As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea. I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived. How could they posibly be that busy?

Nothing shows under "nubodi" via search engines.
nubodi.com appears to be a blank website.
ripoffreport.com shows many "free-trial" fraudulent charge complaints under "green tea". Not sure if it is the same company.

Their scam appears to be they put that you are signing up for a $99 purchase at the bottom of a long web page, way past the "free trial" offer. From these reports, you were never intended to see what you were "agreeing" to.
Dispute as consumer fraud and unauthorized charge thru your bank or CC company, as well as your local DA, state AG, and FTC.

If you want at least the federal protections that allow you to dispute fraudulent charges and have your bank reverse them, you have to at least get your WRITTEN dispute of the charges RECEIVED by your bank within 60 days of the STATEMENT DATE of the statement showing the unauthorized charge. Do NOT wait.
Since scammers are likely to claim you did authorize it, however deviously they hid the terms, you also want to have sent DA and state AG complaints to back up your claim.

When that bottle of green tea came I promtly sent it back. After a few weeks of waiting for my refund I called them again. Then I was told I would not get a refund since I had signed an agreement to take another shipment if I hadn't tried to cancel in 15 days. I never saw that agreement. Today I went on line to balance my checking account . I found a transaction from my check made to Nubodi in the amount of $87.31. This must be the same company as bodyfitpro. I did not know anything about this and I did not authorize this transaction. I don't know what to do next. I guess I am going to have to cancel my check card. I will have to go to the bank tomorrow. The phone number is 801-208-7485. This is not a toll free number and it does no good to call you just get put on hold forever. Don't let them do this to you cancel your credit card.

Someone of us should go for the Better Business Bureau and scam suits..
I have reported it to my credit card company and cancelled card. They will look into it. This is a scam and we will all not doubt ever see our funds returned to us. This company should be brought to justice throught the Attorney General's office In State of Utah and also the Better Business Bureau.
I tried to get a refund. I was given some pathetic excuse for not taking returns. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
Every rep I get is rude and I'm going to Oprah and the media about this.
