Called to cancel and get a refund $62.53, could not download the material.
Talked to a person I could hardly understand, but she said I could only get $40.00 as a refund. I'm on a small fixed income now due to major surgery. This caused my credit card to go the credit limit. I need this refund NOW!

    i need my money back i em on ssi and 57.00 is a lot to me why is this going on when i could not get it to down load and now i lost 57 more this is so wrong in so many ways

    Such a scam first they reel you in with a 2.95 charge and once they have your account number they charge you 57.61 then you have to send email to request refund then you call they say you can have a partial refund of 40.00 I dont think so. Go to your bank or contact your cc company let them know that this is a scam have your account closed, issue you new cards and report it to their fraud department. Then call the BBB !!!!!

    I just spoke with a person from your company, and was told to e-mail you here, and ask for a refund of 2.97 + 57.61 in fullbe cause I did not receave the kit yo fill out. you then took 57.61 out of my account with out telling me. I've spoke to my bank and am doing as they have said, asking you to put it all back, if you do that then we can end this hole thing nicely. If not then they will take over from here and handle it with you. Thank you for you coporation and have a good day.

    these  people stole my money without my authorization n then they gave me this email n of course im not able to reach any one so i disputed it and canceled my credit card!!! what a scam

    seams everyone has had a bad time with this grant.would like to have my monies refunded and not have to go threw that message again.nowhere does it say additional amount will be taken.need complete refund of both 2.97 and 57.61. today.11-15-11

    It is a scam please do not deal with fradulent scammers. I was charged $57.61 us  and I had to e-mail them in-order to ask for a refund.

    this is a scam company i read the agreement and it said nothing about that the $2.97 was only for 24hours they charged my account $57.00 dollars the next day the person i spoke with couldnt give me a number to talk to s0meone about the money they stole only a gmail account dont get fooled like i did... [***] joke SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    grantpros phone#is  866-718-2030  i just called to get my refund they did the same thing to me 2.97 plus 57.61 trying right now to get on grants.refunds@gmail.com and the username wont work go figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Rodney I was charged the same exact amount! Been trying to get my refund but still nothing. This website should not be in business!!!
