Telephone number shown on caller ID is 208-864-5339.  I am registered on the "Do Not Call" list and have been for years; however, this bogus company continues to call regardless of what I do.  It begins with a   recorded message "This is Heather of Account Services; I am calling regarding your credit card account.  Consider this your last chance to take advange of this offer.  If you do not wish to receive these calls, please press 2 now.  If you wish to speak to a representative, press 1 now."  I have pressed "2" numerous times but they continue to call.  I have pressed "1" and asked the "representative", a man, to stop calling me.  I have asked to speak to his manager, etc.  When I dial the 208 number, I get a recording, made by the man who I talked with, saying that the number has been changed and to check the directory.  Obviously this message is not recorded by the telephone co.  I am trying to find out the name of the company.

you guys are all [***]. your theories on the company's practices are completely paranoid and fictional. "card services" ( have personally done business with them successfully but do not wish to share their real information). I personally heard them negotiate my lower interest rates. it's been almost two years now, i have not had my interest rates move at all, and am almost out of a debt that was crippling.

I am a skeptical person. i was no easily won, but once they understood i meant business, there was nothing but professionalism. I also realize through past experience that of course I could negotiate for my self. I could do a lot of things myself if ease and a qualified professional for a small cut of my money was not possible. i see it as getting my taxes prepapred for a 5% cut. They likely got me more than that back anyway doing it, and ayyyy faster that i could do myself.

here's what it comes down to. The country is not based in the states, and that is the loophole in the DNC list. Their violation of that is the only unethical practice this company is engaged in, not scamming ppl.

they negotiated me to pay in the area of 40,000 in finanche charges with my bank. they charged me 650$ for a service that i continue to check in as it is a lifetime service. that's less than 3% of how much money they saved me, not to mention how fast they actually got the savings on the phone with me once they verified my qualification.

from the sound of it, college students that get paid well by commission. i'm sure it makes them laugh when you get upset at them on the phone. i worked for a similar company in my college days, and i get a kick out of people like you, althoguh i understand the skepticism. luckily, i was very persuasive and thrived off the job, while legitimately helping people who had the faith to give me their information.

OMG you are so full of it, if they were a legitimate company, they would not need to use these tactics.  ANYONE who would give this company any true information is CRAZY.

Hi "Heather" oops I mean Haamjihaad. Did you know muhammad was a child rapist and murderer who wants you to die for him?  Sounds like true love.
These calls are untraceable because these people in mostly muslim countries have nothing else to do all day but hone their electronic scamming skills on innocent people.
We are infidels and they hate us,always remember that.No matter how attentive and caring that guy sounds on the phone. They are scammers: that means thieves .Don't be deceived.

with the horrible grammar bad spelling and lack of knowledge of the American English language, I would suspect that this Heaher is one and the same as the scam artist who keeps calling me.

I got a call today from Heather.  I get the call from Heather every week ofcourse.  I had fun them.  I gave a name which is very difficult pronounce.  Then gave a phony card number.  Then gave them a sex phone line to verify.  First she told me the number did not go through.  I told that was the correct number.  She tried second time.  My spouse forced me hung up.  I really wanted to have fun with those.  Next time I am going to give them tons of cards with free sex phone numbers.  I think they deserve it.

      Check Heather's IP address
      Dear Webmaster,

Perhaps the person posting as heather used a company computer from one of "those" Card Member Services offices.

Dose this site log IP addresses? If so, it's worth a shot.

Oh my dear Heather..FYI, I just now received a call from "Account Services", the third one this week, and have received approximately 50 in the last year.

Each time I have requested not to be called again, sometimes I have been hung up on, other times I have been assured that I will not be called again.

I AM on the Do Not Call list, I do NOT have any prior relationship with your firm (yes..YOUR firm, you're not fooling anyone).

I eagerly await the day that you, and each and every person who works for "Account Services" is hauled into court for this is a scam...you know damn will it's a scam.

And you will, my friend...you will.

Three calls in the last 24 hours. About 25 calls in the last year.  I have repeatedly reported it to the Federal Do Not Call site.  I just filed a complaint with the Florida Atty. General (most info indicates a Florida location).  If everybody who got these calls would file a complaint with the FCC and the Florida Atty. General, maybe it would get some agency to move and actually investigate these people.  Keep reporting them.

I just called the 888 number from RC on page 2, and yelled at the girl who answered. after getting her so upset, her manger called me and said i had her word that i would not be harrassed from their company. thats right they said harrassed. well she called me from an unblicked number, so harass them 714.330.8004 and get your name off their list. I also filed with the FTC.

HAS BEEN CALLED 4 '8' MONTHS
Always press the "1" then tell the "operator" they are part of an ongoing criminal conspiracy, and they should hang-up their headset, leave the premises and immediately call the local FBI or state police to divulge the whereabouts of the "call center" also provide any other information they can i.e. supervisors' names, pay stubs, "training materials!!!!!!!

I have been getting calls from Heather for about 2 months, several times a week.. Usually I'm not home but there is a number on the caller ID.....which I find is disconnected when I call back.

I plan to document these calls in the future and have some fun if I get a live one. Stall them, act really interested, act like a doddering, trusing idiot, distract them with idle chat, how's the weather, my Uncle john just died, give false info, anything to keep them on the line. Then give my cc number.....this will have their attention... as something like 5233 666 f-u-c-k y-o-u and hang up. Then file some complaints.

I've e-mailed the Vermont State Attorney General's office with a complaint about "Heather" and her "account services".  Also I have e-mailed our 2 senators and our congressman about this pest. Because this is a small state, I will hear from them.  Also in a local paper two weeks ago, a writer said that he had tried contacting the FTC with no results.  But our Senators, Pat Leahy and Bernie Sanders, take their constituents seriously and the FTC will hear from them.  You might try contacting your senators and congressman. Good luck!

I really take offense to everything that has been posted on this web site. Obviously no one here knows what the hell they're talking about. There are real people here working to make a living and provide the truth about how banks are the true scam artist. If you really don't know what we do here, you shouldn't state your opinion. I understand you're all upset from solicitation calls continuously, but if you don't give your name for someone to take you off the list (to ensure the proper person is making the request) then obviously you like getting the calls so you can vent. The answer to all your problems and frustrations is this.. "Don't pick up the phone".

You have absolutely no creds with your lame use of THEIR for they're and there and your typing in  upper case.

As for stating opinions, that is what this nation is founded on.

Last note, you don't need to give your name to have the number taken off of the list. Phone numbers are placed on a DO NOT CALL list, which you [***] ignore.

Any reputable, legitimate and above board business would not cloak their number as you do.

Mr Truth ... what a joke.

I really take OFFENSE to your lies.  I spoke to one guy with this company today who told me that they will NEVER take my name off their call list, and I will receive these calls forever.

That last post was a joke, right? Keep reporting this to http://www.donotcall.gov. Heather from "Account Services" in Boca Raton, FL is clearly bogus. My caller ID said the number was (561) 482-7092 both today and yesterday. Sometimes the recording is from "Consumer Services" at a different number but we get several calls a month. And as for those "real people" working to "make a living," I believe there are more respectable jobs that involve street corners or petty theft. The fresh air might do you some good.
