As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    i ordered the trial and was lucky to notice the little print, i canceled the order ASAP. a month later i discovered that there have been unauthorized payments from my credit card (more then 1000 pounds) luckily the bank declined. i had to close my credit card. not sure is it connected. i hardly ever use my credit card and if, then only online.

    I have made the mistake and ordered this product and have been trying to cancel any future shipments for several months....I have called and called this number 801 208 7485 as provided in their shipment and website...you can't get anyone or it's always busy .... I want to cancel any future shipments and I am writing to the company at ColonCure 4650 SW 51st Street, Suite 711, Davie, FL 33314 as well as the Florida Better Business Bureau and I expect these shipments to stop immediately and no further billing to my credit card.  Feel free to contact me at carma456@aol.com to confirm cancellation.

    I worked with Jason Brailow in SLC sveral years ago...he was a low paid telesales rep for the same co I worked for.  He was a liar and a cheat then and apparently is still a liar and a cheat.  I did run into him a few months back while out to lunch...he was driving a 100k+ car (I was impressed until somoeone told me he had a bunch of scammy websites that sold diet pills and rippped people off) and was his same old cocky, nobody can touch me jerk.  Jason is scum.  I wish you all the best.

    I have been trying to get ahold of this company or destroy them forever. I finally managed to cancel today, but it seemed too easy, so we'll see. I then sent a long email to my congressman about them.  He's a dip, but a bulldog so we'll see. Drop me a line at robbonixon@yahoo.com if you want the phone numbers I used or or any other help.     Minnesota has a scam line and emailed that also the Davie Florida chief of police the Davie Florida chamber of commerce the corporate office the London office and my congressman, but I really think we're being way to nice. I'm utterly willing to track them down and toss pills down their throats until they choke on them.

    BEWARE FREE SAMPLES OF Acai Berry.
    I came across these people who offered free trial Acai Berry. Just pay the postage.
    I gave my card number for about $9 postage. I did get my free trial
    I have now had 3 payments of postage taken out. and if I hadnt cancelled my visa card no doubt I would continue to be milked once a month for ever.
    As I am in Oz my bank has just thrown up its hands in regards to recovery.
    PS BEWARE OF:  NETPURCHASE, PRICELIMBO, PRICE SAVERS AND CRH*PRICE SAV. The deductions made came out via these avenues.

    JUST CALL AND CANCELL YOUR CARD.  NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND CREDITED BACK TO YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT.  WHEN THE PRODUCT ARRIVES, SEND IT BACK AND THEY SHOULD HIVE YOU 70% OF YOUR MONEY BACK.  IF YOU FEEL THIS IS NOT WORTH IT, JUST KEEP THE PEODUCT AND USE IT.  MY ADVICE IS TO JUST LIVE AND LEARN.  DON'T ORDER ANY FREE TRIALS, AND SURE AS H*LL DON'T GIVE THEM ANY CARD NUMBERS.

    I also fell for this scam. Got the trial shipment of ExtremeAcaiBerry, canceled further shipments that night, got the full shipment the next day ... as well as a charge for $89.31. Returned it following day. Been calling 877-350-8480 for a refund ever since. That was 3 months ago. I can't believe I was so dumb. If you are reading this, it's probably too late to warn you. If not, then BEWARE.

    I wonder what foreign currency $89.31 equals an even $100. This is such an easy scam for them, why haven't they been shut down by the government, or Oprah?

    here in SC,  BC Nutrition Center of Sandy Utah is also licensed until Nubodi. After contracting the Sandy Police concerning the return I sent to them and being told it never arrived, and then checked with the Ssandy PO.  Luckily I had sent the package certified.  They verified It had been delivered.

    The young Asian operators are terrified to even tell you where they are.  The do read their little papers well LOL.  The supervisors love to put you on hold and vanish.  You fianally tell one that the police in the US are involved and they tell you their company is liciensed by Nubodi.  I'm been in the phone with a pack of them and have almost lost my Christianity.  

    I called Nubodi and told them what was happening.  I gave them the certified number and was told I would receive a refund in no less than 10 days, we'll see.  I have a case number and the name of the man I talked to.

    I GOT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!I have to be very thankful this morning.  I'm a Christian and I did a lot of praying about this.  I also took a proactive attitude.  I traced the subsidiary company from which I purchased my product and to whom I returned it to Nubodi.  The subsidiary company said they had never recieved it, but the Sandy Utah PO gave me documentation that my registered mail with reciept had been signed for and picked up.  I talked with everybody including the SANDY PD.  I threatened to get in touch with the agencies in DC which control overseas commerce and business licensing.  

    I called this number and talked with Nico.  He seemed to be in Utah and actually spoke very good English which even an an old  southern lady like me could understand.  No reading off a piece of paper like a lot of the operaters did.  He told me to contact him if I did not recieve my refund in 10 business days and that they did have the returned product.  

    I followed the advice from several posters here and changed my card number.  I used the number 801-208-7405.

    My advice is to be proactive.  Mention the numerous sights with complaints.  Mention government agencies that you can and will contact.  Remember that Nubodi is the parent company of other companies selling similar products. Government intervention is the last thing they want!  
    Demand return addresses and send any unwanted products to them by registered mail with a reciept.  It's worth the difference.  That way you have a record that you returned the product.  Demand to talk to a supervisor and hold on, they do come back eventually. If you loose contact, call back.  Tell the girls to put up there prompt sheets and get their supervisor. Mean it!  Do not use profanity or you may be getting into trouble with the govt.  Be firm.  These girls seem to be afraid of their supervisors.  

    I got my money, they can no longer touch my account, my husband is no longer furious with me.  If I can do this so can you!

    I tried and tried to cancel as well.
    Bottom line: try and cancel, push for a credet back or a refund, but in the end...
    Just phone your credit card company, explain the situation and they will cancel your card and mail you a new one quickly.  This seems to be the only way to get these scammers off your back.
    I have learned from this mistake.  Read the fine print, and don't buy into the trial samples!
