Called to cancel and get a refund $62.53, could not download the material.
Talked to a person I could hardly understand, but she said I could only get $40.00 as a refund. I'm on a small fixed income now due to major surgery. This caused my credit card to go the credit limit. I need this refund NOW!

    I only oked 2.95, I was charged another 58.76 without knowing of this I wamt the money returned to my account.

    They seem to be affiliated with Allied Wallet.  The first and second payment of $1.95 and $57.53 was taken by GIM*help4grants 1-866-978-1125 and the third payment was from AW HELP4GRANTS for $57.07.  Now go to alliedwallet.com and request refund.  They will ask for the website you did business for.

    I was charged falsely for a grant account there was 4 charges on my bank account and if it does not go back into my bank I will file a complaint with the federal banking commision and my local police and my bank will be contacted this is a unauthorized charge I will be contacting my bank tomorrow and file a complaint with them for the 4 charges of $57.61 $2.97 $.58 $.03. I will give you 3 days and if it does not get put back I will start charging you fees by both the bank and the lawyers.

    I was unable to get assess to the account.I thought that it would only be 2.95  instead you company charged my debit card 32.97.  I would like this money refunded back into my account or I will turn it in to the better business bueauo.          sharon mcdaniel

    I authorized to pay 2.95 for grant information instead Igot charged 57.81. I used my mothers card and she is vert upset. this is a scam! someone help me please.

    I would like to have my money back of 57.61 the website for the grant you can not log on to and i'm on a fixed income and i don't have money to spend on something that i don't uses and i don't think that it is far that is website takes advange of people like that so would like my monies put back in my account PLEASE BEFORE I HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.     04/26/11 I signed up with US Grant Secrets, where I agreed to a processing fee of $2.97, tried going on the website 04/27/11 and was unable to bring it up so I tried again 04/28/11 and still unable to bring the website up so I called 1-866-978-3281 where I spoke with a Irene requesting to cancel which was done with a confirmation #.  Later in the evening of 04/28/11 I was balancing my bank book only to find out that AW-Web Grantaccess had charged me an additional amount of $57.61, so I asked the bank for the phone # listed with this tranaction, I was given 1-888-255-1137.  I spoke Nina asking for a refund of $57.61, but was transferred to 1-866-421-6623, where I spoke with Irene again but only this time requesting a refund which she says that they can't refund me $57.61 because it was to be done within 48 hours, so I asked to speak with her supervisor.  Irene placed me on hole for 30 minutes, because I refused to hang up and call back, so I called from another phone where she picked up the call again.  Asked Irene, why did she leave me on hold that long and never came back to ask me if I still wanted to hold or not?  Irene says that I only wanted to speak with a supervisor and if I wanted a refund that she can only offer me $40 and I told her you didn't take $40 and that wasn't all they were going to give back to me either.  Along with speaking with a supervisor I also wanted a refund that she said I couldn't get, then Irene hung up on me.  I called again only to get a Cheryl, who says that if I wanted to speak with a supervisor that I would have to call back the next day because they were in a meeting.  Asked Cheryl how could I get my refund of $57.61?  I was given a website Grants.refunds@gmail.com. I AM REQUESTING MY REFUND OF $57.61 AND IF I'M NOT REFUNDED I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.  GIVE ME BACK WHAT BELONGS TO ME BECAUSE YOU WERE NEVER GIVEN PERMISSION TO TAKE THIS FROM MY ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE.  GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I TO HAVE BEEN TOOK FOR 3 PAYMENTS OF 57.61. I BOUGHT A 2.95 VIDO AND NEVER EVEN GOT IT BUT I SAW ONE DAY ON MY BANK PAPPERS THAT THEY TOOK 57.61 OUT 3 TIMES I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY TAKE OUT MONEY FOR 100 DIFERNT COM. I STILL HAVE GOT NOTHING BACK . I HAVE ASK THE BANK TO CHANGE THE CARD TO A NEW ONE SO I DON`T KNOW IF I CAN GET THE MONEY BACK .       The best thhing all of can do is take this to the local states attorney and demand they investigate this organization and all its corrupt personnel. One problem may be that this group is not in the USof A its probably located on some island that has no ties with the US. If that is the case  we have been screwed.

    u took 57.61 and i need the money back i didnt no anything about this. i agree for the 2.97 to take out and u all took out more out my account without my permission. i need my whole refund and cancel wat ever membership u all have me in cause its not right that u took my money.

    I want my money back You lied to me I have recieved nothing and your Aribic phne operators do not make sense  they cant be understood. The States Attorney will be notified of your fraudlent practices on Monday 7-18-2011.
