Called to cancel and get a refund $62.53, could not download the material.
Talked to a person I could hardly understand, but she said I could only get $40.00 as a refund. I'm on a small fixed income now due to major surgery. This caused my credit card to go the credit limit. I need this refund NOW!

    I HAVE CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GET A REFUND FOR CHARGES OF $58.07.  I DO NOT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THIS GRANT KIT.  I AM ANGRY THAT A COMPANY CAN CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I HAVE CANCELLED THIS AND I DO NOT WANT ANY MONEY TAKEN FROM ME ANY MORE.  JUST REFUND MY MONEY.

    I was told to contack you,se to get my refund of 58.07.
    This is the forth time my card has been charged.for soom one got into my
    computer and charged this.So I would like my money back. Not just half of
    it.Their was a block on my card so I do not know how you can keep carging it.

    Just got off the phone with "Cheryl" who was rude and evasive and gave us the "u need to go to the website to get a refund" runaround. From what I'm reading, it doesn't look promising. Took us for three months of payments claiming they never received a cancellation of the subscription, bunch of bull. Called back in May when they charge the $2.97 and then $57.61. Just curious, has ANYONE gotten their refunds??????

    I was told that this is the website that I needed to send a refund request to, so I'm here stating that I want my 44.00 dollars back. On the permission of me giving my information out, I was told that I would only be charged 2.95, and I look at my bank statement and you guys charged my account twice with 3.02, then turned around and charged me 58.67. I want my money back into my account NOW!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Buearu to let them know about this scam you all are doing.

    I was supposed to be charged $2.95, but was charged $57.61 also without notice. I didn't realize this was a subscription. I would like a refund and have this account cancelled.

    i have not authorize 62.70 dollars from my account and i wish and pray that your company can refund me back my money you took out because my banker is trying to refund me back my over draft funds before it get more fee in my account but they need the refund back first i will be very happy with your company then latter on in the near foture i will try your company again when i have money to pay for it this was not the wright time my daycare is close for noe and i though i could get a grant to help me fix it up to get kids .

    I agreed to pay $2.97cent only and in turn this company charged an additional $32.97 cent and I have called and cancelled and want my refund asap.As a single parent trying to find a way to send my daughter to college and there a companys out here trying to live off others that are trying to do the right thing.I was told to give these numbers in this email hoping someone will have a heart to do the right thing an refund my momey.403996 9290. Please give this back to me I was only looking for help not be scam. thanks

    WOW! i only authorized $2.97 and the next day i was charged $57.61 for some membership that i wasn't aware of this IS NOT right i was looking for help for my small business and it's programs like this that make it hard for honest people to get descent help. i haven't received anything from you guys in 24- hours so how are you going to charge me $57.61 i want my $57.61 refunded back to my account ASAP thank you this way to many complaints the website they give don't work. grants.refunds@gmail.com don't work.

    Get ahold of your credit card company they gave me 18667160353# they gave me website to complain to by e-mail than it brings me here.You can dispute Ive been scamed before and I don't belive I got sucked in to this scam .Call your Crdit card  after yu call this # or before.Good luck.

    My name is Monya Styles and I just unsubscribed with the stimulus grant net grant service, because I did not know I would be charged all this money that has been taken out of my account....57.61. I knew of the 2.97. I would like my account credited back the funds that were taken out of it. My account is overdrawn and I am unable to pay all my bills due to this misunderstanding. Dating from 10/31/2011 two transactions of 46.00, 3.94, and 69.94 was drawn from my account. On 11/1/2011 another 46.00, 1.00, and 69.94was drawn from my account. On 11/2/2011 2.97 was drawn from my account which I did authorize. On the same day 11/2/2011 34.97, 57.61, and 34.97 was drawn from my account ALL of which I did not authorize. I am disputing these withdrawals through my bank if this problem can not be resolved otherwise. Please call me at 832-715-7523, if there be any other questions.
