As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    No  I went to the bank and filled out a report and canceled my check card.
    the bank told me they would try and get the money back from them. Its been over a month and nothing. I never got that bottle of pills either. Its a scam and a rip off.  Oprah needs to know they are exploding her good name.
    Yes they are all rude and give us different imformation, Thats not even true. Good Luck to you.

    Sadly, I too have fallen victim to this scam.... I have been on the telephone for hours to no avail. All I ever get are busy signals. Yep, I have been ripped off !!! The bottom line is that you are not able to cancel your account. Now I need to work through my bank to cancel my charge card and to establish a new account. Why can't some low enforcement agency shut this scam down? How are they getting away with it? Where does the innocent consumer turn for justice???

    SCAM SCAM SCAM Got the free bottle, 12-13, no results at all, when I called to cancel on 12-22,a Friday evening, I got a recording saying to call back M-F.  So I called back on Mon. the 24th, they were closed all day. My bank account was billed 87.31 on the 23rd. Called on 26th, they were very rude and said too bad, you didn't cancel in time.  Still have not received the next shipment, but I don't want it.  I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

    The same happened to me. I tried calling NUBODI all day today and the 801 number was busy all day.I tried after hours and an automated service directed me to voice mail. I called my bank and canceled by credit card so I won't get charged the $87.31. They are a big scam.

    I to fell for this scam. this should be taken to the Better Business Bureau. You can't get thru the only phone number NUBODI has listed. There is no return address on the package and there is no contact name or email address on the paper included in the package thanking you for your business. These people are a rip off.I suggest as soon as you get your trial offer, cancel your credit card. Call your banks and explain what happened. They are very helpful and will notify you if a charge is trying to post for $87.31.

    Was your bank able to help you?  I too just realized that today is day 15, and suddenly the $87.31 was a pending charge on my account.  I called the company after reading several complaints, and attempted to cancel my order, but could only leave a message.  I have written to my bank to see if they can do anything with the unauthorized charge, but I'm leary.  If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!!!

    I don't know if it will help, but I wrote a formal complaint to the Vegas and Utah Better Business Beaureu on ALL of our accounts.  I referenced this website as a place where they can see that this company has scammed hundreds if not thousands of people.  I hope to see a refund, and I hope that it will take this company offline.

    I ordered the free bottle of Colon Cleansing on 1/2/08. I received it on 1/10/08 and started taking the pills on 1/11/08. My wife says they make me stink and wants me to discontinue use. I am not taking them anymore after 3 days. I have called the 801 number all day and busy. I wrote a cancellation letter to the company in Las Vegas and mailed it today. I also plan to call my credit card company to not accept any charges from this place. I hope this works. They use deceptive practices. Anyone can do what they are doing as there is no monitoring of this kind of activity. It seams though that the Las Vegas office of the FBI should swing by this place of business and if not there then wherever they are, and shut them down. This is white collar criminal activity.

    im lucky i noticed a charge of $3.95 from nubodi on my cc statement i immediately reported it as a dispute to my cc company they are very good at taking care of their customers ive never even heard of nubodi before this charge

    you must contact your credit card company or bank and report them!  Dispute the charges. It is a scam!  Also contact Nevada Consumer Affairs Div. to file a complaint.  There Number is 702 486 7555. This company operates out of Las Vegas.

    I couldn't even get a phone number for this company.  Now I see its for green tea and I don't even drink tea.  How odd is that?  My credit card company can't do anything about it until they actually collect the money.  So i'm taking it one step further than the credit card company, and i'm turning this whole thing over to the local authorities.

    I never authorized this charge and have notified the FTC and Ca Attn Gen, BBB and the Gov's office on unfair billing and illegal credit charges and fraud. Will contact my attorney to send a letter to appropriate info as a follow-up to get refunded. Bank says I have to wait until it is posted to dispute. Banks are just as bad as the companies, the want there money and when you want to dispute and acure other late charges the sock it to you. This country is so fn screwed up.

    I tried to deal with these idiots yesterday.. they were rude, almost laughing at the fact that they had scammed me... asked me if I, "knew how to read." After I told them I never saw an agreement .... ugh... We cancelled our cards - that's the only way to stop them.. I wish OPRAH would take these guys on... I just feel bad for elderly people who have a fixed income and have no one to stand up for them..

    I got burnt by the same company.  I paid with my bankcard.  I have been trying every day to cancel further shipment without any success as the phone is always busy.  I would appreciate any help recuperating my money and canceling any dealing with this company.

    Oh my goodness, I DID get through to them and they told me that I had signed a Term and Conditions agreeing to the $87.31.  My bank did reverse the charges for me while they dispute and research but I am LIVID!!!!  And worse, I come home from work tonight and have received yet another bottle that I have not ordered!  I fear I may be charged for that after I got someone on the phone and have verbally cancelled!  I'm going to have to cancel my debit card and order a new card!  Also, the people said that they can't give refunds or send any correspondence.  ( I asked for the Terms and Conditions to be emailed/mailed, faxed, whatever to me) and they said they're just a call center.

    I am also a victim of the scam.  I was never able to get through to any person at the number they provided.  I called my credit card company and found out that they had already charged money to my credit card and that was 7 days before the "free 14 day trial" was up.  I cancelled my credit card and I have learned a valuable (and expensive) lesson.

    I just saw the charge on my checking account and had to cancel my debit card.  That is what my bank advised me to do.  They will try to dispute the original charge, but it's unlikely they'll succeed.  YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD!!  I hope the feds get them.

    Truly a fraud.  I dialed the # and placed the phone on speaker; held on for 3.5 hours.  Spoke to Brian and was advised that I would get a refund.  I am contacting my bank to cancel my card as well.

    Dear Di; I have had the exact same set of circumstances. I was wondering when you go to the bank and cancel the debit card, They don't close out your checking account do they? The reason I ask, because this scam may be time consuming and my accounts are linked to direct deposit. What a hassle if the account needs to be reopened.
