i asked for and received a free credit report, on line. i never authorized this company to charge my account, yet they have charged my account $9.95 four times in two months. another scam.

    This is a scam do not order they do nothing but lie and take your money over and over and get nothing in return.  When I tried to contact them they gave me the run around.  BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM

    I also got scammed from this company
    I went to "Free credit report . com, (against my better instincts), and somehow got hooked up to this scam company.
    They charged me 14.95 and refused to refund me.

    Ive tried to cancel them 3 months in a row now.  The first time I was charged I figured i just didn't read the small print.  But then I was charged again last month, putting me over my limit.  I sucked it up, called them again and canceled again.  I didn't ask for a refund, again figuring it was my screwup.  But then today I was charged AGAIN!  I called my credit card company, changed account number, card, the works.  I filed a dispute.  This is the way to go IMO.  This is just pathetic.

    Now I check my email, after already canceling the account over the phone... And what do I find? An email asking me to approve the cancellation...  WTF? I just did over the phone...  This company has so many little holes it ain't funny.

    I will say this. Excuse me? you entered YOUR credit card number. Did you really think it was free? And not only does it read on the web site about what your signing up for but It also sends you an email after the fact to remind you. With contact info so that you may get in touch with the company to cancel. NO body forced you to enter your card number. You did it because you wanted to. You were negligent to read the important info provided for you and now your mad? Can you say STUPID. Your filing complaints against a company that told you what you were signing up for and gave you the option to enter your card number. And when your making a complaint about a company make sure you know for sure which one your complaining about before you give another a bad name.

    "lady rider"  you are an idiot.  first and foremost to get anything these days you need a copy of your credit report, and just because you enter your account number doesn't give them the right to charge you especially if you do not check the box requesting to continue the service after your initial free credit report.  i did not check the box and they have been charging me $14.95 for the past 5 months.  so why dont you super glue your hands on top of your head so you can not make anymore idiotic comments.

    I also had these charges from the unknown company: MNICREDITREPORT.COM

    Call them at 866-883-3309

    They will ask you for your SS# and you will speak with someone. I canceled my "membership" in a few seconds and was told I would not be billed any further. The only credit report company I used was freecreditreport.com but when I called to cancel, they had no record of my account. The ONLY way to stop these charges is to call this number and tell them to cancel your membership. Weird as hell.

    I've been charged $14.95 for a free credit report.This MNI credit report monitoring services I've never heard of, i just wanted a free credit report which you entitled to once a year, this company is a scam.they charged me $14.95 a month later,and said that i never called to cancel my monitoring servies thats a lie ,i did call to cancel. they take money out of your account,and leave no # i had a hard time getting in touch with this company be aware. call each credit bureau company itself,cause these people are scam artist.     I TOO WAS CHARGED 14.95 AND DID NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT REPORT SCORE NOW MY BANK WANTS TO CHARGE ME 30.00 TO STOP PAYMENT FOR NEXT MONTH. WHY IN THE HELL I WANT TO PAYMENT 30.00 AND DON'T WANT TO PAY 14.95. BUT IF THATS WHAT I GOT TO DO I WILL . BUT I 'VE LEARNED A LESSON, AND WHO SO EVER IS DOIN THIS TAKING PEOPLE MONEY GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM. SO EVERY BODY PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!!!! I WISH I COULD SLAP THE [***] OUT OF THEM.
