Called to cancel and get a refund $62.53, could not download the material.
Talked to a person I could hardly understand, but she said I could only get $40.00 as a refund. I'm on a small fixed income now due to major surgery. This caused my credit card to go the credit limit. I need this refund NOW!

    I had the same thing happen.  I called 866-362-0890 and talked with someone from India I think.  She stated to go to grantsrefund@gmail.com.  Of course, I can't find anything.  I am complaining to the BBB.  I think everyone should and maybe we can stop this.  Also, you can complain to the Federal Trade Commission.  I have done this before with good results.

    i look at the web site on nov.3 and find out on nov.18 they took out $32.97 and they give me this bs website to go to and the only thing i seen was everybody complaing about the same thing am doing.

    Was only surpose to be pay 2.97 was also charged 58.07 want money back this is a rip off. bounce a check because of this thanks.

    Oh Looks like all the messages are basically the same I was also given this website to get a refund, however, looks like a scam and no where to request a refund.  Glad I did not go to Western Union to pay an extra $200.00 to get my $7,000.00 check.  HA HA HA!  My account was charged 57.61, I will be sending my message to the US Government and hopefully this scam can be stopped.  Shame on YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    after calling twice to a 1-866-974-0076 phone number, i as well got some foreigner that would not put me thru to an american that could speak proper english and was refused many times....there excuse wa no one was available.......got an email from the second person i talked to ...if this is in florida....it has become a federal offense and should be investigated by the F.B.I.....as so many have been ripped off by these people it is now interstate trafficating and some of the extras charges on my statment are for a federal charge

    I did not know of a monthly subscription the cost 57.51 until I seen this charge amount on my credit card bill. I called the number and was told the monthly subscription would be canceled and to respond to this email to get a refund. I was aware of a charge for $2.97. The 2.97charged and this unexpected charge of $57.51 are from to different billing names. The website I viewed after paying $2.97 was of no value to me and there are requirements for grants the I do not meet. I looked at the website once and never again. I feel this is a spam, scam company just getting people's credit cards number and taking their money. I expect my money to be refunded.  
    Email me a confirmation of refund.

    Lesson learned:  never trust these internet scams and keep emailing until full refund is granted.  

    Now to wait and make sure the credit card is refunded the correct amount and the credit card has been closed and new account number issued.

    After emailing back n forth to the company. They have decided to give me a full refund. First attempt was 2 months free. Second attempt was partial refund of $40.00. Third attempt was full refund of $56.71.

    In email response the company claims it was clearly stated on the website about a monthly subscription if not canceled in 24 hours. It was not clearly stated or I would not gotten involved in the first place. Find it funny how they can clearly state it in emails when customers want a refund.
