i asked for and received a free credit report, on line. i never authorized this company to charge my account, yet they have charged my account $9.95 four times in two months. another scam.

    Call 866-883-3309 and ask for ext 207, INSIST they connect  you.

    OR  report this as FRAUD to your crdit card company and they shuld be able to help

    Please go to FBI Internet fraud complain center (http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx) to report this company. If there are enough complains, Fed will start criminal investigation.

    I just filed my incident with this company.

    What I can't believe is that they are still in the business of scamming people out of money and getting peoples information. We did't even sign up for anything and they charged my account for $19.95. When we called them back, they said that there were 3 accounts set up with our information. They did give us a refund of our money but who knows shat will happen next. Going by the complaints I've read today, it looks like they have been doing this for 5 years since 2007. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!! What can we do?

    they are crediting my account, I have been looking how to contact them for 2 months and found the above email

    you will need full name, last four digits of social and your email address, this can be sticky because if you did not sign up for it like me you would not know what email they have

    be careful...they did refund my money ..4 months worth.. on the same bank statement that had all the credits was another $19.95 charge!!!!!! sigh

    I never asked mini credit report for a credit report. I had to check it once for a loan app but it was free. How mini credit report has the right to take 19.95 not only once from my account but twice, feb. they have taken 19.95 twice on 2/25 and on 2/26 I don't understand what is going on.
      I tried calling this morning it is 8:11 a.m. here and the reply i got was Hours are from 6 a.m. until 6.p.m. Yet there were not available for me to talk with. I got the phone number from my bank. I am going to stop this if it takes me cancelling my card and getting a new one.

    This company MNI credit report is nothing but a scam.  I received a credit report on May 27, 2010.  I specificially posted a note on my computer to make sure I cancelled this service.  The woman on the other end of the phone was adamant; trying to talk me in to keeping this service. I adamantly told her NO.  I got my report through true credit report, but this  seems like an organized scam going on.  They have been deducting $14.95 from my credit card since July 2010.  I called this company only to hear statements such as these: "Maybe your information had been compromised."  Maybe a family member authorized it"(give me a break). "You should have been checking your credit card statements." That one, sent me over the top. If you know how to stop this; e-mail me @ patriciaann52@hotmail.com   Thank You

    i have cancelled this stupid thing 3 times and yet the stupid company keeps chargin me 20 dollars a month now this month they decided to charge me twice gonna call bank and have them put a fruad alert on this company and also call the company its self and tell them i'm suing for fruad charges next time they take so much as one penny out my bank account. u ppl should do the same with enough threats they may stop if not legal actions should be taken

    yes thats what they told me first time and told them to stop and yet i still gettin charged. same thing second time around the person on other line said canceled no more charges would be taken from my account they even send my money back second time but took it back out wk later

    This company is a scam artist I signed up for nothing and all of a sudden Im getting charged 19.95 a month.I tried calling the 1-866=4016 # but was told to leave a message. I'm going to my bank tomorrow to file  a dispute.

    true these people that complain r totally stupid and do not read what they r signing up for..and if u go to the ftc or the bbb they will laugh at u as well for not reading your terms and conditions when putting in a credit card

    I got about $119'95 for peportes I did't order. The ohio attorney generl got all my money back

    I only just realized these people have been charging my account, for $19.95, since December! The scary part is, I've never used ANY credit report site before, much less these guys. I have no clue how they got all my information! These people aren't scammers, they're outright thieves!
