As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    Hi again,I posted on here on May 2 and explained I had been charged 89.31 plus additional .89 and then reported this rip-off (as Brett suggested)to the nevada better business bureau.  As of May 18 I was credited my 89.31 back and had received confirmation from BBB that they had contacted NUBODI of problem.  I did recieve my shipment as of the 13th of May.... NOW  I need to find out what and who to return this to, so they dont take my money again,,,, Hopefully I am done with these people...... I say report it as I did and write a lengthy explanation and details and put in your report that there are comments here posted and also other areas.... Hope this helps someone else....Thanks Brett for suggesting the better business bureau......

    They are doing mail fraud. Why, they have claim to me that I placed the order on the 5/5/08. So, according to them as of today I'm past 14 their 14 day cancellation period. When I told them that I have verification that I just received their product on the 5/14 I can verify through the mailing system and my bank that they committed bank fraud. The person on the phone claim to me when I receive the shipment return it and call with the route number that they will refund my money after. Do you believe they even gave me an cancellation number yeah!

    I noticed friday may 24th that I had an 87.31 charge coming thru on my account, so i had to call my bank and ask them what it was. They told me that I had a charge coming from Nubodi, I told them that I only agreed to them taking out 3.95 for the shipping...... Anyway I called Nubodi and I was on my cell phone for 30 minutes before they picked up ( but I had also called 4 times before I could actually get thru and I had stayed on the phone for 15 min each call) I finally got thru to someone and she was actually remorseful but she had told me 14 days after you placed the order they were going to bill you. I explained to her that I needed my money back in my account and they did in fact refund me my money ( i even got an confirmation # from them) but it just so happened that I checked my account and saw that 3 days later they had charged me again. So now I am having to close out my account because if not they will be billing me monthly.

    I also forgot to mention that I did recieved my pkg but there is no co. name, address or # on it.

    Well they got me to. I called and they promised a refund, since I haven't recieved my trial. I went ahead and cancelled my debit card, and will dispute the charges if they don't come through with the refund. And to the ones saying read the fine print...............there is none. It really seems that a class action is in order. I will post back if I get my refund. I alse canceled the product. He said I couldn't cancel the trial because is was just sent out.

    Just to let everyone know, I did get the money back into my account. It looks as if they are trying to do the right thing.

    Same thing happen to me.  Has anyone found out a way to get our money back?  I am very, very upset over this!

    Hello folks,...I "also got bilked by this Scam Company"...However, they "NOW" have another mailing address, Besides their Las Vegas address.:

Would'nt you figure, NUBODI has also set up an office in the  "Hanging Chad" state, which leads the nation in business with SCAM type practices.  When I go to Florida on Vacation in July., I think I'll stop by the town of Davie, and "burn this place down".

    WAMU received a complaint from me pertaining to this organization.  NUBODI
    took my debit card number and when I notified them I did not want their product still sent it out to me.  I refused their product and returned it to them both times and they still placed the charges through without my authorization.  WASHINGTON MUTUAL'S complaint from me stipulated this and WASHINGTON MUTUAL did absolutely nothing investigating this complaint.  Their special department felt it did not meet their criteria for this scam outfit.  It is a shame that Washington Mutual is spending all that money on people who are too lazy to do their job and investigate the complaint.

    i just discovered that this exact thing happened to me. i received two bottles of colon cure after i only paid for a trial size. i did not order
    anymore and i found out they have been taking out of my account for the past few months. i can not get anyone on the phone either. it is busy, i am

    I just called this guy at the company and he said if I shipped the junk back and had a tracking number they would refund my money.  We will see.

    They are such a rip off, it's unbelievable.  I've been trying to get a refund for two months and waited on hold today (first time in 3 weeks I've actually got through to a real person)but anyway.....  I waited on hold 45 minutes and when he found out I wanted a refund I was DISCONNECTED.  They go by Green Tea, Nubodi and several other names.  I'm soooo angry and have called MSNBC, Local News Stations, and Dateline to do a segment on them.

    Why do all these stories sound the same. A little consumer research and some common snese will alleviate all of these disputes. These are disputes, NOT FRAUD. Fruad is something, you did not make, authorize or benefit from. If you know about it, it is not fraud. There are many buyer protection laws and dispute centers put in place to help consumers as much as possible. But, all the help in the world makes no differnce if you don't use your head.

    me too once you call 801 208 7485 you will be trouble i am also call in many times to cancel my order by no reply they still charge me 89.31 every months i think i need to call for the police to settle

    At least you got thru, i ordered may 03 and just received my first shipping and i have been billed twice already, WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE HELP!!!!!

    I ordered the free trial, used it and it didn't produce the desired result. I did not call and cancel. I noticed a credit card charge for $89.31 and called. I was informed that since I did not cancel within the 14 day trial period that a shipment would be sent. However, I would be able to mail back the product and receive a full refund. I mailed it back on 5/8/08. I just called after about 15 minutes on hold and was informed that I would receive a FULL refund within 3-4 business days. No attitude about it! I hope I get it.
