Called to cancel and get a refund $62.53, could not download the material.
Talked to a person I could hardly understand, but she said I could only get $40.00 as a refund. I'm on a small fixed income now due to major surgery. This caused my credit card to go the credit limit. I need this refund NOW!

    I was charged three times...three different amounts...and got a email cofirmation that they would only be charging me $1.95...Now, I've been
    charged $57.61, $3.00,and  $2.95- All in the same day!!!
    Called the number and spoke with someone I could hardly understand and was given the email address. Been going back and forth with email on the refund request..now, I have to file a claim with the bank with all my printed emails...I will get this reversed and tell everyone what a fraud this is!!!

    I got on line as a school project and I accepted the $2.97, but however did not see anywhere that you were going to charge me $57.61. This overdrew my account. I never allowed this transaction you need to put it back immediately. I already called my bank and they will come after you if you don't reimburse me. I'm sorry about this but you need to be careful who's money you take without permission. My cancellation # is 3551847.My e-mail address is cschippers49@yahoo.com.     It said it only cost $2.97 That was all you were suppose to take. Times likke these people need their money. I would like you to refund the money back to the card. You need to stop cheating people!

    I was charge $57.61 for a package that they said was only going to be 2.97 and I really need my $57.61 back, I did not authorize them to take that off my card. That is why I never did this before and never will again. Please put my money back on my card and stop scaming people that's not right. I was talking to a lady who phone kept going in and out and it sound like she was in a basement. And I was told that my account will not be charge again.

    the 2.97 has not be applied, and also the 57.61 has not been applied back to my account.you where in a hurry to take it now you seam to be very slow to return the money.again you where not authorized to take it in the first place,refuend all now.

    they seem to have a acct to deposit all of these unautherized charges,does some one on here know how to go about getting info . to prosecute or file charges against them ,there is a acct that they arte using and something needs to be done . or turn over to proper auth. let me hear from someone
