Called to cancel and get a refund $62.53, could not download the material.
Talked to a person I could hardly understand, but she said I could only get $40.00 as a refund. I'm on a small fixed income now due to major surgery. This caused my credit card to go the credit limit. I need this refund NOW!

    I'm from Canada and was scammed also of $57.61US funds plus $2.97 for what was supposed to be a
    government grant. Got a letter stating that they charged me only the small fee on my credit. I decided to call and find out was shocked to get the large sum also. The lady told me they couldn't put a hold on any other tranaction on it from this company until I phoned them to cancelled it and to get the persons  name
    She told me that she couldn't do this and sent me to website refund request which I did . All I got back was an automated reply.My request was put on low priority. Could anyone help me to get through to a person? I feel that they will keep on scaming people. How by law can they claim to be a government grant and not be caught  Ihope that i can get my refund asap or sooner.

    I feel quite violated!!!  There is nowhere on your main page that says the $2.97 is only for a one day trial or preview...I did not sign up for this you have misrepresented yourself and you must refund my $57.61, you should be a shamed better business bureau will hear about this!

    I cannot find where to cancel the amount charged to my credit card every month and I want my money back as I didn't use the grant application and have no intention of every using it. I will never fall for a scam like this again.

    The FBI  doesnt get involved with this sort of thing unless its against some low life politician who can save their butts for them. My bank did what the FBI never intended to do in the first place.
