Telephone number shown on caller ID is 208-864-5339.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list and have been for years; however, this bogus company continues to call regardless of what I do.  It begins with a   recorded message "This is Heather of Account Services; I am calling regarding your credit card account.  Consider this your last chance to take advange of this offer.  If you do not wish to receive these calls, please press 2 now.  If you wish to speak to a representative, press 1 now."  I have pressed "2" numerous times but they continue to call.  I have pressed "1" and asked the "representative", a man, to stop calling me.  I have asked to speak to his manager, etc.  When I dial the 208 number, I get a recording, made by the man who I talked with, saying that the number has been changed and to check the directory.  Obviously this message is not recorded by the telephone co.  I am trying to find out the name of the company.

Best you can do is tell them you need to go get your card so you can read the number, then put the phone down and have a cup of coffee.  Waste as much of their time as you can.

I have been called 3 times in 2 weeks. First time I pressed 1 to ask them to be removed. The woman sounded put out and said "you have been removed" and hung up on me. Second time I pressed 1 and told them that this was my second request, he hung up on me. Third time, all I said was remove me and he hung up on me. I've been nice so far... I can only imagine those who haven't. I am about to join them.

I received another one of those calls yesterday so instead of hanging up as usual I punched one and a woman ( I hestitate to call her a lady) asked if we would like to have our interest rates reduced. I told her no we pay monthly and therefore pay no interest rates. She started yelling at me and calling me a liar over and over. I told her if she would just hush and she responded with"you shut up, you shut up, you're a liar. So I hung up and called the Attorny
    Generals office here in town.

It seems nothing works, I just got the same call from Heather and when I asked the guy to take me off the list, he hung up. I dont think anything will work as it seems there are 1000's who get the call and no one has stopped it.

How can we flood them with calls to overpower their system?

I'm receiving the same calls. Unbelievable that our government is powerless to stop this. Today's number: 281-217-0241 - but it varies.

I get the calls from Card Services every couple days. In fact I got a call 1-10 and asked information about services and when told them to take me off the list they hung up. Today, I got 2 calls and the second call was from 773-367-5631 and the person was from Saudi Arabia and her name was Nyesha. I asked her to send me an email but she said could not and she wanted my CC acct. No. and when I said no and take me off your list she hung up. I have filed a complaint wit FTC. I do not think anything can stop them. I wonder what it would take to get a TV program like 60 Minutes would investigate and push goverment to put them out of business. I am quite confident they will call me back.

They call here perhaps once a week for the past several years The calling number on caller ID is 503-563-0081.  It does seem that there is a loophole to be filled if this company continues these practices for many years without any legal troubles, even though I, like many are on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Yikes!    I'm stunned to see this this company has been running this scam since 2007 and no one has managed  to catch them and shut them down...  Loophole or not, what they are doing is illegal.   What I've discovered is that they change the number every day so there is no way to trace them back to an actual company.   I have also tried to find out about them by  telling  them I'm interested in their services....ie. yes I would like to take advanged of this offer.....but it seems that the whole business is simply a scam to get your credit card informtion as all they are interested in is getting an number of one credit card in good standing.  And please do understand here that once they get it.....it's game over....    I've never taken that far as I've simpley requested they send me a written request for this information and as of to date, I've not received it; these guys are ticky.

Yes, i get this call almost every day, too. Can't get them to stop, either by hitting "3" or going to a rep.

I called our State Attorneys General office to complain about this company.  I was told that because these calls are interstate calls, state laws are not applicable.  I'm on the federal "no-call" list and that hasn't stopped these people.  The only way we can stop them is by complaining to your U.S. Congressman or U.S. Senator and urge them request an investigation by the Justice Department.  That's the only way these people will stop.  By the way, I was told that the phone number that appears on your phone when you receive the call is not even a valid number.  These folks have software to generate random telephone numbers so that you can't trace them.

Having read about 15 of these comments, the phone number they're calling from is different every time.  Today's call to me was from 508-475-1337.  I took option 1, talked to some rep and asked her what company she works for.  The response, as always, was "Card Services".  I told her I want to be removed from the call list, and somehow every other time (at least a half dozen), my number mysteriously gets on the list again.  She was very polite, repeated my phone number, and said she is removing it from their list as we speak.  Ha ha.  I don't believe it for a minute.

At least she was polite and spoke to me.  But no wonder they have such high employee turnover; their job is just plain sh...ty.  I don't take it out on those poor employees who are just trying to earn some money, and probably hate their job as much as you hate getting the phone calls.  The company owners need to be brought to task.  I'm going to try some of the official links that have been posted here and continue to try to do something constructive to end these perpetual calls.

Ok these same people are calling me from 800-684-8429, asking for someone I've never heard of. I keep telling them that they have the wrong number and to take this number off whatever list they have it on, but it's no use. They've called 7 times in the past 4 hours. Where can I report them? (I live in GA, and the BBB doesn't recognize them as a company)

These [***] call me all hours of the day and night with the exact same scam. I have asked where they are calling from and always get the same thing, "we are calling from your credit card" and when I ask which one, I get, "the ones you have sir". Real funny smart @ss. Then when I tell them to stop calling me, I've been cussed out, hung up on, told by one smart @ss, "you're gonna get even more calls now" (of which I do). There is no way to get them to stop apparently and they know it as they are a bunch of smart @sses over there and will even condescendingly tell you, "go ahead alert the authorities about us, it won't do any good you can't catch me". When you go to call them back at the number they called from the mailbox is always full or the number is disconnected. I sure wish the authorities would catch these scam artists and throw their @$$es in jail. Time for some major butt loving from Bubba. Teach these [***] a lesson they will never forget.

I get calls from these [***] at least twice a day--- I have enough minutes on my cell phone to play with them and waste their time-- take them all the way to when they ask for the phone number of the bank who issued the card then tell them that it's the West Bank Of The Mississippi and if possible, I'd like to run that water up your ass. I don't care if it's a man or beast I'm talking to--- waste their time!

They called me today. When I asked their details the started using abusing verbs. The number was 905 333 0000. Do not know if it is a real number or masked. The guy did not have any accent.. Seemed like a local guy. BE CAREFUL!!! DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY DETAILS!!!

I too have experienced the same as all the others.  I have not found a solution to the problem.
I think everyone who gets these calls should immediately call their representative or senator and complain.
If we call them enough and often enough, someone some where will cause this "[***]" to cease.

Hows about calling my US rep.
