As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    I had the product shipped to me for 2 months. It did work as advertized. I did think it was a bit pricey and decided to cancel. I called 1-801-208-7485. I spoke to a young lady who cancelled my prescription, gave me a cancellation number and was very courteous. My wait time was zero minutes after hearing the introduciton on the line. I have no complaints with this compnay.

    Dirty !@#$%^&*, I cannot believe that this company is still operating. Never been done so dirty. Product did not work, not satisfied, ripped off, and treated rudely.

    I was ripped off by Nubodi a few days ago. Like most everyone else, I could not get an answer either. After doing some research, I found thousands of people that they have done this to. By definition of consumer law, This company is acting illeagally. I have contacted an attorney in Vegas and I am going after this company to try and make sure these people can not do this to anyone else. This may turn into a class action situation. If you want to contact me with your names and contact information, I will mention this to the attorney. The only way to fight people like this is to stick together. Victory in numbers.     I did not authorization to deduct $89.31 from my account, there was no mention of this amount being deducted.I will report your company to the district attorney office if the amount is not credited back to my account asap. I only authorized the shipping and handling for the trial size of colon care. I am really upset and will take action.

    I got the free sample and it didn't even work.
    I noticed the xtra charge of 89.31 14 days later and called
    immediately.  I got a nice girl on the phone she said she would cancel  and for me to send back the new pills which were just mailed out.  She told me you have 14 days from filling out the "free sample" form to cancel... I just made the deadline   ( thank God)
    I do think it is illegal to take money from your acct when not authorized.... If I do not get my money back in a timely matter I will call my loacl news station.... YOU SHOULD TOO!

    Hey everybody. I guess that old saying is true...."misery loves company" and today I'm very miserable to find out the NUBODI is a TOTAL SCAmmmmmmmm!

    I sugguest you write to the Better Business Bureaus in your area and file a complaint. Perhaps, the BBB will be successful in shutting this company down!!!

    They also charged me the 89.31 and said I agreed to the terms & conditions.  I don't ever remember signing up for that nor did I receive the 3.95 sample packet.   I talked to them at Nubodi and they said 'No refunds" nor will they take the product back.  They don't offer 'Satisfaction guaranteed'.  The lady also went on to say I could buy a smiliar product over the counter for about $6 or $7.00 but I had agreed to their terms.  She was very smug.
    I think the people with the positive feedback are probably Nubodi employees.  Why they agree to give some a refund and not others appears to be discrimination (if they truly get a refund).  I had to cancel my debit card and have talk to BBB (which they say Nubodi is not licensed and consumer beware basically).  But something has to be done about this.  Look how many people have been scammed by this company "Nubodi, also doing business as Colon Cure MD.   I just pray we all get our money back and they are fined and put out of business.

    i called and asked to be recorded and was told i was being recorded i read the disclaimer and did what i was told and was charged anyway i have the product and im willing to send it back it is on my counter with return to sender now not sure if the mail will take it but im going to try tomorrow im sending this e-mail so it is saved so you can not say i never tried to contact you this should have been taken care of the next week after i ordered the sample i now will never order anything from you or anyone on the internet its rediculous that anyone has to deal with this i did everything as told and still my creditcard was charged please e-mail me back so i know you recieved this i am also calling tomorrow and cancelling so mybe this time i will not be charged a 2nd time thank you....

    I made the same mistake.  Only I did not notice the charge until the night of the 13th day since I placed my order.  When I called I found them to be closed.  The next day, today, the 14th day after placing my order I spoke to an agent in the Phillipines.  He began to inform me that I was too late.  That on the 14th day, they have authorization to charge me the $89.31 and that he would cancel my account, but could do nothing to refund me.  After being firm and sure of my ability to refuse this charge, I convinced him to issue me a credit.  He did so.  I then called back to verify it because I kind of didn't believe him, and the American agent said that I shouldn't get the refund but because the other agent did in fact tell me I would he would have to give the credit.  But only after I receive my next shipment and take it to my post office and ship it to a different address than where it came, with a tracking # for reference.  After they receive and acknowledge that receipt they will issue my credit for $89.31.  Man!  What a scam!  They've just about got this down, don't they.  So they get to keep my money for another month.  If I refuse the shipment, it will go back to the warehouse and I'll never get a refund.  WAMU, which sucks by the way, refuses to reverse the charge.  That bank never does anything for me, except hit me with charge after charge.  I hate WAMU checking/savings.

    I want to cancel any and all orders! I'm not satisfied and it cost too much. If you can't read the fine print,you are charged $89. before you know it! Crooked way of doing business. CANCEL!!!!!

    I would love to cancel, only this number continues to say "this is the wrong extension" and then I'm disconnected. This is a horrible way to run a business. Actually, it's criminal.
    The first $3.95 bottle didn't come in 15 days and I had no way to discontinue this service. My doctor won't let me take this medicine.
    I need to discontinue these pills. I feel like the $89.31 was illegally taken from my account. Connie Juhl

    YES! Cancel your card if you find out about this scam straight away. Cancel your card even if you pass the 14 day mark. I reported my number and credit card stolen. Got the free trial bottle but don't want to take it as i heard it is only a laxative that is harmful. I have heard legit things about Bowtrol.com so I will try this eventually. They also have no complaints on any ripoffreport or complaintsboard.com. Best of luck to everyone. Stop these scammers on their feet.
