As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

I ordered the sample cause I thought "sample" meant trying something to see if you wanted to use it....They debited my checking for 3.99, then another 89.31....When I called, they said You didn't call withing 14 days...I said I called and called and got a recording....They implied that I was lying...They said "can't help you"...You must not have read the fine print.  They are a rip off.....SCAM....Every write to the Nevada attorney general's office for consumer affairs....Let's all print out these pages and send them along....I want them shut down.....Thanx

I ordered the Colon Cleanse free trial. I "thought" I would get 14 days of free trial and 14 days of free product, but when I received the bottle it had only 4 1/2 days of product.  When I called them, they told me that the 14 days begins WHEN YOU ORDERED IT!!  How can you have a free trial on the day you order it if you don't even have it in your hands to trial/try the stupid product.  Needless to say, when I called and hasseled them over my opinion, they reminded me that the agreement says trial begins at the time you order it.  They were right. I guess I was the stupid one for thinking this company NUBODI was a reprutable company. And, the product DOESN'T work.  I would have been better off buying Exlax over the counter. As if that didn't teach me a lesson, I ordered the Green Tea diet capsuls not realizing it was through the same company. I paid for the trial version and this time carefully read the terms & conditions.  I quickly cancelled my order before the cancellation period, but guess what.... they still charged me and now I'm trying to dispute it.  I'm looking into a class action law suit against this company.  I know it seems like why make a ruckus over a small amount, but it sounds like that have been many small amounts that have really added up to big bucks.

How in the world to these people sleep at night?  I cannot dispute that their predatory marketing ploy fooled me and thus no recourse.  However, that does not make the practice any more ethical that pay day loan stores.

I called and was explained the T&C mumbo.  Sure they cancelled future transaction.  How nice of them.  I inquired why there were no inserts in the evelope the trial came in reminding people of their terms and conditions and the response was that "law does not require that".

When I asked the woman about why my account was charged $90.02 instead of $89.31 she asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor.  I asked her, how to you sleep at night?  She said nothing and I got transferred to a crass individual that I should check with my bank as they must have added a transaction fee (my bank does not do that as I checked before I called them.

He refused to address the refund of the $.71 I am now due after being explained the T&C and he refused to acknowledge that an overage could have been deducted.

To the same question I asked the woman, his response was, "I sleep very well and night thank you and that is irrelevant to this transaction.

At this point all we can do is spread the word about companies that utilize unscrupulous, unethical marketing practices.

Somehow I wish we could have these alerts posted BEFORE we are scammed! I just received my 3.95 "free Trial" and the very next day charged 89.31 I know there is some type of dollar amount that goes unflagged by the banks as a sketchy transaction.

I am going to try to flag any 'internet transaction' on the second attempt to debit at my bank. That could really help all of us who have been taken!

Thanks for sharing - somehow it makes me feel somewhat better knowing I am not alone. Sadly, internet shopping is not as easy at it looks.

Do you all think it is possible that with this many complaints we could force a class action against this company?  I purely hate the fact that as we write in complaints there are Millions over the internet still being taken!

Anyone out there have legal experience? I say we at the very least get them to court by order return all the 89.31 fees EVERY PERSON deserves this!

Think about this if the ten people here on page ONE of this complaint log sent the 89.31 to this company they simply made $890. plus dollars for a few bottles of (fake pills) gracious I wonder what is even in those?

Anyway multiply this exponentially across the internet and NO wonder this company is in Vegas! They'r making hundreds of thousands of dollars!

I will check back to see if we have any organization to the complaint process because I DO know we have ENOUGH for a class action suit!

    Thanks

I just called & cancelled my "automatic" shipment which I didn't know I signed up for.  The gentleman told me that when I got my sample I did mark the check box for auto shipment.  I said I didn't recall that and he said I wouldn't have gotten the free sample otherwise.  So I went back to their web site, pretended to order again; but a bogus name in the first screen, then on to the second where you enter credit card info.   There is no "check box" like the guy told me, but I did notice this time on the 2nd screen for the payment information, to the left and bottom, it does show that after the trial period they will automatically ship you blah blah blah if you don't cancel.  I promise you, I don't recall seeing this the first time.  I never order things on line unless I know I can return/get a credit!  Did they add this after all the complaints I've seen online???  I just called my credit card and they're sending me dispute papers to fill out!  Economic times are too hard to throw away even $89.31!

I actually just got off the phone with this so called Nubodi company. It took me approximately 1 hour in the past to attempt to talk to a representative with no success. Surprisingly I was just able to talk to a "real" person. Which actually was no different than talking to a wall. These people are very unprofessional, and I would love to see them out of business. I had my bank try to contact these people to prevent further withdrawals, and they could not get a hold of anyone. Now I am being charged $87.31 for a product that I cancelled. Nubodi says you can only cancel through telephone. Well how can you when they don't answer the phone at most times. Any advice from anyone would be appreciated to see that I get my money back or to take legal action.
