's close to these NUBODI folks know they can't get away with taking my, yours and everyone else's money.  I'll call everyday all day.  My rent was to be paid and because of this nonsense with 90 dollars less in my account, the bank may refuse to pay my rent check which I am deligent about paying on time.
    $89.31 is much more than the $3.95 that was suppose to be taken.  I am livid and will not stop until I know they're out of bussiness.  Times are hard enough - now I have to worry about these losers stealing from me.  Oh yeah, it would be in the best interest of everyone to cancel their cards and get new ones.

    I also oredered the product and that was the trial.  I was contacted by phone.  I was not told about the not be receiving the product and I would be charged again a 89.31 I wish I knew this sooner that they were scam artist.

    I too was scammed by this company. I ordered the trial product and two weeks later discovered that $89.31 was taken from my bank account. What I ended up doing was reporting to my bank that my debit card was stolen so they cancelled the card immediately. This is an evil company. The reason people wait up to an hour on hold is because you KNOW 50 other people are ahead of you screaming for their money back. Once they ship the product, you are [***] out of luck. No refunds. Ever. Maybe you can argue if you used a credit card, but I don't have one, so I used my debit card. Big mistake. And beware......I was told by my bank that even if you block further charges from this company, they will only do so if it's the same amount they charged last time. If they change the charge by even one cent, it will go through. I finally gave up and chalked it up to experience. Just be careful of cheap trial products and read ALL the small print!!

    Call your card company, report it stolen, and they will immediately deactivate the account. That's the only way to stop these f**kers.

    I have been scammed
    I just ordered this colon cleanse and then saw where they charge 89.00 in a few days to your credit card. I tried to call them and no one would answer. I am going to cancel my credit card before they charge me. I just figured out it was a scam. I feel like a fool.

    I ordered, just like everyone else here, without reading the fine print. The problem now, as I try to cancel, is that their phone number does not work any longer.  It gives you a recording that says you are not authorized to call through their long distance carrier.  The phone company said they have a block on it.  Does anyone have another phone number other than 801-208-7485?

    I ordered some nubodi and colon cure from them, they ay you have 14 days to cancel. I tried to call but couldn't get anyone. When I did get thru a recording said their were 41 callers ahead of me so I waited, when it got down to zero I thought I'd be next but no, it then said there were 11 callers ahead of me, once it said I could leave a message and someone would return my call but no one ever returned my call. I'm trying to get my $89.31 back from them. I ordered on the 14th of June 08 I believe and they took the $3.95 out on the 16th of June 08. I started calling on the 23rd of June 08. Still waiting for these slimb balls to respond.

    WOW...I ALWAYS READ COMPLAINTS FIRST ON GOOGLE BEFORE ORDERING THE CLOTHES OR PRODUCTS OR WHATEVER SERVICES I GET RIGHT... BUT I DIDNT DO IT THIS  TIME... IM GLAD I DID. I WENT BACK AND READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ITS AWFUL HOW THEY GET YOU BUT I DID CALL AND CANCEL WITHIN THE 14 DAYS AND I GOT MY TRIAL LATE BUT I STILL RECEIVED IT AND THEY NEVER BILLED ME AGAIN..BUT IT IS CRAZY... I KNOW TO READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM THE INTERNET!!!!!!

    don't you realize that they will give a few people their money back just to make the rest of us think that we will have a chance for a refund after reading you response praising them as a good company.  i gave up.  i contact CBS news because they are using their logo on the colon cure website.

    Try filing a complaint with the BBB of Florida.  I did and I have been receiving responses from the BBB of Florida.  I recently sent back the bottle they charged me for as requested by the company and I am awaiting my refund.  When I spoke with the company they said they would not refund my money, but once I got the BBB of Florida involved now they are willing to refund my money.  Will let you know if I do get my refund and how long it takes.

    NUBODI IS ENGAGED IN FRADULENT PRACTICES
    It is fraud when they are refusing to refund $.  They set up a scheme to prevent buyers from returning their sham products.
