As I write this I am still waiting on the phone to cancel a free trial of Green Tea.  I have been waiting for one hour and seventeen minutes, the recording just keep saying that they appreciate my order and apologize for the wait, your call will be answered in the order that it was rerceived.  How could they posibly be that busy?

    Nubodi is a freaking scam.  I haven't received the second bottle and them suckers have taken $87.31 out of my acct.  I am going to call my bank again and send them a letter.  I even had the worst and rudest representative on the phone along with the manager. Don't fall for these idiots!!!!!!!!!!!

    The very same thing happened to me !!!They put an extra charge of .89 plus 89.31 when I had not recieved my shipment yet.  I tried to cancel before the 14 days and never could get through.  There has to be some way to get our money back????????????

    Well if you were told you will get a refund you are LUCKY.  I was told that yes I could cancel, but even if I refuse shipment on what they are sending....I will STILL be liable for the $89.31 they took out of my account.  Why, the guy said "Because it is taken by mouth"!  WHAT?  Even if I NEVER TOUCH the package, have it refused & returned, you won't give me a refund on this $89.31 (which I DID cancel)?  NOPE, sorry!  My bank (I charged the trial $3.95 as a Visa purchase) is investigating this as fraud but no clue if I will get the money back or not.  They were RUDE, smartass replies, and said NO REFUND for ANY REASON!  What a SCAM!  And you are the first I have read about in like 20 forums that has said they easily got a refund.  Kimmi

    THAT is what I am afraid of, if I refuse the delivery, then they won't FOR SURE give a refund.  Could you give me the name/address where this HAS to be returned to in order to receive a refund?  My bank is investigating as I did this as a Visa purchase, and the moron I talked to via their customer service said NO WAY will I get a refund, PERIOD....unless I can product a phone log showing where I called prior to the 14 days to cancel; I can do THAT, easily.

    I had a similar experience with these scam artists.  Jason (supervisor) called me unprofessional names when I asked about the several unauthorized charges on my account.  No answers given to me only being hung up on 3x and would not answer or credit my account.

    I also got screwed by this company. The girl on the phone could give me a tracking number for the order that I have not received yet from April which was the first order after the free order and she says that the charge for the May order is already taken out of my account and the shipment has already been shipped out.  So, I will pay for 2 orders that I have not received and they will not take back for a refund,they have not been open so why will they not take them back (I do not even have them)? I did not have any results from them either.

    Above return address on pkg received today 5/2/08. Had already challenged amount from Bank Acct.Card deduction of $91.06 unrecognized "NU=BODI" ON 5/3 Baank credited back pending investigation. Called the 801-208-7485 from Nevada cellphone as number wuldn't work  landphone.. After long wait,spoke to young man with pretty much same results. Told him I am sending back producct (coolon cleanse)and he saif 'no returns" not refunds etc.. Very rude. threaghtened BBB =still rude. Insistant that some box wasn't checked when orderimg sample etc..Anyway,called bank and informed them of what is goinng on and what I was doimg and instructed them to allow no more charges from this compamy. Was told a charge would apply and the amount had to be eccact as precioiis or may not work. Anyway,believe BBB ois next step Good Luck all Thanks Jeri C

    This company practices unscrupulous business practices!  They charged my credit card $89.31.  When I called to cancel there was no phone number with the "free" trial sample.  I looked it up online and found all these people who experienced similar B.S. with "Nubodi".  (A clever way of indicating "nobody").  As I canceled on 5/13 for the 2nd time after finally getting through (on hold for 5 minutes at least-not a toll free number), I was told that I needed to show proof that I had canceled.  I didn't call from my home phone and didn't receive the product until 5/1.  They said the post office indicates I rec'd it on 4/23?  Even if that were true 5/13 would have still been withing the 14 day cancellation period.  The rep. was rude and told me that I was responsible.  I told him that I had already returned the unauthorized 2nd shipment to sender as I did not order it. "we'll just send it back to you".  I am calling BBB to lodge a complaint.  I called my credit card company and am waiting to see how this dispute turns out.

    Well, I just got off the phone for the 3rd time(15 plus minute hold time) regarding a free trial of the Colon Cure and I was NOT lucky at all.  On March 2008, i ordered the free trial.  On March 27th I was charged $89.31, before the trial even arrived.  When I called to inquire about this and why my account had already been charged before the trial arrived, I requested my account be canceled and money refunded.  I was told my money would not be refunded until the product was returned. I returned my unopened, marked return to sender as soon as I got off the phone.  It is now May 13th.  I don't have the refund and called today for the 3rd time.  This time I asked for a manager and I was transferred to "Jason" who claims that I didn't follow the terms and conditions of returning the product with a tracking number.  I was NEVER asked for a tracking number and he claims that it's in "cindy's notes" about the phone call on 3/31, that she did ask me to return a phone call with the tracking number.  He refused to give me the refund and stated that they cannot track the return because as soon as it's received in the warehouse, it's put in the garbage can.  However, "my original package will be returned to me if it's only marked return to sender...."  which is it? just caught him in a lie......  He then proceeded to hang he phone up on me.  I think that any company that would put an irreversible charge on your account before you could even try the "free" trial product, is guilty of consumer fraud.  I cancelled the account and contacted my bank.  I'm now writing this and will be contacting the BBB about them, as well.

    I too have been ripped off by this highly fraudulent/disreputable company!
    I received a second shipment of the colon cleanse product "Nubodi" last month and elected to cancel my order.  I checked my bank statement this month and found that I was once again charged $89.31 for the product, this for a product that didn't work as described in their advertisement.

    I sat on hold again for a long period of time and even after speaking with the supervisor Jason. I was told that they did not have a record of my previous call in April to cancel and that even though I no longer live at the original mailing address, they will not accept a returned product nor refund my $89.31!  As far as the product not working, they said maybe I need to take it longer!  The only way they would refund me my money was if I had proof that I spoke to someone within the 14 days of my order being placed.  

    I use a cell phone and do not receive my call detail records.  Nor am I able to get them from Surewest if I didn't originally have the call detail record service on my account.  So I have been charged the initial $3.95 for the initial trial on 3/26/08 and now on 4/10/08 as well as 5/12/08 for an additional $89.31 each time.  Their only comment is that it is not their problem!

    I ordered the free trial of Colon Cleanse for my husband as a joke really because he's infatuated with the idea of colon cleansing, but has never tried it. I was charged the $89.31 and went to search for their number to cancel and found a large amount of complaints about this company. I got their number off the trial bottle (and the complaints) and got through to a representative in about 5 mins who canceled my subscription (got confirm code), told me the shipment had not been sent yet so she would stop that from going out and also refund the charge back to me. Either she was full of b.s. or all these complaints are working and the company is owning up to canceling subscriptions and refunding money so don't stop trying. We'll see happens in the weeks to come.

    Today is 5/22/08....My account has been charged 89.41...I never received any products.   I finally did speak to someone on the phone and I told him I never receive any product...funny it was being shipped today!   I told him I would refuse the shipment.   He said to me, I am WARNING you not to do that.
    I said to him, "am I hearing you right?" you are WARNING me.....and he said yes, I am WARNING you. I did tell him that I found the company has been reported to the Utah Attorney General's office...He hung up...
    I am contacting the Attorney Generals office and the BBB.   How many more people need to be scammed before this place is shut down?

    5/22/08.   I have filed a report with the Office of the Atorney General State of Nevada (feel free to download pdf on line) and processed on online
    report to the BBB Nevada.   After a recent scam from NUBODI I had no choice.
    My credit card company is investigating the charges to my account (of course no product was ever received).   The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and told me we were being recorded.   I doubt if that was the truth, just another ploy on their list to lessen the unpleasantries from the scammed consumers.   When will the authorities put an end to this private enterprise!

    I checked out the free trial and clicked that I was not interestedd....a pop-up came and said "wait" we will offer you S&H for $1.50 so I accepted. Nothing popped up telling me I would be charged the $89. plus. I even called to cancel and they sent another package with no paperwork inside explaining anything. I received my credit card statement and saw the $89.00 charge and immediately contacted them to let them know that this charge was unauthorized. They sent me a new credit card and a disput form. I will keep you psoted of the outcome. Also spoke with a man after disputing the charges and told him I sent back the unopened package. He said it doesn't matter, that "you will pay, they are a legit business" and they will send the bottle back to me. Really a scam, it mentioned no where about paying $89.00 for a bottle of pills...who in thier right mind would agree to that.

    i order this to.. i did not receive the product its been 9 days  so i tried to look up the # and found this site   i got scared... i called 1-801-208-7485  actually after about 4 min i did talk to a operator by the name of cooper. i told him i did not receive product and after trying to find # i found complaints.. i said i want to cancel.. he was really nice and said he was sorry and told me how much i was charged  which was 1.50 gave me a conf # and said he cancelled me .. but the ? is  will it be that smoothly?   ill write back and let ya know

    yes what a rip off I bought a "free trial"
    nesx thing I know I have an $89.91 charge on my credit card.  Called the company and they refuse to take that charge off my credit card, they claim that at the time I bought the "free trial" I subscribed, that is false
    Any suggestions??
