As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    THIS PRODUCT DID NOTHING FOR ME BUT TRIGGER MIGRAINES AND GIVE ME AN UPSET STOMACHE. I TOO HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I JUST GET A BUSY SIGNAL OR STAY ON HOLD IN OUTER SPACE SOMEWHERE. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!

    I've been trying to call these people since last week and I get no answer just a busy tone.  I also rec'd a 14 day trial and rec'd a 30 day bottle which I did not order. The 801-208-7485 number I've been calling is always busy.  I really don't understand what is going on.  If someone is out there that knows please contact the complaint box, it would be very much appreciated by all I am quest sure.

    Yep, I got suckered too!  I ordered the product for a Free trial for $3.95 and the DAY I received the product I noticed a piece of paper that went on to say that if I didn't cancel within 14 days that they would charge my card on the 15th day $87.31 and continue to charge my card every 45 days. I was very upset when I read this, so I got on the phone right then and there, but only got a message machine, so I left a message telling them NOT to charge my card, to cancel whatever they were trying to sell and that I didn't want this product.  I looked at my bank account 3-days later and they had ALREADY charged me!  I have been trying to call for 3 additional days since then and it rings bussy or a message comes on, no live person EVER answers.  I have contacted my bank and have filled out the fraud forms, whether I will ever see my money or not I don't know, but what a SCAM this is, they don't even wait for you to try this FREE TRIAL, they wait for you to order, then charge you this outragious price without you even knowing it.  I am very angry with these scammers!

I am the founder and CEO of the NUBODI Escentuals & BodiWork online business located in Maryland. I have received your complaints, your emails and your phones. I have returned all of them to let you the customer know that we are NOT the company that you have placed orders with. If you really want to complain, make it known to the Better Business Bureaus in your area and in Arizona where the company that you purchased your product is. This company is giving my business a BAD name. The company that you purchased your products from is www.nubodi.com and my company is www.nu-bodi.com. I have asked them to STOP doing business under that name as well as made several calls myself to attorneys. My business was formed in 2004 and I have the paperwork to prove my business was established FIRST. I am working very hard to get this matter resolved and I would appreciate the support. Please pass the word that this company and mine are NO WAY affiliated.

    I went to my bank this morning(1/30/08) to report that nubodi took money out of the account ($87.31) Also there another company call Hoodia maxx they took ($47.00) out. I do not know if they are the same company but I did not order the bottles that they mailed me.  Also, I would not take any more of their pills, who to say what they are.........

    I got ripped off the same way.  I sent $3.95 for a sample of COLON CURE.  i GOT THE SAMPLE and thought nothing of it later.  However, when I was balancing my checkbook, I noticed a charge for $87.31 from a company called swm-nubody.  I called the number, was put on hold for thirty minutes, then spoke to a guy who told me that since I called after the fourteen day period, there was nothing I could do.  My bank suggested that I cancel the check card but I told the to dispute the charge.  Guess I'll have to call my bank back and cancel my debit card.

    I too, fell victim to these idiots!!  I have tried calling at virtually every hour of several days with no answer, just busy or recorded call back later message. I have just filed a BBB complaint as linked above on 1/30/08 and urge EVERYONE to do so!!! I am cancelling the credit card that I used to avoid further charges, but it is still very aggravating!! Good luck to everyone else who has been victimized.

    I just received a credit card statement that had been paid off and had a charge for 3.95.  I called the 801 and it was busy.  I checked with the credit card company and there is another charge for 89.37 from this same place.  We never ordered anything from them.  We cancelled the card and they removed the charges.  The credit card company said they will be reporting this company to all the agencies that are involved with fraud.

    I ordered a free trail on the internet and paid the shipping with my debit card.  BAD MISTAKE!!!!!!  Then today they took $89.31 out of my account. This was unauthrozed and now I have to go to the bank and cancel my debit card. THEY ARE A SCAM AND SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I also order a free trial of HOODIA & Green tea for $ 4.95 or 6 something I can't really remember the amount. I got scam trying to do a comsumer survey and it kept prompting me to buy something, so I suggest to everyone don't do the survey's it a scam as well. I was charge $87.13 for SWM/NUBODI on my debt card with a 801 208-7485 number attach and acct#020561........etc. We all should report this scam to the 20/20 or the 60 mintue for some HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!! ALSO THE OPRAH show should do something about companies scam off her Good Name. That was the reason I chose that product because of Oprah.

    I too was dumb enough to fall for this scam. I was taking the survey to get a free $500 Macy's gift card and saw this add for Colon Cleanser. I ordered the free trial bottle, took the pills and it did nothing but make me sick and have stomach pains. Today I checked my bank account and on 2/3/08 I was charged $87.31. I have been trying to call all day since then and have got nothing but a busy signal. I am going to call the Utah Attorney General. These people need to be punished.

    You would think in my case I would remember the old saying "once burned twice shy". This is my second ripoff. Samari Shark is almost as bad. I did get my money back, along with my overdraft bank fees.  Nubodi is the worst. I guess I will have to cancel my bank card again.  They charged me $89.71 the day after I got the free sample.  My bank is going after them and demand my money back. but I might be out this time.  I tried to write to their address, but everytime I started to write I got angry and started calling them names, and wished they would all die.  This is absolutely frightening.
    My bank did tell me if I did not sign anything and they continue to hold money out of my bank account it is fraud, we will be able to sue them.  I cannot wait that long, my temper will not stand it. Thank you for lettng me talk.

    I am having the same problem.  What jerks- They sure have a great setup- they make it impossible to get through to them to cancel in time so they won't charge you the full price. Either you get a recording or busy signal, and if you call after hours- the recording states they are closed.  
    We have to be able to contact someone there, I just don't know how yet.

    My problem is exactly like yours.  I also called my bank re: this Scam.  The $87.31 is pending in my account and I also called the bank and I have to go and file a complaint.  I really need my $87.31.  The fact of the matter is I'm sure scamming is unlawful.

    I believe the telephone number is long distance from Michigan as well.  What do you think?

    i recieved the product and used it like they said for 15 days, I was not happy so I called to cancel product they said it was to late for refund even though it is a 15 day product. It is a scam because they charge your credit card in 14 days.
