I saw an advertisement offering 4 posters for $2.00 each. I ordered four posters, and when I checked my credit card statement I saw a $39.00 charge. I never agreed to this!  

I went to their website and discovered that they enroll you into some kind of membership. The terms and conditions of this service are not clearly posted on the order page. I think they do this on purpose to hide the fact that the customer will be billed more than he expects.

Their terms of service do not even specify how much they charge for shipping and handling. It's clearly a violation. Every customer is not aware how much they will take from the credit card. Here is from their site

"Your initial order will be shipped to you within 10 days of your ordering. Please wait at least 2 weeks from order to receive your initial order. A one-time handling fee  will be added to your order. Cancel anytime by calling us at 877-807-2929."

I called to cancel my "membership" right away.

Please note that they will charge you a whopping $9.95 per poster, plus a shipping and handling fee.

Run from this company. I hope someone gives them a lesson and closes their business.

    this was the biggest [***] I ever got myself in but I got myself out by calling 877-807-2929. They told me to return the package to: RETURN TO SENDER
    and they would credit my account back. What a bummer!!!! I thought I had found
    a poster website to get my kids some neat psters but what a scram.

    Just spoke with customer service person Lily, she told me the refund was issued yesterday which was Oct.4,2007. She said to expect the card to be creditied in a couple of days.I will keep you all posted on how this turns out.

    i too ordered 4 posters for $2.00 each. i went to my account and saw  two $34.00 charges and imediately called the company. the lady said that my account would be credited in 48 hours. we will see. i get back to you.  yes this is a real rip off.

    yes, they got me for 48.00 dollars too. I never saw it coming. I have to cancel this monday morning.

    I got taken for a ride on this too.  Just curious, was anyone actually able to successfully cancel/get a refund through their customer service #, or did you all have to go through your credit card company or bank?

    I would be very interested in a class action suit with this company. Right now my credit card company is disputing the charges, but I feel I'm going to get screwed.  I do part time assistance as a Financial Councilor for the Navy, and I can't believe I fell for this. I'm positive there are illegal aspects to this deal.

    include me, my mouth still won't shut after seeing what I was charged for 4 posters @ $2.00 each--$48.00 with no explaination.  Now that I've checked it out like I should have before ordering, I feel like a fool.  Love the posters but hate being taken advantage of so blatantly.  It should have been obvious to a fool when the package arrived with no contact information.  I was unable to find a phone number until I hit this site.  I got a recording to leave my name and number.  I'm so angry that in hidden print is where they placed their justification for stealing from us.  I'm ready to fight.

    Heck ya!!! Sadly, I've been not just once, but three times. I would be extremely willing to go forth with a Class Action. They Do Not deserve to be in business.

    ADD ME TO YOUR LIST OF SUCKERS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY.  THEY HAVE BILLED ME $130.O0 DOLLARS AND THE POSTERS WERE RETURNED TO THEM.  THEY OWE ME  A CREDIT.   I AM INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT.  THIS IS DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING.  LETS SUE THEM AND GET OUR MONEY BACK.     I, too, was scammed. 4 posters @ 2.00 each, turned in to 39.00, then a couple of days later, 44.00 was charged by posterpass.com! Had to cancel my debit card, wait 7 days for another to come in. And had to file credit card fraudulant charges with my bank. This is ridiculous

    I have been doing business with allposters.com for about a year and a half. These guys are legit. So next time you order posters, you should check them out. I hate that we got scammed!!

    Yup if there is any legal action being taken against this company I am definitely interested. On the order form theere is no indication of any S&H charges or enrollment in a monthly billing membership. I'm no lawyer but this clearly strikes me as deceiving and therefore illegal. What can we do?

    Same here. This site is TERRIBLE. Unethical. Despicable. I am 18, I can't really affrod two $48 payment per month. Calling tomorrow. NOT HAPPY!!!

    yea those [***] charged me 34 and then 48  with out even telling me good thing i closed my credit card before it ever came up those sneaky [***] im up for a law suit my email is lostmoses@gmail.com if any one is interested in going in on a law suit

    I was checking out an offer for a $500 gift card from Wallmart, that is how I got scammed by this outfit. By the time I realized it was bull, I could not cancel it. When I got my statement there were two charges from Posterpass.com for a total of $82. Thank you Oliver and Complaint Wire for posting the number so I could cancel this crap.

    Posterpass is just ridiculous...I hope they get shut down and refund the money they ripped off of everyone.  Whoever designed the marketing plan for this site deserves a cell in prison.
