As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    This is TOTALLY a SCAM! I ordered a free sample. I never gotten a policy agreement. I never agreed to continue. Within a 20 days at the same time as 14 days trail, I was being charged 89.31. I called these all # 877-615-4233
    877-8591105, 1-801-208-7485, 801-285-5012. NONE of them can helped me out. Either they are CLOSE or kept RINGING. This is invalid COMPANY. This is Fraud Company! As far as BBB is not a place to place a complaint. I research and invesigated that this company BBB is not a Company at all. Its fraud as someone pay a advertising website. Dont fall and keep writting your complaint on the BBB website. This wont take you to anywhere. The cancellation WILLL NEVERRRR work, because you cant get through with these scam advertising of this pills. Best thing for you to is complaint to your Credit Card Company. Might work or might not. Mine didnt work, as far as I can cancelling my account and not paying for something I ordered.... BEST thing is report it

    I got through to a person very quickly both times that I've called them. Try this number. 888-771-7029 this is the number that showed up on my bank statement. They said they would refund mine which was $89.31 that was 16 days ago and they said they'd have it refunded in up to 15 days. I called again today they said their system was down and they would refund the money within 3 to 5 days. I spoke to Asian people when I asked them their names I supposedly spoke to a Mary and an Ann. I also asked for a corporate number and they said there was none but that I could e-mail corporate at customerservice@nubodi.com. I hope this is helpful to some of you who are having the same problems I am having.

    You can also buy this product at your local herb shop for $13 for 120 pills. Just thought if you were spending $89 on 60 pills and it's working for you you'd be thrilled to be able to buy it for less. I've gained weight since I started taking them.

    I too dealt with the sister company. They were very kind and processed my refund within 24 hours. I'm just  wondering has anyone received their refund yet from this  company?

    I wouldn't hang up until they said I could get the refund. I hope you call back and try again. I only had the pills for a couple of days no where near 14 before they charged my account

    they said it was a 14 day free trial if during that 14 day trial we decided not to use it we could cancel. I only had it for 4 days before they charged my account. How am I supposed to know if I want it or not in just 4 days. They said 14 I didn't scam myself they pulled the scam on me. Fool me once shame on them fool me twice shame on me. I've learned my lesson about SCAMS like this. I won't do them at all.

    I told them today that I was calling the BBB of Fl and if I don't have my money in 3-5 days like they said I know that will work now. Thank you so much.

    I'm not sure if ebodi is the company that I got a charge from also or not but when I called them they said that they are a sister company of nubodi I got charged $29 without my knowledge because of nubodi.

    Thank you for the email address, only hope it works. Have been on hold for 32 minutes today and no response. I too replied to an add for a free trial and had no idea I was signing up to repeat ordering. The ad was on Facebook - perhaps they ought to read these complaints!

    Don't ever buy Colon Cure. I tried to call 1-801-208-7485 and the no is no good, and I am bringing to some one attention in my state of IL how can people sell stuff and don't provide you with any phone no that is working no.

    I can't get hold of any of at 801-208-7485, called this morning recording was saying best time to call is between 7-9pm. when I just called, it is keeping saying unassigined number. I am so seccared to even take this pill any more. Please help me do they have a web site. I just received mine few days back they called me but I did not note their no. please help. my bottel is saying Colon Cure on it. Please help me

    Customer service phone no is 877-350-8480. Why don't they put this ph no anywhere on their product? Envelope came with no papers. I am calling my state on Monday to get these scammers.

    My name is Bruce Krahn and I own a company called www.ebodi.com. We are not associated with "Nubodi" or any company that sells Acai Berry supplements. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and operate a fitness and nutrition web site. We love our customers and treat them with respect. Please report these Nubodi people to your local BBB office but remember to be very careful to name the correct company in your complaint or you may harm an innocent third party. The other option you all have is to do a chargeback on your credit card. Simply call your bank and tell them that you did not authorize the charge on your credit card. Once this company receives a high number of chargebacks they may lose their merchant account and this will shut them down. Again PLEASE be very careful that you have the correct company when naming names and posting things on the internet. Thanks for reading and good luck to all who have been mis-treated.

    i ordered the trial and was lucky to notice the little print, i canceled the order ASAP. a month later i discovered that there have been unauthorized payments from my credit card (more then 1000 pounds) luckily the bank declined. i had to close my credit card. not sure is it connected. i hardly ever use my credit card and if, then only online.

    I have made the mistake and ordered this product and have been trying to cancel any future shipments for several months....I have called and called this number 801 208 7485 as provided in their shipment and website...you can't get anyone or it's always busy .... I want to cancel any future shipments and I am writing to the company at ColonCure 4650 SW 51st Street, Suite 711, Davie, FL 33314 as well as the Florida Better Business Bureau and I expect these shipments to stop immediately and no further billing to my credit card.  Feel free to contact me at carma456@aol.com to confirm cancellation.
