i asked for and received a free credit report, on line. i never authorized this company to charge my account, yet they have charged my account $9.95 four times in two months. another scam.

    I have been has been by the same company they charged me 14.95 on my credit card and i cant found the home page to cancelled this supposed to be free credit report after pch awarded me 1000k walmart gift card and walmart has me to chose 2 of the 3 program to be able to get the 1000k gift card which i chose netflix and free credit report and yet got only congrats from both pch and walmart but never got the 1000k walmart gift card for being the 100,000 visitor to the publisher clearing house which awarded me  the lead on with walmart who keep asking me over and over where they can mail me the 1000k gift card free that keep on leading to chose 2 of the 3 program. so stay dont get involved with this false winning.

    I just called MNI*CREDITREPORT.COM And cancelled my girlfriends account. The phone number is (866)-883-3309 Make sure you get a cancelation conformation # and the persons name and employee# who you speek to.

    Same thing happened to me $14.95 a month! Can"t find who it is freecredit.com is a scam! My bank can"t even find these scammers. Gonna have to shut down card and get new one to stop charges at more cost to me and inconvenice! Don"t go there! like a deep dark pit you can"t get away from

    I asked for a credit report I did not get the report,I was charged $12.00 for the report . This month I was charged another $12.00 on my credit card .These people shoud be investated for fraud.

    I have also been scammed by this company MNI Credit Report or freecreditreport.com.They lead me on to believe they were Equifax from
    the credit bureau,I know Equafax will offer a free credit report once
    a year.
    A click here it is free came up MNI web site and I was charged 1.oo and
    12.95 the next day.
     I went back to the their web site to locate a phone number to cancel
    (No Phone Number).I located a phone number on one these complaints
    but all that I get is a busy fax machine.
    This Company has taken out a fourth payment today causing me over a
    100 dollars in overdrawn checks.
    Besides closing this company down has anyonyone thought about a
    class action law suit.

    The same thing happened to me. They advertise a free credit score with a $1 refundable charge from your credit card to verify who you are. The $1 wasn't charged but today I saw a $14.95 pending charge in my bank account from MNI Credit not the name of the one I applied to. I contacted my bank and was advised to call them and dispute the charge. If they don't agree to remove the charge my bank say's wait until it hard copies from my account and call them, the bank again to dispute it and they may can get it refunded. The free government one offered once a year really is the only true free one out there. The rest and I should have know better are scam artist!

    DO NOT GET ANY REPORTS FROM MY.CREDITREPORT.COM   I KNOW I CANCELLED WITHIN MY TIME LIMIT,BUT THEY DO NOT CANCEL THE CREDIT REPORT MONITORING. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED SINCE FEB. 2010 AND THEY WILL ONLY CREDIT ME 2 MONTHS.  I HAVE TO FIND THE CANCELLATION NUMBER, BEFORE THEY WILL CREDIT ME ANYTHING ELSE.  CALL 1-866-883-3309 TO CANCEL OR COMPLAIN.  SOMEONE NEEDS TO START A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT.

    I was scamed also. Trying to apply for a job on craigslist. They said zero charge to me for a credit report. I was charged $15. I have reported this agency to law enforcement in 2 states. Luckly I saved all orginally emails and they are welcome to my computer to find these cowards.

    I have been charged 3 times at 14.95 for this scam. They kept hanging up on me when i wanted to cancel and get a refund. I called 866-408-4016 to cancel. They will not refund me either. Has anyone else gotten a refund from these scammers? Let me know how to if anyone has! Thanks.

    I called  1-866-883-3309  after the other number kept hanging up on me and i spoke with yet another supervisor. She said that it is non refundable. So i guess they have gotten 45 + dollars from me. Please dont let yourselves get caught up in this mess. Thanks

    I fell for the Craigslist Job posting needing credit score scam too and went through the site, got the credit score, and called to cancel it the same day, however... the next day after id received a cancellation email with the confirmation number, i get this showing up on my bank account
    PENDING        MNI*CREDIT 11-11 03141609479     $1.00    
    so im waiting to see if that was just a hold on the account that many merchants use to verify the card is valid, or if i'm gonna have to call them yet again to find out what in the heck they are trying to pull

    I've been charged 14.95 by these people and I never requested anything from them. I never even heard of them until I saw the charge on my credit card. I hope there's a class action law suit!

    Unfrigginbelievable... this bunch of gangsters has been operating for 3 years!  I just got snagged today, and I never asked for a credit report from ANYONE, much less some nameless bunch of crooks.

    Obviously the government has failed us.

    Just got a charge on my credit card for 14.95. also had a 1.00 charge last month. Called credit card company, and they cancelled the card and will send me a new account number. These people are the scum of the earth, stealing from hard working people. I hope they rot in hell.

    I had the same problem...I thought I had signed up for a free credit report from Experian, but it was actually MNI / creditreport.com.  I was then charged $12.95.  I called 800.720.4420 and cancelled.  The 866.408.4016 number that someone posted earlier is not correct, don't call that one.

    I just noticed a charge on my credit card from MNI*CREDITREPORT.com.  There is a phone number on the charge 866-883-3309. I do not remember purchasing any credit report service in the past few months. Called my credit card a couple of times. The first CSR suggested I call the merchant to see if it was charged to me by mistake before starting a dispute. Out of curiosity i called that number and heard greetings of "...credit report...". Did not continue talking to any real person because they will definitely ask for my identity and credit card number, etc., which I do not feel safe do to. Then I googled that website name and saw pages reports like this. Talked to a 2nd CSR of my credit card and asked for dispute. According to him it may take up to 30 days to get the result. During the period, there may be additional charge coming through. Reissuing a new card does not automatically block an "authorized charge". Will see what comes next.
    We got to fight this scammer.

    I've been scammed by these crooks for the last year. I had to cancel my bank card in order for them to stop taking my money, on the request of my bank. I'm am going to fight to get my money back, but I'm not expecting anything.......WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS PEOPLE!!!!!
