Called to cancel and get a refund $62.53, could not download the material.
Talked to a person I could hardly understand, but she said I could only get $40.00 as a refund. I'm on a small fixed income now due to major surgery. This caused my credit card to go the credit limit. I need this refund NOW!

    I did not authorize you people to take $57.31 out of my account its was only to be 2.97 so I would like you to put it back into my account ASAP I beleive this to be fraud if you do not refund it I will report it as fraud and you will have a lot to explain I will not wait 30days for a refund I wonder what the better business bureau would think of this conduct.

    i only authorized 2.97 a transaction of 59.61 appearred that i did not authorize. i want to cancel and request my monies returned

    Was charged $2.95 then a few days later was charged 57.81 without any notice will like to have my account refunded thank you.

    I did not authorize a payment of $57.61 to come out of my debit account.... i only authorized a payment of $2.97 for access to the grants available for my daughter and myself.  I want the money credited back into my account ASAP.  My name is Sharon Lyttle and my email is....kickers8793@yahoo.com.  My username is....USER5330873.  If i don't get this money back i will be reporting this to the FTC and the BBB and the police department.  I have already reported this to my bank as a dispute.  I will get my money back if i have to take legal action!!!!!  Thank you.

    I  was not aware of your 24 hr trial period, my card has been charged 57.61, instead of the 2.97 fee.......i need my money back,ASAP, wife has stage 4 cancer, not in the mood for any stupid scams, already have enough on my plate with-out this too, only reason i even looked into this is because times are rough.....and thanks to your web-site, you just made them harder......you all should be ashamed, the number given to me by the almost non-english speaking person was 5345877....i want my refund back on my card, and any and all connections of any kind, subscriptions canceled immediately.....thank-you for your support concerning this matter.

    Grant information was misleading.They only suppose to take 2.97,instead took 57.61 out of my account.At first they told me I could only get 40 dollars for refund.That's unfair so I went to my bank for help.Please put my money back into my account.Thank You.

    Like the above, I was charged 60.19 plus  3.11 all in  the same day for a grant  kit I did not receive. The information should be in tour files . I want a credit NOW!!!  My bank is involved !!!

    Ijust what to say i got taken to just like all of you did i tryed calling,email with no responce .Got blocked at every turn. I called my Bank let's see what happen's maybe i well get my money back or not. Yes and the lady that answer's the phone don't have a clue.

    This is the second time a have email you people after you told me my refund is pending you had the nerve to chage me additional .88 cent how can you  charge me anything when it is cancel at first I only asked for the  57.61 now after the nerve you better return avery pennie which comes to $61.40 I want all my money back I will not wait any longer on monday I will report it as fraud. I also see I am not the only one you have scam.
