In December we purchased a Husky power washer 1750, Since that time it was used exactly 4 times. It does not work, the on off swith does not work, the GFCI plug does not work.

I have made many attempts via E-Mail to contact this company ,and keep getting answers back from someone named Kyle One e- mail asks me if the fan is turning, another asks me to disconnect the hose then try it. Nothing resolving my problems.

The last E mail I received to day stated the following:" Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. i am sorry for the inconvenience with the unit and i hope for the best in the future Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Kyle

To me this is not a response to fix a problem of a basically new machine. My advise stick with Sears, at least they back up their products.

I have a HU80722 Husky power washer and had only used it for about 10 hours and it completly lost all pressure. I went to the Home Depot location I bought it at and they said I was out of luck. So I have been sitting on this power washer paper weight for awhile. Has there been a recall on this machine because of the pump? What option do I have or where can I find a replacement pump that is going to last.

I just bought  a reconditioned Husky at home depot.  It is electrical.  I think it is a Hu 20880 or 1600 psi.  I can't get any pressure.  It was $105.00 marked down from $199.00.  looks like i will need to take it back

I have the Husky 2200 unit powered by a briggs and straton Q45 series. It starts and runs fine, however there is no pressure (must be a bad pump). An expensive piece of equipment to go bad after a few uses. Do I build a go cart out of this thing and buy a honda or craftsman or is somebody at Husky or HomeDepot going to step up and fix this pump? Or at least point me in the right dirtection.

I bought a Husky H2000 unit in September 2009 and after two uses the gun started leaking.  I called the customer service number listed above and all they were willing to do was to sell me a replacement gun.  Next time I will buy a Karcher.

All of these reviews of this horrible product are right on target.  I've stupidly bought two of them"shame on me"!  With the money I've spent I could have had my patio power washed more times by a professional and saved money and my precious time.  I've read every one of these posts and the worst are the vague computer generated apologies from the so called customer service representatives.  I'll never buy another product from this manufacturer and am very skeptical about purchasing ANYTHING from Home Depot again.  Too bad because this year my husband and I have purchased expensive washer and dryer, bathroom remodeling, carpeting, front door, blinds and other misc. products.  We own rental property and a home, but we'll be taking our business elsewhere!

I bought a Husky 2600 pressure washer from Home Depot used it about 4 times through out the year and the last time I used it the pump would not work, I took it back to Home Depot and they said that it was more than a year old and they could not help me and that I would have to contact the company. after I did my research I found out that this same pump has had so many problems with it and the company is not backing up there product. There are so many complaints on this Husky power washer I wish that I had look before I bought one. I Spent $399.00 for this machine and now it will not work, I could buy another pump but now it is going to cost me another $180.00 for a pump that might not last either. If you are have so many problems with this pump maybe even changing the material that is being used to make it, I have looked at others the they are using something different. I would like someone to contact me on my options.

I recieved the HU80277 for fathers day 2 years ago. I have less than 30 hours on this thing, keep it wintered indoors, use a pumpsaver when stored, and pump still failed. I am trying to find a better pump than the 'new' replacement as the 'old' replacement is no longer available(apparently it was junk) and I have not been able to find reviews on the 'new' replacement. If anyone has found compatible replacements please post a link.

Purchased the Husky H2000 last summer.  It worked fine.  Stored it correctly.  Brought it out this spring and the motor died.  What a waste of money.   Can someone help?

I bought a Husky pressure washer last summer.  My husband and I used it a half dozen times over the season.  Got it out this spring and it won't start.  Please don't tell me to contact customer service, I already spent an hour waiting on the phone for a service rep only to be told I'd have to take it an hour away from where I live to have it serviced!  Guess I'm in the same boat everyone else on this site is in.  Anyone know of it good product I can buy to replace the Husky?

I wish I searched for this before I made such a stupid purchase. Bought the Husky powerwasher in June 2010 and used it twice. Both times the pressure was ridiculously slow. And by the end of the second time, the handle started leaking. I have my water turned on all the way, and no kinks exist in the power washer's hose, or my garden hose. I tried to use it the other day and again (this would be the third time since I owned it), the pressure just sucks, the thing leaks and it's no better than my garden hose sprayer when it comes to cleaning the patio. Terrible product. What a waste of money.

i bought this machine last year becasue of the Honda name on the motor.  The first time a used it the presure was there for about half an hour.  next time I had a small job and it worked great.  Today I got it out to clean my lawn furniture and the handle is leaking and I have no pressure.  Nothing worse then wanting to work and having this unit not working. I am hoping for a refund

I have the HU80722 pressure washer, used it maybe 5 times.  It spends the winters in my heated garage.  I bought it from Home Depot last year, at first I was pleased with the Husky product.  I went to use it today and the wand sprayed me out of the side of the handle.  I pulled out the torx bit and found that the wand trigger handle was leaking out of the brass seams in several places, before anyone says anything the water is neutral in the ph.  I am very unhappy with this product,  I want a new wand at no charge and if I do not get it I will go to Lowes and never buy Husky again.

I bought a Husky HU80709 in late 2010. Used it one time right after purchased from Home Depot and store it in my garage over the winter.

I just want to use it now (May 2011)the 2nd time to clean my Sidings. Terrible, whole tank of Gas leak completely under the Primer Bulb Area. I went to Home Depot and they refuse to deal with it.

Read manual, I should have 2 years warranty and it is now only 8/9 months.
Honest, I lost my receipt of Home Depot. But Serial tag showing the machine was ex-factory 04/24/09 only (Serial # 3830800348)

I believe I invest money with a piece of junk. I would not recommand any friends to buy Husky. I am stuck now without a Home Depot Receipt.
