Telephone number shown on caller ID is 208-864-5339.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list and have been for years; however, this bogus company continues to call regardless of what I do.  It begins with a   recorded message "This is Heather of Account Services; I am calling regarding your credit card account.  Consider this your last chance to take advange of this offer.  If you do not wish to receive these calls, please press 2 now.  If you wish to speak to a representative, press 1 now."  I have pressed "2" numerous times but they continue to call.  I have pressed "1" and asked the "representative", a man, to stop calling me.  I have asked to speak to his manager, etc.  When I dial the 208 number, I get a recording, made by the man who I talked with, saying that the number has been changed and to check the directory.  Obviously this message is not recorded by the telephone co.  I am trying to find out the name of the company.

Yes, I have received these calls numerous times, and tried to stop them.  I requested to talk to a rep, and by the way, I have never talked to the same person twice, and asked that my number be removed. The calls are at no specific time, and I would sure like to have them stop.

If you get a # on your phone for this scam, you should enter it in the do not call registry complaint form.  The more #'s you can list for them, the more difficult it becomes for them to call.

I constantly get calls from these people on my work phone.  Every time I ask that they take me off their list they slam the phone down on me.  This time I tried to get more info from them and I played stupid.  He claimed he was from my bank and he could lower the interest rate on my VISA card.  He claimed that he had all my info in front of him, but he needed some information from me.  I said that I don't have my stuff near me, and he can just use what he has.  He said he needed the toll-free number on the back of my credit card for "verification."  I said I don't have it, maybe he could give me his number so I could call him back with it. He said his number was the one on the back of my card.  I said, "Well, that's good then.  I can just call you back later when I can get my purse."  He said that I can't do that, I wouldn't qualify for a lower rate then.  I couldn't help but laugh, he was so gereric in everything he said and I knew I was frustrating him with my "innocence."  I finally told that I knew he was scamming me and to f-off.  Might as well have fun with them since the jerks won't stop calling.

I talked to a representative- "Christopher McCrae" to ask what this was all about because they had been calling me, too, every week.  The scam is that they charge your checking account $498.95 "because they will save you over $2,000 in interest charges over the course of 6 to 12 months, blah, blah, blah."  I stopped the conversation and said I didn't want it and he got VERY upset.  I doubt the calls will stop, however.

Upon viewing these complaints, and actually having a phone call myself from these scamsters; I decided to do some fact finding about who this company is and those responsible.

Here it is.  The company who falsely misrepresents itself as "card services" or "account services" is actually:

    dynamic consulting premier services
200 North Alafaya Trail, Suite 900
    Orlando, FL  32792

Person responsible for all of your inconvienences...Darren L Robb, president

Darren L Robb is also listed as having the following companies listed to him:

    Florida Home Tending Associatioin Inc.

    Perfect image motors inc.

    TNT debt solutions inc.

    all of Florida.

*Hope this helps someone with this problem.

I am receiving at least 2 calls per day from this same organization.

Having researched Mr. Robb, his phone number is 402-391-5008 and his address is 9020 Easterling Dr, Orlando, FL 32819-4817
My suggestion is that all of us that have been receiving these annoying phone calls call him every day until he understands what this feels like.

We get "Rachel and Heather" calling not only our home but also our 5 cell numbers.  We've tried everything!  They are making us crazy.  the calls start before 7 a.m. and can last until about 10;45 in the evening.
We've gone as far as giving all the info we've gathered to the FCC and BBB.  That was a year ago.

I have found out that I cannot stop these people from calling me.
So I am buying good "Police" wistle and as soon as someone answers the PUSH 1 button I am going to give them a long and loud blast from the whistle
Maybe a pain in their ear will offset the pain in the *** they are causing

Given up hope for this country
It seems pretty obvious that after four years, thousands of complaints, endless violation of the No Call list and hundreds of people ripped off by their scam, nobody who could make it stop gives a damn. No matter what you do -- being nice, being nasty, following instructions, hitting # endlessly -- the calls will keep coming. Best thing you can do is tell everyone you know to hang up as soon as they hear the start of the message. If we all tell 10 people, eventually nobody will respond to them, they won't get "business" and the calling will become pointless as their scammed resourced dry up.

    Sam I am
    Guys,

I've read through these. I have the BEST idea for taking these idiots down.

    Operation Code Name: Scam Takedown

Project: Everytime you get a phone call from these people, push 1 to talk to a rep. EVERYTIME! THEN, talk to the person and they'll eventually ask you for your credit card number, say, "ok give me a few minutes to locate here, can i put on hold while I locate it?".

Place them on hold for an indefinite amount of time.

even better, if you have time, mess with him. Ask them for random facts, "if you're card services, what cards do I have?".

The best thing we can do is tie up all of their lines with frivolous phone calls. Better yet, give them fake credit card numbers. The more fake #s they have the better as well because it'll dilute their real information.

I have turned them in to the state Attorney General's office and received a phone call from them and was told that they have not been able to track them down because the phone numbers they give are not valid.  I was told to just quietly hang up the phone, but, I am sick of the calls.  HELP.

Go to your local prosecuting attorney's office and tell them everything you know about the operation: who runs it, who's behind it, what they had you doing, every detail you can remember.

They are still at work!  I have received calls from them this week.
ID showes 877-298-8855.  It's an automated call to help reduce my credit card amounts.  Dial 1 to connect with an agent.  Dial 2 to discontinue all calls.  (which never happens....we still get calls

Also another from 727-674-9999 same garbage.

My elderly mom receives a phone call a day from these hopeful fools.
They simply hang up on me when I ask them for their mailing address.
One guy (who barely spoke English) mentioned they were in Orlando, FL.
The do not call registry is meaningless to automated dialing systems and the local phone company is a total waste of time.
I do enjoy keeping a live person on the line and sucking up their time. Could you speak up please? Hold on just a second  ok? Ok, not what was that you said?  this could last 20 minutes...
I guess we will just have to get rid of the landline for good now.

Unfortunately, wasting their time on the phone also wastes yours. I press 1 and set the phone down next to me while I work, until I hear that they've given up. Kinda fun actually. I hope they keep calling (just kidding of course).

I received the same call today too. The number that came up on my caller ID is 503-902-8259. I've been receiving several calls from "Card Services". I decided to press "1" and was connected to a woman who went into her spiel about how they represented several banks (chase, B of A, etc.) and that they wanted to reduce my interest rate on my credit cards. I asked her which one, and she said "your Visa and Master Card". I then said "Can you get me 0% ?" and she said that they usually see anywhere from 0% to 6.9% and they would have to run my credit to see what I qualified for, but she could guarantee my interest rate would be "in the single digits". I then asked her what her company's name was and she said "Card Services". Being in front of a computer, I immediately Googled "Card Services" and told her that when I Google her company's name, I see "Card Services Scam", "Card Services Fraud", and "Telemarketing". At that time, she said "online, we are cardmemberservices.com ". I needed to get off the phone and hung up before I could have asked any more questions. I'm quite confident they will call back.

I have asked them to stop calling me in the past and they tell me I have been "taken off the list", but they still call. Repeatedly.

    I hate them.
