1800SkyRide is a telemarketing fraud. They sell trips and sporting events that do not exist. The company operates under different names:

They refuse to give refunds to customers, there are hundreds of unresolved complaints with BBB. Stay away from this company. When a customer wants a refund because most of the time they were sold something that did not exist or was given false information on locations, they refuse to give it and offer a different activity which again is either a fraud or hundreds of miles away from the client.
I've launched complaints with BBB, FTC, and The Attorney General. If you are reading this because you paid this company money and want it back, send your complaint to the above places as well. I hope we can beat this company if we do it together.

If you have been ripped off by 1-800-SKYRIDE (HeadbanD LLC.) owned by Fried Burke and Lilliam Dejesus and would like your refund, you can get your money. They have a legal staff waiting to assist you. You may be due a refund. Contact their lawyers below.
Everybody that is suing them gets a refund with interest and penalties! All you have to do is file a small claims court case against the people who stole your money. This is easy, just go the magistrate court nearest your home and fill out the small claims form. Make sure you serve the parties listed below by sending a copy to them at the address in Dallas Georgia. That is it. You will hear from one of their attorneys right away and they will send your money overnight!
It is cheaper for them to do this that to send their high powered legal team (listed below) to defend your case. You are guaranteed to win!

The other posts here to the contrary are likely meant to confuse those that have been scammed by Lilliam Dejesus and her partner Fred Burke. I now have a judgment against her and Fred and am looking for information about where they have a bank account. My lawyer also obtained her latest phone number and verified it today. 3-22-2013
