As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

I am responding to 'fraud expert'   I,too, bought from this company. I purchased a product called acai berry cleanse. I decided to try the free trial offer. No where did it say that further products would be sent or that anything else was required from me after this trial offer. Now I have an $89.31 charge and absolutely nothing to show for it. If this is not fraud I would like to now what is!!

The terms are quite easy to read and quite easy to understand I had no problem calling in to cancel I got someone within 10 or 15 minutes give or take a few. I did get charged the 89.31 since I did forget to call and they actually offered the refund for me. I dont know what you guys are speaking about but I had quite a fine experience with them.

Did you order through a credit card? I just simply had my credit card number changed. Telling the credit card company what was about to happen and they were glad to change my number. If you did it through a checking account might have to change that number. I am waiting for a rep. now and there were 165 people ahead of me haha. Good luck to  you too.

I"m usually not this trusting I check out the product and company before i order. I was a bit lucky I read the note inside, if you don't cancel in 14 days *after ordering* I was lucky I got it in 6 days (one trial and another bottle containing 60 tabs). Well I just called my bank and explained this and they changed my number on my cc card. Now this company I know will be calling me to attempt to get payment for their bottle they sent. Cause they have no way of collecting this. Now the shoe will be on the other foot. Change your card number if you can if you used a cc card they will investigate fraudulent charges if you used a bank card change the number. I'm going to call Ft Lauderdale BBB and find out about this company. The Phone number is Utah but address Florida. They might drop ship who knows where they actually are located.

My comments are an echo of all the above. It has been in my case at least, impossible to contact these people. I do intend to report this company to the Attorney General's office on consumer fraud for Florida. I am delighted though that I charged on my AMEX card.

I have received a bottle of Estreme Acai Berry with an insert saying that I will be charged $87.31 on my credit card.  I do not want this product and tried to call but recording said I was there were 135 callers ahead of me.  I cannot afford to wait for someone in Utah to respond.  Why isn't there a toll free number.  This is a rip off and I feel you delibertly make it impossible for people to contact you.  Please cancel this order and I expect to be reimbersed for any costs.  I am waiting for a reply.

PayPal is actually treating this as a fair dispute. I can't believe that someone out there has access to my checking account through PayPal, and they are asking me to substantiate my claim! I would have thought the URL to this site would suffice.

I found I was scammed too: ordered trial of AcaiBerry for the $3.99. Did not receive it until just before the 14 day trial period.  I had been calling the 801-208-7485 "customer service" number and never was able to get past a busy signal.  I googled NuBodi and up came this site! Lesson is to check BBB and google anything and everything that is being promoted/sold over the internet.  These people are using the "Oprah" -- her face and logo on their site to obviously give credibility to what they are selling. Have cancelled all accounts.  The "customer service" number does NOT work. Highly disgusting -- have reported them to my bank and my bank told me they are receiving call after call about this so-called company/scam.

I failed to see at the very bottom of the page in very small print their terms and conditions.  You must call them and cancel you order within 14 days of ordering because otherwise you are on autoship and they will charge you $89.31.  Per their terms you will still be charged $3.95 for the free product whether you want to receive the product or not.  I called just before 2:00 pm PST and only waited about 5-10 minutes. I have cancelled my order and I will be watching my account anyway.

I read through this blog because I was charged 3 times for small insignificant amounts but non the less charged more than the "trial amount".  Thanks to your blog I called and cancelled the "membership" that is not listed on their website.  Anyway, I had no issue getting through at 3:05 EST.  They are very unfriendly and not at all helpful.  You have a 14 day period in which to try the product to see if you like it.  7 of those days are transit time so you really only have 7 days.  Everyone on this blog needs to contact a class action lawyer and sue them for all they are worth - which is evidently a lot of money if you read what the former manager says(and believe it).  Best of luck to all of us.

I just googled Jason Brailow's who is the supposed owner of NuBodi and found this information.  For all those who were burned by the "product" you should follow the direction given.  I will be watching my account very closely and will contact the FBI immediately if anything is charged to my account.

Again - best of luck to all of us.

Lean Life PM, Burn Fat2.Com, Hoodia66 are all DBA names and Alia's of Mr Brailow's Companies.

He is under federal investigation and the authorities would like your cooperation. Please contact the FBI, IRS and/or the FTC to report the treatment you have received.

I have a friend in an influential position with a government agency looking into income records and all other financial and personal records of Mr Brailow.

He has ruined the reputation of upstanding supplement companies, and other internet marketing companies with his business practices.

Please Consumers, Put an immediate stop to this.

For All interested in finding out more about this company and the fraud practices, please contact the Utah Department of Consumer Protection. They have over 200 Cases and complaints and are considering criminal action.

I have been waiting on a return phone call for about 2 weeks now. I have waited on the phone for hours and have left three phone messages. I only signed up for a free trial package. You instead charged my account for 89.31. I do not like your pills. They did not work. I want my money back. I have contacted my bank, who will be working on the case with me. I am having my lawyer contact you, and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. Please return my phone call or email me.

I did read the terms and conditions.  The reason I went ahead with it was because they tell you you can cancel before the 14 day trial ends.
That is hard to do when no one will answer the phone or return your calls.  So this is a SCAM!!!
