In December we purchased a Husky power washer 1750, Since that time it was used exactly 4 times. It does not work, the on off swith does not work, the GFCI plug does not work.

I have made many attempts via E-Mail to contact this company ,and keep getting answers back from someone named Kyle One e- mail asks me if the fan is turning, another asks me to disconnect the hose then try it. Nothing resolving my problems.

The last E mail I received to day stated the following:" Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. i am sorry for the inconvenience with the unit and i hope for the best in the future Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. Sincerely, Kyle

To me this is not a response to fix a problem of a basically new machine. My advise stick with Sears, at least they back up their products.

I will sign on board for a class action suit.  my pressure washer is 1 year old.  I have used it 3 times, and every time it gives me trouble starting.  I took apart the carb. cleaned it, checked the spark plug. verified that the fuel lines were clean of obstrution.  I am about to take a [***] on top of it and dump it in home depots parking lot.

I purchased a Huskey 1750 and after using it 4 or 5 times (it worked great), my son used it and when he went to move the unit, the detergent suction assembly broke.  The piece has 3 fittings, the smallest one on top snapped off.  I removed the unit and intended to use a "broken screw extractor" to remove the stub.  I decided not to because I was afraid of just breaking the entire unit.  I saw on your website that the part is available for sale, I am disabled and on a very limited income & I was hoping you could replace this under warranty or at least give me a break.
PS - I have been purchasing husky tools for years and years and have never needed to return one of your products.  Please give me a hand.

I received a Husky 2600/HU80722 as a present back in Sept 2008.  I had no urgent need to use the machine till now and finally rolled it out of the garage.  I checked for oil, filled it with gas and attached quick connect couplers and hoses.  I was happy that it started with one pull - i'm guessing it's because it's a Honda!  I ran it for about 10 minutes just to get used to the attachments and settings...I'm crossing my fingers that this may be an Apple amongst Lemons since the warranty is clearly useless at this point.

I was hoping to use Mold Armor in the soap reservoir and am wondering if this particular brand is compatible - would love to hear from a Husky Rep.

    Thanks

I have a Husky HU80709 and it worked fine for awhile. I tried it yesterday and it would not start and the gas just kept pouring out of the carb. What's the issue?

your needle and seat valve is stuck open. You need to remove it and clean any debris. You may also have a defective float. Hope this is of some help.

Husky product are such pieces of junk, the customer care is awful, and Home Depot shouldn't sell their products.

I have had our Husky for about three years.  Used mostly for the driveway and fence.  Decided I would pressure wash the deck and use the solution tube but nothing would suction out.  Anyone else have any problems with this?  How did you get it fixed?

I also bought a Husky HU80833 pressure washer from Home Depot a year ago
and stored it indoors during winter and treated it with great attention but
the pump locks up and stalls the motor when trying to pump water. Rotates
freely without water in it, but hey, who wants to pump air ?? Unit has less
than 5 hours total use. It's got the RMW 2.2G24 pump made in the People's
Republic of China. Afraid to order a new pump as they're ALL failing. Never
again will I purchase anything with the name "HUSKY" on it.

I will gladly join a class action suit.  I purchase the same brand from Home Depot and used it about 4 or 5 times and when I got it out this spring, the engine starts just fine but I have no pressure at all.  I having been trying to find a pump for it but everywhere I find one the pump cost almost as much as what I paid for the washer.  It is a shame that American made products cannot be any better than this.  No wonder all the jobs are going to overseas locations.

I purchased a Husky 2600 psi pressure washer at home depot. I have used it 5 times in a 2 year period. it was stored in a heated garage when not ues. Went to use it today and there is no water pressure.  Called an was told it sounds like the pump went bad and would be around $200 to fix. This is a piece of crap I paid 300 for it use it 5 times and have to pay $200 to fix it I should just buy a new one for a little more but it wont be a husky or from home depot    NO SERVICE HELP FROM EITHER   And I tried to call the customer service number list in this forum for help and keep getting recording to press 1 for english..... I PRESSED IT 80 times still keep saying press 1 for english  F--kers Suck!!!!!!!!!!!

WE also purchased an Hu80709 for light duty useage, and the pump has cracked and failed twice in two years.

Extremely poor reliability and quality. I would not recommend a Husky product to anyone.

In short...I purchased 2 of these electric power washers from home depot within the last couple years. Both started leaking water so much after a couple uses and then finally they stopped running completely. They are total junk. I e-mail my complaints and have gotten no response at all.I will never purchase this product or suggest anyone else do so.

I too have the Husky HU80722 with no pressure problems.  Valves have been replaced with no fix.  I have not gotten a response from Home Depot, or ANY of customer service people responding to these complaints at csevices@fna-group.com.  Notice, none of the people on this website say that their problems have been resolved by any the Home Depot or Husky reps responding on this site.  This is a shame.  If anyone knows of a better replacement pump, please advise.  Great Honda engine, junk pump design.
