Unauthorized "membership" charge

September 25, 2010, my MC was charged $24.95 without my knowledge or authorization. I called SEM budget Savers and complained. I was told I would be credited. Let's see if they do.

    Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written fraud dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges if you dispute them promptly.

    File fraud complaints with fTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

    received a charge on my charge card for 10-19-10  For SEM Budget Savers 800-475-1942 MN 102930970

    I don't even know what this is or why this appears on my charge card and refuse to pay for it.  I am 92 years old 11-12-18 and will not be bullied by SEM.  Take this off my credit card immediately!!!!

    They got me too for $29.95. on 11-15-10. And there is no way of contacting these people either. I have tried. Had to call my bank.

      If this is charged to your credit card there is a telephone number on the credit card statement.  Hope this helps.  I don't even know what the charges are for, do you?

    I too was billed $29.95 to my credit card.  Only I did authorize it from the phone call I received after purchasing an Ab-doer product, (which is not the problem).  The problem is, like Terry, I have received nothing!

    the number that appeared on my statement for this company is 800-475-1942. good luck to all, my account as well was charged

    Just called and totally cussed the [***] out!  Luckily I only had to pay the one dollar but I asked her how they ever get any satisfied customers when they never send you anything!?!  Of course she had nothing to say.  So stupid.
