I saw an advertisement offering 4 posters for $2.00 each. I ordered four posters, and when I checked my credit card statement I saw a $39.00 charge. I never agreed to this!  

I went to their website and discovered that they enroll you into some kind of membership. The terms and conditions of this service are not clearly posted on the order page. I think they do this on purpose to hide the fact that the customer will be billed more than he expects.

Their terms of service do not even specify how much they charge for shipping and handling. It's clearly a violation. Every customer is not aware how much they will take from the credit card. Here is from their site

"Your initial order will be shipped to you within 10 days of your ordering. Please wait at least 2 weeks from order to receive your initial order. A one-time handling fee  will be added to your order. Cancel anytime by calling us at 877-807-2929."

I called to cancel my "membership" right away.

Please note that they will charge you a whopping $9.95 per poster, plus a shipping and handling fee.

Run from this company. I hope someone gives them a lesson and closes their business.

    Yup, same happened to me. Got charged $33 for 4 posters, and then charged $48 before I could cancel this stupid scam. Would be very interested in a class action lawsuit,tmastacrunk(at)hotmail.com

    ditto to the above.  i called after reading this, got someone that listened the 1st time, cancelled and got a confirmation number.  now i'll wait and see if they stop.

    I'm all for shutting these crooks down, i bought posters for 2 a piece and been charged several times for merchandise I never ordered.

    YES, YES, YES. I just received my Capital One Bill and have three charges from them for $33, $48, and $48. I also thought I was getting a good deal for $2 per poster....

    Count me in for the Class Action suit(dmx_8421@hotmail.com).

    I ordered 4 posters for $8 and got charged $33.96 then 4 days later i got charged $39.80 and i hadn't recieved any posters( and according to their terms of service i wouldn't for another two weeks.) So within a week of my initial purchase (which was supposed to be $8) they've taken almost $75 from me.

    Yeah i've had all the same problems I bought 5 for $5. Then i got 2 more for $40 that i didn't ask for or want, then now another one for like $48. Let me know if anything big happens i'm TOTALLY IN!

    they scam me too, i have a number ill try it in the morn... was charged 33.96  was tod it was 2 dollaars apieces whats worse i did itr for  free 500 dollar  sams club card guess i sallow that hook line and sinker... if you can get us help i am in with you.   my email is carolinek4@VERIZON.COM  THIS BOUNCED MY CHECBOOK TO PIECES   NO WONDER MY OTHER CREDIT CARD  WOUNDNT WORK

    I'm working at a pizza store and making 5.85 hr. Me and my roomate saw this and found some posters we liked so i ordered them. It has been 2 weeks no posters. On top of that the $39 for 4 posters has put me in a bind. I have no money for rent because of this bs.

    I'm in extremly pissed off with no limit's.

    I will glady research any dirt I can find on this company and definatly get my money back plus.

    I mean C'mon it said $5 per poster for me...

    I called right away after i didn't see a total...and after he told me what it was I said O no! take that right back off! and they did and they canceled it right away too. It was just lucky I called.

    I would be very interested in a class action suit. Between 7/24 and today I've received 3 charges on my credit card for $39.80. I received my intitial 4 posters for $8 offer and I just received a box with 2 more posters in it. So why do I have 3 charges? I'm sending these 2 posters back, disputing all 3 charges to my credit card company and I've also cancelled my credit card.     Well I do not have anything else to add differently to all these compaints!! They have done the same exact thing to me. Will they ever go away????? I only ordered four and I am still getting billed... I am with all of you!!!
