I saw an advertisement offering 4 posters for $2.00 each. I ordered four posters, and when I checked my credit card statement I saw a $39.00 charge. I never agreed to this!  

I went to their website and discovered that they enroll you into some kind of membership. The terms and conditions of this service are not clearly posted on the order page. I think they do this on purpose to hide the fact that the customer will be billed more than he expects.

Their terms of service do not even specify how much they charge for shipping and handling. It's clearly a violation. Every customer is not aware how much they will take from the credit card. Here is from their site

"Your initial order will be shipped to you within 10 days of your ordering. Please wait at least 2 weeks from order to receive your initial order. A one-time handling fee  will be added to your order. Cancel anytime by calling us at 877-807-2929."

I called to cancel my "membership" right away.

Please note that they will charge you a whopping $9.95 per poster, plus a shipping and handling fee.

Run from this company. I hope someone gives them a lesson and closes their business.

    This Company is eager for the dollars, but they don't have a section on the web site for customer service so you can cancel it, what's wrong with this picture.

    I experienced the same problem.  The posters are supposed to be 4 for $2.00 each.  The shipping and handling fee is a hefty $24.05!  Somehow, a charge for $39.99 showed up on my card.  I have not been able to contact the company yet but I hope to get it resolved before any more charges are incurred!

    I ordered  4 posters on June 22nd, I was charged $39.00 then they charged me again on June 29th for $48.00
    I will attempt to call them today and I will call my bank.

    I have the same story as above.  I just hope people find this post before ordering a poster.  Also hope we get the posters...

    I just noticed three charges on my account for $39., $44. and another $44.00  When all I authorized was 4 posters at $2.00 each, or a total of $8.00.  I will put my charges in dispute and will notify the Better Business Bureau.  This is totally unacceptable to steal via the internet and there must be a venue to make them accountable for their larceny.

    Same for me as for all of you above.  I have notified my card company to no longer accept charges from PosterPass.com.  Fortunately my attorney is Chicago based and not far from either of the addresses ... Evanston and Morton Grove, I have seen for this company. They shall be hearing from him quite soon.

    i also was a victim, ordering the 4 posters for 2.00 each...nothing else was said......then was sent what i considered to be an obscene poster which my little granddaughter opened up, i did not ask for that poster, asked for nothing else past the initial 8.00 charge..did not authorize them to further use my credit card...but they did, multiple times.....no one answered the customer service number any of the times i called it....but notifed my credit card company they are fraudulently using the card

    I TOO SAW THERE AD FOR FOUR POSTERS AT TWO DOLLARS EACH AND WHEN I CHECKED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT THERE WAS A $39.00 CHARGE FROM THESE DIRT BAGS AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE GETTING RIPPED OFF LIKE THAT,AND LIKE (DOC) ASKED IN HIS JULY 11,POSTING I WOULD MORE THAN HAPPY TO JOIN HIM IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE SCUM BAGS LET ME KNOW WHEN AND HOW AND YOU CAN ADD ME TO THE LIST THESE DIRT BAGS NEED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON AND LOSE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE FOR RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF OF THERE HARD EARN MONEY.

    I BOUGHT 4 POSTERS ON 7/30/07  FOR $8.OO. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GREAT DEAL SO I BOUGHT SOME FOR MY KIDS FOR XMAS. THEN I BOUGHT 4 MORE POSTERS ON 8/2/07 FOR MY HUSBAND & KIDS. ON THE FIRST ORDER IT WAS & 8.00, BUT THE SHIPPING WAS $31.00. HOW CAN 4 POSTERS WEIGHING LESS THAN 2 POUNDS WHICH THEY SAY IS 2 POUNDS. I ASKED WHERE MY OTHER 2 POSTERS WERE AND THEY SAID THAT I SHOULE HAVE GOTTEN THEM. WHEN I KEPT ASKING ABOUT THE SHIPPING THE WOMAN SAID "I'M NOT SOING TO SIT HERE AND KEEP EXPLAING IT TO YOU. YOU WILL RECEIVE 2 ORDERS NOW GOOD BYE." I RECEIVED 1 AND 1/2 ORDERS. 6 POSTERS FOR $87.00.      DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY MISLEAD YOU AND FALSELY REPRESENT THEMSELVES AND ARE RUDE ON THE PHONE.
