September 25, 2010, my MC was charged $24.95 without my knowledge or authorization. I called SEM budget Savers and complained. I was told I would be credited. Let's see if they do.

    So it's tax time and I was going through my bank statements and they've charged me 29.95 for 4 months, and I did not sign up for anything!  When I called they new my name, and told me that I must have agreed to sign up while purchasing something else, the best they could do for me is cancel my membership which was not verified in the first place. Lesson learned: pay closer attention to my bank statements more often!

    My account was charged 29.95  on July 11, 2013 without my consent or knowledge until today !! I want my money returned and the bank fee of 30.00 also . How did they get my card number ? I never spoke or applied for this! I would appreciate this to be taken care immediately

    Contacted SEM*BUDGET SAVERS 800-475-1942 MN to dispute $29.99 charges for July,  Aug, Sept. and Oct.  Elizabeth said this account was cancelled and Oct. $29.99 chg. deleted.  She will send paperwork to handle prior chgs.  Called Discover Card and chgs. are credited and SEM sent notification of dispute.

      If you have problems getting your money back, file fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, then contact the Minnesota Attorney General for assistance.

        In addition, be sure to block your card number to be sure they can't continue charging.

        They may say they "cancelled", but it's real easy to just "lose" or "forget" that cancellation and just keep taking money.  That's what they are  set up to do.

    These people charged my debit card $29.95. They said I would get a month trial period and that nothing would be charged to my card if I cancel before the trial period ends. They charged my card two weeks later, which is less than a month, and I also had not received anything from them to even start the trial period.

    I was wrongly charged $29.95 after I had called them before to cancel. They try to talk you out of it saying things are free! I want my money back!

    I got my bank statement yesterday and there is a change for $29.95 from this Semi Budget Savings which I never signed up for or receive any information on what so ever. I'd like a phone # or something to get this resolved I already alerted my bank about it and I'm closing my account. I want to be reimbursed for it. Help me make this right. I live on a budget. I don't order things on the internet.  Please reply soon. Thanks I think because some of this other complaints aren't being resolved. These people need to be stopped now.

      Call 1-800-475-1942 for cancellation.  Quality Resources is the marketing company that hires felons to do the selling.  Their headquarters is at 19321 US Highway 19, Clearwater, FL 33764.  Their phone number is 727-669-2242.

    Quality Resources, 19321 US Hwy 19 N. Clearwater, FL 33764 is the marketing company that sells the Budget Savers, Shoppers Advantage, Buyers Advantage and Great Fun.  The owner is Cheryl Weiss Mercuris.  This company hires convicted felons to do their selling and marketing over the phone.  Most of the felon's charges were drug related, one has a record for welfare fraud, another has felony child abuse charges and one who even has DUI manslaughter.  Not the kind of company I would want to deal with. One lady who trained me said the Budget Savers is actually billed before the 14 day trial ends.  Pretty shady.  I am contacting the Florida Attorney General to report that.

    Charge my credit card 29.95 2 months of this called credit card to disput they said last month it was canceled after a another charge my credit card again reported this again I have a complaint # from my credit card company. Total scammers

    I unknowingly been charged $29.95 since 3/23/2016 and have wanted it stopped ASAP.  I have notified my credit card company of this scam and have put in a stop notice.  Will be notifying this company again.
