As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea. I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived. How could they posibly be that busy?

I CALLED THE SUITE NEXT TO THE ONE AT 711 WHICH IS THEIR ALLEGED HEADQUARTERS. THE PERSON THAT RUNS THE PLACE IS ALLEGEDLY SHANE. I GOT THE NUMBER OF THE ONSITE MANAGEMENT. I CALLED AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE COMPANY. EVERYONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE SHOULD FLOOD WITH GUY WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIS TENANT. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO DO IT THAT HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. THE CORPORATE ADDY FOR THE COMPANY IS: 4650 SW 51ST ST. SUITE 711, DAVIE FL. THE ONSITE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT GAVE THERE DIRT BALLS THEIR LEASE IS: PELICAN BAYS AND THEIR NUMBER IS: 954-581-5600. ALSO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE BBB. ITS A USELESS ORG. CALL THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FILE A COMPLAINT THERE, I ALREADY HAVE. ALSO GO TO THIS WEBSITE: WWW.IC3.GOV. $89.31 is much more than the $3.95 that was suppose to be taken. I am livid and will not stop until I know they're out of bussiness. Times are hard enough - now I have to worry about these losers stealing from me. Oh yeah, it would be in the best interest of everyone to cancel their cards and get new ones.
