Called to cancel and get a refund $62.53, could not download the material.
Talked to a person I could hardly understand, but she said I could only get $40.00 as a refund. I'm on a small fixed income now due to major surgery. This caused my credit card to go the credit limit. I need this refund NOW!

    was supposed to be charged 2.95, then was charged the next day 57.81, without any permission.cannot find a way to contact them. no phone #, or computer address that is valid.

    i authorized $2.95 to access this site. the next day i was charged $57.81, without my knowledge.no way to contact them. not on computer and no phone number.. anyone have a phone # or valid e-mail address??  help..SCAM.

    I was charged $24.95, for something that i have no clue about. I writing this statement to request that my money be put backon my card as soon as possible. I hope that we can resolve this in a satisfactory manner.

    That so called Grants The Phone Number Is 1-866-978-1125, I called and they said to get full refund go to web gants.refund@gmail.com that is not a working web.

    I was charged $58.00, for something that i have no clue about. I want my money be put back on my card as soon as possible . I authorized $2.95 to access this site. I need my money.

    Same here I was charged $2.95 then 57.81 a couple of days later.  What they told me that it was for a subcription that I authorized and I had 24 hrs to cancel otherwise my account would be charged. The customer service person said they were only authorized to give a $40.00 refund I said hell no i want all my money that's when she gave me the gmail address and of course we all know the end to the story. I guess had I said yes the crooked would have got away with $20.90 of my money.  I'm just going to dispute the charges.

    I was charged $1.95 and then another $32.97 for the $2.97 grant package and when I contacted customer service I was told I could get a full refund by contacting grants.refund@gmail.com.  That e-mail doesn't work!!  What a scam.  I didn't authorize any charge other than the $2.97.
    I will dispute the charges on my card.

    Same thing happened to me with the 2.97, so what I what I did is called the Bank to open a dispute against this scammers.

    i agree for yall to take 2.97 only, im disable i dont  have as is and for you all to take from me like that i have no money for my blood presure med. i can not be with out my meds please refund my money so i can get my meds you took  $57.61 after u took $2.97from me with out my permission or attention soi need to have my moneyback will be ever so grateful already cancel im not happy u lost my trust thans

    Well I am not to happy to see so many people ripped off by the same company ( if that is what they can call them selfs ) but I to was scammed out of $57.61 twice before my husband noticed these charges. As with everyone else I was told to go to the web site; grants.refund@gmail.com and file a complaint and file for a refund, this to is a bunch of BULL. I could hardly understand the person on the phone due to their poor english and the delay in the phone call. I'm going to the bank and will dispute the charges. I went to the web site and ordered a vidio for $2.95, then a couple of days later was charged $57.61 for something that I didn't authorize or ask for. You are theives and I want a full refund on both charges. I also will be contacting the Better Buisness Bureau. The phone number for the BBB for Oregon and Southwest Washinton is 503-226-3981, please call and file a complaint. I have not used this site nor do I intend to. Please give back what you have wrongfully taken.

    I want my refund of $230.44.I never gave an authorization to take that money out. I sent in a complaint about 3 weeks ago and haven't heard from you yet.

    I'm just like everyone else. They were to take $2.28,but instead they was taking $57.61. This site is a scam,and i want my money back.

    i to was scammed for an additional $57.61.  After 4 or 5 phone calls to someone that i did not understand they assured me that i would get a full refund in 5 to 7 business days.
